• Nic (5/5): Highly overpriced for very small and narrow rooms. Plus are the resort views & ski in-out location - Location. Valet. Ski In-Out Tiniest rooms. So narrow, couldn't even open luggage. The king size bed was actually two singles slotted together with singles mattresses and uncomfortable middle section. For almost $1000 per night this was a rort. Much better hotels out there. Honestly paying only for location. I would not consider staying here again at these rates.

Staff helped us book the airport bus transfer and also with arranging a super early taxi when we left. Location is great - ski in/ski out to Grand Gondola and the ski locker room staff went above and beyond to help shape a foam heel insert for my partner's snowboard which had a missing piece. Staff were also enthusiastic and friendly to share about their tips & tricks for local ski areas. The private onsen was extra clutch - we had no problem reserving it everyday.

• Frederik Sergio (4/5): Overpriced, unaccomadating and unauthentic but central - Property was very close to the center of all the action in Hirafu especially the grand Hirafu ski resort.The buffet was solid and staff were also quite kind For the price you pay you don’t get the value for money at all. I payed about 7000 SGD for about 4 nights only to get a room which is only one floor up with a wide window that everyone can look into leading to a lack of privacy. Furthermore some rooms and especially my room are situated right next to the elevator and the ski locker leading to there being constant noise and shouting especially since the walls/doors are hardly soundproof. So from early morning to night all I could hear was shouting and the loud conversations of the people working at the ski lockers. The dinner and lunch were also nothing impressive and rather disappointing.

• kamaethegreat (10/5): Super facilities and staff - All I can say is WOW. When I arrived, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Then they brought our luggages to the room while we were checking in. They also gave us welcome cookies, how nice! It wasn't just that - they were so helpful with all our little whims. For example, I brought bulky clothes because it's winter, so I had to vacuum seal all of them in a jumbo plastic bag. I called the front desk to ask for help, 1 minute later, they arrived with a vacuum and helped me seal it. Another special thing to note is their complimentary private onsen!!!! Waaah! It looked very nice. Unfortunately when I booked, I wasn't sick, but I caught colds, so I had to cancel. Their buffet breakfast is also great. A lot of their staff are on working holiday visas, so there's no language barrier here. They're all smiling faces everywhere. Made our stay so much easier and better. The room is SPECTACULAR. It's got a laundry and dryer in one. And if you have more stuff to wash, they have one at the end of the hallway too. Love it. I would come here again. The dryer in the room takes too long to dry. Even the ones at the end of the hallway.

• Yao Chu (8/5): Overall, I quite liked it. Both the room and the public areas were clean and quiet. - The front desk staff speak fluent English, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff. Everyone was very friendly. The hot spring environment is nice, and private baths are available for reservation. The room seems to be a connecting type—based on the evacuation map, it looks smaller, but it’s still larger than typical city hotels. A 24-inch suitcase can be opened comfortably. During the ski season, it’s very convenient since the ski area is right next door. You can also see the magnificent view of Mount Yotei right from the window. The breakfast is relatively simple, with limited choices — mainly bread and a few types of Japanese dishes.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely stay - We stayed 3 nights in Ki Niseko Hotel in a mini one bedroom apartment with a view of Mount Yotei this summer. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to restaurants in town and opposite our favourite town coffee shop in Rhythms where they made great coffee, fresh smoothies and veggie sausage rolls! We enjoyed the hotel and the space and amenities in the room, but found the town during the early summer months too quiet, with minimal restaurants, shops, bars and cafes open which was such a shame as the countryside around was beautiful. Ski lifts weren’t open yet so we couldn’t use them to walk in the hills and mountains surrounding the resort. We noticed the summer season starts July 19th so I imagine after then more would be open. The area is positioned well for hiking and exploring, you will definitely need a car. The hotel has a nice onsite restaurant which we ate in once and enjoyed the food (minimal vegetarian options however). Breakfast was ok, a little limited in Western options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel and would recommend if staying in the area for a short break.

• Yuk Shan (10/5): Good Ski In & Out - Ki has the good location which you can ski in & out. Good services and hospitality. Just the restaurant is a bit small. You may need to queue in the morning.
• Pranee (10/5): Recommended hotel in Niseko. Love to be back again. - Superb hotel in Niseko. Beautiful view of Mt. Yotei from hotel room. Feel very cozy during stay. Good quality and various options of buffet breakfast. Good small onsen. Recommended for first time skiers because it’s a ski-in/ ski-out hotel. Really helpful staff. The best hotel for our family in this trip. None
• Robert (10/5): Kia ora Ki Niseko - Absolutely amazing place. Staff unbelievable. Straight out the door and onto the mountain. View of Mt Yotei was sensational. I spent pretty much 2 days in my room soaking up the snow storm views and the changing light. My best hotel experience in Japan so far. All the staff bring a positive energy into everything they do.Best coffee so far in the cafe. Breakfast was a delight There was nothing

• Sheng (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay ! would highly highly recommend. - Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much ! High quality breakfast every morning . However, after having the exact same breakfast 3 days in a row . It became slightly mundane.
• Marcel (6/5): - On paper the property is great, but some little things like restrictive charging in rooms and no adapter's when asked. Concierge does a good job but it's just a booking service, not concierge who can help guide your trip, rather than just book what you aks them to.

• Hannah (9/5): Superb - we loved our stay at Ki! the private onsen was so great after a day skiing. staff were great and room was large!! only issue we had was the laundry supplies the dryer didn’t really work so it took hours to dry clothes. but we loved the hotel couldn’t fault. would happily stay again and great location right next to the gondola.
• brianyR2672WB (2/5): Unpleasant Stay - The hotel booked our airport transport for the wrong time, so we missed a half day of skiing. Our skis were labeled with the wrong room number. The manager was very strange/not Japanese in behavior and came outside to create an argument even though I never asked to speak with her - this added a lot of stress. I suggest book another hotel if possible, or arrange your own transport and rentals.

• Sam (10/5): Can’t Beat It for a Ski Vacation - The stay here was amazing! So close to the mountain and the ski valet was tremendous. All the staff are eager to help guests when they need anything. Would absolutely come here again.

The location is perfect, the morning breakfast was excellent, the room was big and cosy, the Onsen was a winner and the guys in the Bar provided excellent service, particularly Elliot & Aiden. I'll definitely be booking again in the future, thank you everyone!
• TOSHIYUKI (10/5): - スキーするには最適なホテルです。 館内も機能的でコンパクトな造りで、スムーズな動線でした。 ストレスなくスキーバレー、温泉、朝食会場へ移動出来ました。そしてスタッフのホスピタリティには我々日本人でさえ期待以上の評価でした。スタッフの数も多いですし、外国の方が大半ですが、日本のスタンダードレベル以上の対応で非常に快適に過ごせました。
• fjewellstern (10/5): Perfect few days in Niseko! - The Ki Niseko is the perfect place to stay when visiting Niseko. The location is ideal for getting on the mtn. The rooms are small but efficient, very clean and comfortable. The staff is outstanding as is the onsen and restaurant. We loved our stay here!

• Richard (10/5): Awesome location, great view of Yotei when conditions are clear - Was able to check in early because my room happened to be ready! Also, when I was leaving I had planned on walking to the bus station but they kindly shuttled me to the bus station since the shuttle bus was heading that way anyways. Google maps also had the wrong bus schedule so we made it just in time. Next bus would've been at least two hours later! Amazingly considerate staff, loved the private onsen as well.
