The staff are fantastic and so helpful with providing information about places to visit/restaurants etc . Lovely spacious clean room/bathroom and large bed. Close to many restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. Added bonus is the cafe at the front of the building for breakfast/lunch and great coffee. Rooms are quiet at night.

The rooms are nice, you have a comfortable bed, bathroom is great, and the location is ideal to go out and explore temples and what not, for the purpose of my travel this was perfect! And the value for your buck is pretty good as well. I'd recommend staying here to anyone, it will make you enjoy your trip even more. Thank you 🙏 No elevator :( but it's ok I can shrug it off

They did a great job with our laundry and they helped us find cooking classes, a trip to an elephant farm and a car that drive us to Sukhothai. The lounge was lovely and came with a very cute cat.

• Sander (10/5): Een aanrader voor iedereen. - Je wordt vriendelijk en warm onthaald. Naast het hotel is een koffiewinkel gelegen. Perfect om in de ochtend een kopje (ijs)koffie of thee te halen. De eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam en betrokken bij de gasten. Vanuit het hotel zijn er door de medewerkers een aantal dagtripjes geregeld voor ons. Ook de taxi rit naar de vervolgbestemming werd uitstekend onderzocht en geregeld voor ons. Het is heel fijn dat dit soort zaken door de lokale inwoners wordt geregeld, deze weten toch net iets meer dan wij als buitenstaanders. Al met al zeer tevreden over dit hotel en het vriendelijke personeel. Mocht ik ooit weer in Chiang Mai verblijven dan wordt het zeker weer bij de Peaberry Boutique Hotel. Een 10/10.

The cafe downstairs was tasty, and you get a coupon for coffee and breakfast. The beds were hard as rocks. :-( We asked for mattress pads, but they only had a few, and it was uncomfortable. This was the only downside.

Our hosts were amazing - Sunisa and Nicha were so helpful and kind arranging trips for us, chatting and entertaining our young daughter. The room was spacious and very clean and the location great. Breakfast at the cafe also really good.

The location is perfect for exploring Chiang Mai, but what really makes it special is the staff. Sunisa went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience; she was incredibly proactive, reaching out with personalized recommendations for local attractions and marketplaces that aligned perfectly with my interests. Having a cute, friendly resident cat on the premises added such a warm, homey touch! Plus, having the cafe right next door for a delicious morning coffee and lunch was the ultimate convenience. Nothing, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

HOWEVER, I found out after night three that I could get a mattress topper which made it just right. A suggestion for the team-let guests know during check in that toppers are available. The staff was so helpful once they knew I was suffering with the mattress.

The hotel is located on Chiang Mai's busiest road and therefore you always hear traffic noise (even with earplugs). I'm quite sensitive to that so unfortunately that kind of spoiled my stay...

• JUI FANG (8/5): - 以愛乾淨的人角度來評價，這家旅館真的維護的非常乾淨，是可以安心赤腳走在房間、浴室的潔淨程度，旅館一樓的咖啡廳泰奶非常好喝，而且入住飲品竟然可以任選menu上的飲料，十分大方 淋浴的熱水系統是這家旅館的硬傷，雖說已經有張貼說明協助，上面建議是蓮蓬頭水量一開始不要開到底，讓熱水器可以充分加熱，大約20秒後再慢慢加大水量。但我總是在確認熱水穩定後，加大水壓就又變成溫偏涼的水溫，有點困擾。 另外一個疑惑的點是外面馬路很難走，由於圓環道路設計的關係，設置斑馬線供行人穿越的點極少，我甚至無法成功到對面的711購物。不過若出入都倚靠汽機車是完全沒問題

It's just a minute's walk to Sense Garden massage (a very nice place) and the Fern Forest Cafe (popular with Instagrammers). Sunisa, the manager, was very friendly and gave us recommendations on where to go and regards to do. It's not something I didn't like but note that the hotel has no lift but I'm sure the staff will help with your bags as they are so helpful!

Wonderful cafe with delicious and affordable menu. Wish I stayed here all my 4 nights here.

• Sarika (9/5): Convenient refreshing stay - The room and hotel were very clean, well maintained and had a good layout. The rooms and bathroom were big and comfortable. The linen and towels provided were clean and smelled fresh. The hotel had an adjoining cafe which was well managed by friendly patient team of staff (I had witnessed guests of the hotel changing their orders multiple times and rearranging the cafe furniture) and had a good menu for those wishing to eat there at your own cost. Very easy to use Grab for pick up and drop off at the hotel. Good location, walking to most points of interest. I was able to walk to Nimman area with ease. Plenty of eateries, snack shops, massage parlors close by. A special thank you to Yim who assisted by providing great tips on visiting nearby markets. I enjoyed chatting to her in the evenings and she was able to provide invaluable insight into Chiang Mai itself. Perhaps there should be sign on the staircase that guests should not slam room doors when exiting or entering their rooms or refrain from having loud conversations in the common areas. I understand that guest disturbances are outside the control of the hotel, but perhaps travelers should be more considerate and mindful of others by being quiet when returning at 1am. Perhaps a sign would remind them that there are also other guests staying at the hotel.

Перед отелем выделенное место для парковки. При заселении выдают карточки на приветственный напиток, который можно выбрать самим в кафе и сбрасывают на WA грамотную пешеходную программу осмотра достопримечательностей старого города. В отеле предлагаются экскурсионные туры, но мы все осматривали самостоятельно, т.к. арендовали автомобиль в аэропорту. Немного подвело расположение номера- выход на дорогу, шумновато, но не критично. И завтрак, который я не буду записывать в минус, просто поделюсь своим мнением: уютное кафе открывается в 7:00, вокруг нет подобного рода заведений, поэтому, к сожалению, очень много не только проживающих. По этой причине - приходится достаточно долго ожидать свой завтрак( заказываешь по меню). Не все приходящие одинаково аккуратны и подобающе ведут себя! Персонал в кафе максимально старается, сами завтраки- средние, проживающим - скидка 20%… Недочеты - не критичны, повторюсь, не записываю их в минусы, отель однозначно рекомендую!
