• Mathavi vi (8/5): Good spot - This is a spacious room compared to many hotels in ipoh, the room was clean and tidy. This location is quite near drive to lots of eating spots. Though it's in the town area, it's a quiet room and cant hear traffic noise. The WiFi strength was weak when connected to the laptop. I was on the 5th floor so used my hot spot to do work. However this is a minor issue if you are here for leisure.

• XIAO RONG (4/5): Not good for the first impression. - We smell smoke which cause to real bad impression when the time we enter our room. We believe the smell from the corridor could be happened the previous person who stay the room or the cleaner of the hotel. we highly believe is from the cleaner since we realise most of the room is under cleaning process and the staff was playing phone in the room.

• Helwa (4/5): not repeatly stay - Staff was so welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness was not satisfactory. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant and uncomfortable smell. The bedsheet, pillowcase, blanket, and towel appeared to be unwashed. The carpet was dirty and felt rough, with visible rubbish. I understand that the furniture and design may be old, and that is acceptable, but cleanliness is very important. The toilet curtain had black stains, and the toilet pipe and sink were dirty, with what looked like fungus or mould. I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot accept this level of cleanliness.
