• Kathy (9/5): Great staycation experience - It was a good overall experience. The animals all seemed happy and well cared for. The park was quite large and takes about a day to look around. It was good to be able to feed the various animals. I stayed in a suite and it was very comfortable. It might be better to be escorted to the room on arrival as the resort is quite large. Some of the staff didn't seem too confident about giving directions.

The nice look of the rooms Our sleeper couch was broken - we weren't able to use it. The swimming pool was extremely hot - would have been nice if they could put in ice blocks to cool the water down a bit.

• Radhika (10/5): - Hospitality Smoking is allowed in living area and bedroom. Once our room is full of smoke, we couldn't breathe, as our next room guests love Smoking. It's really unhealthy.

Meal option is very limited to Arabic food at Hide resturant , only in breakfast few extra options were there, second I diidn't like that most animals enclosure has sand base and not their natural habitat like trees and grass ,sand can become very hot in UAE summer specially.On Room we were family of 4 but we have to buy extra bed as room could not accomodate family of 4 lalso.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful anniversary welcome surprise they prepared for us. It was beautifully organized by Head Supervisor Mhayta, whose effort and attention to detail made our celebration even more special and unforgettable. We also had a wonderful dining experience at the Hide Restaurant. Every dish we tried was delicious, freshly prepared, and full of flavor. Another thing we truly appreciated was how well the animals were taken care of. It was evident that they were properly looked after, healthy, and living in a clean and well-maintained environment. This added to the overall positive experience and made our stay even more meaningful. As a small piece of advice for future guests, it’s best to wear mosquito repellent, as there can be quite a mosquitoes around the area.

Feeding animals was a new experience Zoo Map not available Easily , not so clean in pool area and water in pool . Can increase more room service since I didn’t received drinking water for 2 hours after requesting. So many Animals are kept in very less space, area of zoo might be increased to keep animals in bigger space
