• Debbie (8/5): perfect location, modern apartment, lovely staff. we had a great 4 days - We arrived as a family of 4 for 4 days as a trip for my husbands birthday. We arrived at lunch time and headed to reception to pick up our keys, lovely staff and very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for us. 5/10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants and bars, 5 mins walk to the Yumbo centre. The apartment was very spacious with very modern decoration. We had 2 rooms with lots of wardrobe space. The balcony looked over the pool and again a good size with a table and 4 chairs. The bathroom was just a shower with no bath but again spacious with shower gel provided and a hairdryer. The kitchen area came with all the usual utensils. We had a toastie maker instead of a toaster which was a little different along with a microwave and coffee maker. The cleaners were in every 2 days with fresh towels. The pool area was quiet with plenty of beds and a lifeguard. I had read on a previous review that this hotel had a heated pool and that's the reason I booked it over another hotel as I know the canaries can get cooler at night time and the pool can be quite chilly. The pool was lovely but unfortunately not heated it was pretty cold. That is the only fault I have about the place and also not the hotels fault but more the person doing the review in which I read.

Lo staff alla receptionmolto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato due vermi e una blatta in casa, in momenti diversi.

• Raquel (3/5): Fatal - La distribución del alojamiento con 2 habitacione No me gusta que nada más entrar al bungalow asignado encontré 5 cucarachas muertas y telarañas por los techos. Me cambian de bungalow que parecía que no había a la vista ninguna cucaracha pero esa misma tarde aparece algo peor …lombrices enormes en el baño que al parecer salían del bajante de la ducha una asquerosidad enormes y no pararon de salir en los 3 días que estuve allí …. Lo digo y la solución de ellos es echar veneno que no sirvió para nada porque volvieron a salir al día siguiente.una guarrada . Es una pena que teniendo unas buenas instalaciones esté pasando eso .. una cuca puede pasar por el calor y tal pero ya lo de las lombrices la primera vez que me pasa nunca en otros sitios me hubiera pasado . Es una vergüenza que pagues para encontrarte con esto y baratos no son porque por 120 euros la noche no creo yo que te esperes una cosa así .fatal estuve provocada toda la estancia.

• Rita (9/5): Optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar, die Apartments sehr sauber, groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Pool mit 20m Länge fanden wir optimal zum Bahnen ziehen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Durch die nahe gelegene Straße wurde es ab 7.30 durchaus etwas lauter, was durch die gut isolierten Fenster nich ganz abgefangen wurde. Allerdings haben wir damit gerechnet.

• Andrea (8/5): Un giusto Walhalla - Personale disponibile e cordiale. Posizione ottima per visitare le migliori spiagge e il centro di maspalomas. Bel salotto con cucina. Terrazzo ambio. Tv Smart. Facilità di trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Piscina ottima e funzionale. Letti scomodi con troppa luce che entra dalle finestre delle camere. Finestra del bagno non ad altezza corretta.

Even though there was 5 people staying In the bungalow, the hot water did not last long enough for us all to get a shower on a morning. Would have been nice to have clean sheets more than once during our 9 night stay.

• Liisa (7/5): Edullinen tilava huoneisto, ihana allas-alue ja hyvä sijainti! - Sijainti oli hyvä ja keskeinen ja huoneistohotelli kahdella makuuhuoneella oli oikein sopiva perheellemme. Hotelli oli moderni ja freesi. Parasta oli uima-allas, joka oli kunnolla lämmitetty! Allasbaarista sai myös lounasta, mikä oli kätevää. Pyykinpesumahdollisuus oli myös hienoa. Huoneissa ei ollut ilmastointia. Kattotuuletinten kanssa pärjäsi kyllä, mutta ilmastointia kyllä kaivattiin. Huoneita siivottiin aika harvoin ja siivous oli hyvin pintapuoleista. Lakanat olisi voitu vaihtaa edes kerran 10 päivän aikana! Oli kuumaa ja hiostavaa, ja lakanat tuntuivat nihkeän hikisiltä ja likaisilta aika nopeasti. Parisänky oli todella pieni - siihen hädin tuskin mahtui kaksi ihmistä. Tämä oli ehkä suurin puute. Samoin se, että receptionissa ei todellakaan päivystetty koko aikaa - henkilökunta loisti poissaolollaan tuon tuosta.
• Cayetano (5/5): - Que a mi llegada solicité poder permanecer hasta las 15 hs, ya que tenía el vuelo más tarde, además que tengo 83 años, y para mí era importante descansar un rato antes de marchar, pero me lo negaron diciendo que el albergue estaba completo, y después de siete días, yo les puedo asegurar que el hotel no estaba completo para nada. En fin, lamentable!!

Da wir gerne ein Ground Floor Appartement wünschen dies jedoch nicht auf Anhieb geklappt hat trotz absoluter Wunsch konnten wir am nächsten Tag in ein Ground Floor Appartement umziehen. Hoffen dass es am 3. April auf Anhieb klappt. Haben dies bei Pedro so platziert und können nur hoffen dass es dann auf Anhieb klappt
• Juan Antonio (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio. - La ubicación de la habitación esta muy bien, mirando a la zona de la piscina y no hay bloques cercanos. La visual es buena. En general las instalaciones y la limpieza están bien. Cosas que mejoraría: - Las almohadas para dormir. Tenían poco relleno y para mí no era cómodo. - La sartén estaba para cambiar desde hace tiempo. Ya se ve que parte del pegamento está levantado por el uso y lo ideal es tener una nueva que además es algo barato.

• Olivier (9/5): Al bij al een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad - We hadden gelijkvloersappartement vlak aan zwembad. Ongeveer om de 2 dagen kwam men de bedden nachecken, kregen we propere handdoeken en werd het appartement vlug schoongemaakt maar 2 bekkens om eten klaar te maken het appartement was niet heel zuiver als we aankwamen en de de tussentijdse schoonmaak kon ook beter (vooral de badkamer).

• Greta (8/5): Alloggio spazioso e con un bel giardino - Alloggio molto carino e spazioso, abbiamo gradito il grande giardino privato davanti al bungalow. Posizione molto comoda vicino al supermercato e a due passi dalla spiaggia e alle dune di sabbia. La pulizia non era delle migliori. La piscina era ovviamente fredda, anche perché posizionata per molte ore all'ombra, però nulla da dire perché a 15 min di macchina ci sono moltissime belle spiagge.

• Teresa (8/5): - We had bungalow no 6 which was very comfortable, nice patio & garden area. Had 2 full shower rooms even tho our booking confirmation said 1, so maybe we were upgraded. Nice & quiet & about 3 mins walk from yumbo which was ideal for buses. About 10 mins walk from beach. Poor was cold even though it wss supposed to be heated so only had 1 dip. We booked here esp for heated pool so that was a bit disappointing, but weather overall wasnt really sunbathing weather. Would still likely book again. Cold pool.

• Jill (4/5): Toplocatie maar wij komen niet meer terug! - De locatie is super, dichtbij het strand, winkels en restaurants. Zeer vriendelijke poetshulpen. Er zijn voldoende ligbedden aan het zwembad We hadden maar 4 stoelen en hadden voor 5 personen geboekt, en het was zeer moeilijk, na 3 x bij de receptie geweest te zijn en 7 dagen te verblijven hebben we pas een 5de stoel gekregen. Ze vonden het normaal dat 1 kind op de grond moest zitten om te eten. Dus denk eraan als je met 5 wilt boeken want dit is niet aangenaam. In het zwembad mochten de kindjes geen zwemband of luchtmatras gebruiken, wat een grote tegenvaller was, want dit zijn we niet gewoon, er werd ook zeer streng op toe gezien. Er werd ook bijna niet gezwommen in het zwembad door de strenge regels. Geen drinken en eten aan het zwembad. Geen zwemband, luchtmatras, balletje, ... Het appartement is vrij nieuw maar niet proper.

• James (7/5): Good apartment - Whalhalla -we had a really good sized apartment. Which looked as if it had recently been modernised. Really comfortable proper double bed. Good shower. Supermarkets nearby so easy to get breakfast and cook. Room was cleaned regularly and towels were good. There was a 24 hour receptionist. It said adult only on BC but there were a number of families staying which was fine. Good location for going out to Cita or Yumbo Centre. Easy to go to the beach Pool was warm and had life guard all day. There was a bar and music was fine and 80s 90s music.Being late November sun was low so only had it 10-4. Sunbeds are nice. Communication was good Only down size was the busy road when you are by the pool

• Effi (10/5): - Grosses helles Appartment, Fahrstuhl, Anlage gepflegt und sicher Zimmer kalt, war 3 Tage kalt und windig, Heizlüfter nur Wochenweise zu vermieten, ich war 3 Nächte hier

Hyvät kaksi makuuhuonetta, tilava olohuone/keittiö ja mikä parasta: huoneistoon kuului kaksi suihkua ja wc.tä! Loistava hinta/laatusuhde! Vastaanotossa ei ole jatkuvaa miehitystä. Jouduimme odottamaan virkailijaa sekä tullessa, että lähtiessä.

• Strachan (9/5): perfect location with a great apt - have stayed here many times in the past. service and rooms are always consistent - and that is over 10yrs. location is perfect half way between beach and yumbo. street. overall perfect for a holiday. everything is close and the staff are always there when you need and nothing is too much.
• Stephen (8/5): 12 nights in late October. - Location was good, facilities were good, staff friendly enough, room had a kitchenette, hob, sink, microwave and fridge. We were lucky enough to get a ground floor apartment, which meant the pool was just 20m from our back door. Small bar at the pool, but as I stated, didn't need it my fridge was just as close. My only gripe, the room did not have a/c, but I don't think any room on the complex had a/c. Plus, when I booked, I knew the room didn't have a/c as I didn't think I would need it in October. However, weather was lovely and a/c would have been nice.

• Lorna (10/5): Repeat visit and shall definitely return - Very friendly welcome, i'd been in contact with the hotel prior to arrival who helped me book an aircon unit which was needed due to the warm temperatures. Apartment was on the 1st floor and was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Plenty of sunbeds available poolside and loved the pool bar. Very friendly service and good variety of drinks available. Location is superb, close to restaurants, bars and the Hyperdino out of the back gate at the top of the stairs. This was our second visit and we will definitely return Nothing

• Victoria (9/5): Muy bien equipado y buena ubicación - Poder usar la piscina de noche, ya que el agua estaba temperada!! lo mejor!! Que no tenía estacionamiento, si no que había que estacionar en la calle, pero siempre encontramos lugar
• Marion (6/5): Heerlijk verblijf op goede locatie met beste gezelschap - De locatie is Top, we hadden appartement op begane grond vlakbij zwembad. Zwembad is verwarmd en heel groot, heerlijk! Bedjes genoeg. Maar ook vlakbij Yumbo centrum, Cita en zandduinen. Het appartement zelf laat wat te wensen over. We hadden veel last van kakkerlakken (maar al snel de oorzaak te pakken) dus dat stopte na een dag. De keukenkastjes ruiken erg muf. De keuken is summier ingericht, wat we te kort kwamen hebben we om gevraagd en kregen we ook. 2 persoons bed is erg krap. Als je kijkt naar prijs kwaliteit is het gewoon goed. Kunt niet alles verwachten voor deze prijs. Kakkerlakken, muf ruiken en wormen uit de afvoer.

En cette période parking à proximité facile à repérer. Double accès pour les hôtes, un côté mer et l'autre côté supermarchés et zones d'animation. Appartement, avec balcon, idéal pour 4 adultes L'équipements de cuisine était un peu réduit, un grand bol à salade et quelques ustensiles supplémentaires seraient le bienvenu. Mais tous l'essentiel était là !

Duży przestronny taras oraz salon z kuchnią z całym wyposażeniem (duża lodówka była dużym plusem). W pokojach wygodne materace a w łazience prysznic typu walk-in. Wentylacja działa trochę nielogicznie (włączając światło w jednym pokoju, wyłączał się wentylator w drugim). Ogólnie brak klimatyzacji chociaż w salonie.
