- Oleg (10/5): Najchętniej bym tam zamieszkał :) - Wspaniałe duże mieszkanie, dwa duże łóżka (jedno rozkładane z sofy), wspaniały wynajmujący na miejscu, wszystkie udogodnienia, pełna 4-palnikowa ceramiczna płyta grzewcza, słoneczne ogrzewanie wody, kabina prysznicowa z masażem wodnym, pralka, lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, dużo naczyń, talerzy, kubków, szklanek, kieliszków, sztućców, bezpłatny parking pod domem, balkon z dwoma krzesłami, niezawodny internet światłowodowy. Obiekt znajduje się na drugim piętrze, więc osoby z niepełnosprawnością mogą mieć problem z wejściem (brak windy).

La notte fa fresco, data la posizione dell'albergo. Wi-fi assente in camera. Strada X arrivarci tutta curve, dal mare 40 min.
- ivano (6/5): viaggio con famiglia - albergo situato al centro del paese scelto perché si trova vicino casa di amici perciò per noi comodissimo, non posso dire molto in quanto ci tornavamo solo per una doccia e per dormire, qui facevamo solo colazione composta da un cappuccino e cornetto la camera piccolina ma sempre pulita complessivamente gli darei la sufficienza

Entrate nascoste e scomode, colazione scadente con merendine prese al supermercato.L' hotel necessita di sistemazione strutturale e di igiene,e il personale avrebbe bisogno di corsi su gestione e accoglienza. Incommentabile e da non rifare.
- Gunter (4/5): Anfahrt nach Filadelfia - Ab Autobahnabfahrt Pizzo ungenügende Ausschilderung, Filadelfia ist schwer zu finden.Die Zufahrtsstraßen sind in einem unmöglichen Zustand und für Privaturlauber nicht geeignet.Auch für das Hotel selbst gibt es kein Hinweisschild im Ort.Als Parkplatz diente eine Garage, in der Bauschutt in erheblichen Mengen abgelagert war. Im Hotelzimmer waren die Ecken mit Schimmel befallen.Leider haben wir uns von dem äußeren Bild der Hotelanlage täuschen lassen.
