Были уже дважды здесь, первый раз забыли зарядное с кучей кабелей для apple, спустя пара недель заехав снова погостить успешно забрали забытые вещи, огромное спасибо))) Завтрак был как-то слабоват, может это связано с рамадан. Всё остальное супер.

- Tatiana (3/5): - При заселении не сработали мои 2 банковские карты, по каким причинам не имею представления, везде карты принимались. Тут же оплатила наличкой. При этом на меня девушка - ресепшионистка посмотрела так, будто я ей осталась еще должна, вообще высокомерно прекратила со мной общение, не проинформировала далее о номере, о завтраке, выселении итд, игнорировала.. В номере грязно, большие пятна на стенах, саше (bedrunner), сколотые углы у мебели, неутно. Шум с улицы. Расположение для туриста не совсем удобное, до старого города пешком больше часа, как оказалось, но это конечно моё личное заблуждение было при бронировании отеля.

- Faisal (10/5): جدا مريحه و بإذن الله أعيد السكن فيه - موقع الفندق رائع جدا و آمن جدا .. أقل من نصف ساعة مشيا إلى الجامع الكبير و أقل من عشر دقايق إلى ميدان كنت .. متوفر فيه مواقف مجانيه تقيمي له و إعطائي له عشره من عشره لمن يبحث عن فندق ثلاثه نجوم. نظيف و سعر معقول و مكان جميل و موظفين مميزين ولا أقصد أنه فخم و به كل الأشياء الموجوده في فنادق الخمس نجوم

- VADYM (10/5): 4 stars service with 3 stars price. Perfect - Big rooms, very nice service, parking, average, good breakfast. Warm inside the room during the winter. Very convenient location if you planning to go skiing. All good.

- Abdulhakim (10/5): إنه المكان المثالي للراحة من جميع الجوانب - كل شيئ أعجبني من يوم الأستقبال وخاص الموضف أديب الذي كان في خدمتنا والإرشاد من الوصول إلى المغادرة انه إنسان رائع وعندما انجزنا إجراءت الدخول وتخصيص غرفة للمدخنين وودية جميع الموضفين في الفندق وعاملات المطعم توركان وآيلين ، وتوفير ضيافة القهوة على مدار الساعة مجانية والمياه ، وكون الفندق في وسط المدينة حيث حولك كل شيئ قريد لا شيئ
- ヒロ・フクイ (7/5): 基本は良い宿なのだが、ちょっとメンテナンスが不足。 - メトロ、ミニバス、トラムが集まる交通の中心地。部屋は広く、収納容量も充分。窓の遮音性能も良い。朝食のビュッフェもまずまず美味しい。 周辺には自動車関係の工場や販売店が多く殺風景。早朝の散歩には適していない。レストランも限られている。トイレの便座やハンガーが壊れたままで、簡単なメンテナンスができていない。

- Waheed (9/5): - I had a beautiful stay and I’ll return every time to this hotel. The staff was really humble and greet you with a beautiful smile. I don’t know the name of the kid who checked us in he has been very very considerate and best part is he could communicate in English really well. The breakfast was very decent. With a lot of variety of fresh bread and cheese. The ladies turkan and aysegul were very hospitable and were serving tea and coffee with smile. Overall, I loved everything about this hotel and hence its reflected in my 5 star rating. Welldone!
- Florin_1985 (7/5): Relativ ok pentru o noapte. - Hotel amplasat relativ aproape de zona comerciala si turistica. Este ok pentru a fi folosit o noapte pentru cei care sunt in tranzit, insa nu recomand pentru ami multe de 1-2 nopti. Micul dejun a fost ok. Baia era ciudata, cu usa de la dus care nu se inchidea, cu un miros destul de urat.

- López González (9/5): - Buena ubicación. Se puede ir caminando al centro de Bursa. Tiene parking privado y aparcacoches; si vas en coche, te olvidas de él hasta que te vayas de la ciudad. Nuestra habitación era de 4, pero había 2 camas dobles muy cómodas, y dos individuales plegables. En el desayuno no hay tostador y era un poco escaso. El café era instantáneo, con un sobre y agua que te preparaban ellos mismos.

- Esma SNMZ (1/5): A fuir punaises de lit dans les chambres ! - Rien Établissement à fuir ! Gros problème d'hygiène. Nous avons séjourner pour 4 nuits et réservé 2 chambres Supérieures en famille. Nous avons gardé une amère expérience de notre séjour. Il y avait des punaises de lit infesté dans les têtes de lit, de ce que nous avions pu constaté. Mon époux s'est fait mordre sur tout le corps. Nous avions alerté le personnel lors de notre séjour et avions pris videos et photos pour preuve à l'appui. Nous avions demandé à voir le directeur mais le personnel nous apprends qu'il n'est pas disponible. A notre retour passage obligé chez le médecin qui lui a prescrit des Antihistaminiques. Nous avons demandé un dédommagement mais le directeur n'a même pas pris le temps de rentrer en contact avec nous. Le personnel qui faisait le lien en a été simplement navré pour nous dire qu'il ne pouvait rien faire de plus que nous demander des photos et vidéos de nos affaires qui ont été infectée ! Sauf qu'à notre retour nous n'avions pas pris de risque et par précautions afin d'éviter toutes prolifération de punaises dans notre domicile en cas d'œufs qui auraient pu être pondus, nous avions jeté nos 5 valises à la poubelle. Nous avons fait nettoyer tous nos vêtements au pressing avec un service de nettoyage en fond. A priori, la seule facture du pressing n'était pas acceptable par l'établissement et la photo de nos valises avant que je ne les jette. Nous n'y reviendront plus jamais.

- Abdullah (1/5): لا تحجز في هذا الفندق اذا اردت الرفاهية - كل شيء بدأً من الغرفة الى الموقع اغطية السرير خشنه جدا ومرافق الغرفة قديمة وضيقة جداً والغرفة المعروضة عند الحجز تختلف اختلاف كلي عن الواقع حجزنا غرفة مطلة على الجبل ولايوجد جبل بالمنطقة المحيطة بتاتا وموقع الفندق بين محلات الصناعية والفطور سيء جدا والخدمات ضعيفة مثل المغسلة وموقف السيارة خلف الفندق وللامانة تعامل الموظفين جدا جدا جدا محترم ولكن هذا واقع الفندق

- ILDIKO (10/5): Excelent - Ne-am intors cu placere la acest hotel elegant. Camerele sunt curate, bine izolate fonic, desi am avut geamul catre bulevadul foarte aglomerat, nu ne-a deranjat zgomotul. Micul dejun a fost delicios, preparate variate. Bucatarul chiar s-a interesat daca am dori si altceva in afara de cele expuse - am acceptat o papara,foarte gustoasa. Locuri de parcare suficiente in parcarea din spatele hotelului. Vom reveni cu siguranta la acest hotel.
