• gillmay20 (10/5): Winter break - Club Sevilla is very welcoming, especially in late winter where family and friends meet up. The units are excellent and the staff are brilliant. The pool is hot and the weather is usually kind.
• skadancer (10/5): Best Value in the Area - Don't let the small size of the complex confuse you. The Club Sevilla villas are as new and updated as any we have stayed in (and we have stayed in quite a few). If you don't need seven pools, and 10 tennis courts and you want to stay somewhere it is like staying with you neighbors and you want a new, clean updated room without spending 100,000 points, Club Sevilla is the place. I hate to right about it as I am afraid it won't be as available for us when we want to exchange!
• olneyrw (10/5): Club Sevilla Review - A very nice facility. Room was comfortable, well eqipped, clean. The furniture was in great condition. Bed was comfortable. Oven was spotless. Pool area was very neat and clean, plenty of loungers. Alll in all a very nice place to stay.

If you stay on grounds it’s nice but the area around the resort is somewhat run down which can’t be controlled by them. Despite the locations appearance, it’s close to Disney and convenient

The advertising and pictures showed 1queen bed and 1 king bed; when we got there, there was a beautiful king bed, but the queen bed was a fold out couch, which was not very comfortable at all for my son to sleep on. OTHERWISE, it was wonderful in every way. We went to the show at Medieval Times so the location was perfect! Would recommend this place to anyone!

• Roshelle81 (6/5): Not bad for free - It is an older resort. The landscaping needs a lot of work. The location is in the hood. The hotel was clean overall the furniture is outdated, but was in good condition. I noticed it was more people that live there versus tourist and people that’s traveling the sliding door to our resort. The glass was off track that left a big gap to the outside. There was a family of raccoons they often walked in front of the walkway to our room and there was snakes. The playground needs work. It’s old the basketball court tennis court was fair condition. However there is construction stuff in a way to get to the Courts. The pool was OK and the only reason I would not revisit is because of the location.

• Jinelee (2/5): - My husband and I have been staying at Club Sevilla for years. I love it there. I booked this stay because I have been driving for hours from South Carolina. My funds were low and had enough for a room just to get a little shut eye before driving again. Unfortunately, my stay was not honored due to a deposit I did not have. I have never paid a deposit. I asked her to check if I’ve paid a deposit on any of my previous stays. Seems like back in 2024 a hold was placed on my credit card that I never knew about because it was never mentioned to me and I never checked because it wasn’t something I expected. When I booked this room, I booked it not expecting a deposit. Therfore, because I didn’t have the deposit, I couldn’t get checked in. My request for a refund was not honored either.

The room was very nice, super comfortable, clean and fairly quiet.(We had some noisy neighbors) Our AC in room 510 was very noisy but did work. I do wish we could get coffee earlier. We grabbed some from the lobby when checking out but there were no lids. We would definitely stay again.

• 126MarkP (2/5): Little Getaway - Upon arrival we knew this was a place where we would not want to stay but we remained optimistic. Once we got inside the condo, it was dirty, old, and smelled musty. We placed sheets over the furniture just to sit on it. The air filter hadn’t been changed in months, the microwave was dirty and broken, the refrigerator was old and dirty. We ended up cleaning the floors ourselves. We had a 7 night stay and only stayed 3. The pool was heated but way too warm to enjoy it. The air conditioning did not cool the condo enough in the Florida heat. We had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom where there was an additional air conditioning unit just be cool enough. We would not stay here in the future. We will say the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were all very nice, but it is a very old facility and needs a lot of updating and repair. Probably the nicest thing on the property is the pool. Our condo room was large, but the furniture was outdated and everything about the room just said “OLD”!
• Keith (10/5): Bravo! - The staff is always friendly and there are plenty amenities available. I have stayed at Club Sevilla several times and their rooms are always exceptionally clean and it is by far one of my favorite places to stay in the Kissimmee/Orlandoarea.
• Robert (6/5): - For the price and location it was great. On my second day the air conditioner out right broke at 9pm. The following day I was moved to another room. And being Florida I guess, there were no cat or dogs, just little lizards running around all day. Guess it's better than gators.

• Matthew (10/5): Great hotel! - We just needed a quick cheap night after a long day at a Disney park, and this hotel was great. It offered a 24-hour swimming pool and tennis which the kids didn't want to do because they wanted to hang out with Grandma and Grandpa which lived in Orlando area. Very nice and clean hotel when I moved the dresser to block the adjoining room door there was some debris underneath but overall the room was clean and nice.

• Joell (2/5): - When i arrived the hotel seemed nice enough, it was much less impressive than its photos though. When I arrived to the room, it was a bit smaller than expected. One of the beds was pressed up against the wall and the air conditioner which was extremely loud and rattling. The entire room smelled strongly of mildew. The staff was very responsive and was able to move me to another room. In the new room the air-conditioner seemed to be working properly and was quiet, so I thought I'd be all right. As the night progressed though I began feeling ill. I had a lot of congestion, started coughing, and drinking water or taking cough drops did nothing to alleviate my discomfort. My condition continued to worsen so I finally I went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. The night security guard was extremely helpful, realizing it was almost 4a she told me that it was most likely that the manager would be asleep, but would be able to help me in a few hours. I was having so much trouble breathing I felt like it would be better to go to the emergency room rather than continue to stay in a that hotel. After leaving the hotel and being in the fresh night air, my cough subsided immediately. I had a residual sore throat the next day, but finally felt better after about 24 hours of being out and about and sleeping in a new hotel.
• Sherpa258087 (4/5): Not what we were expecting - Too many young children in the hot tub with no adult supervision. Grounds were not kept up. The grill behind our building was surrounded by weeds. Tree were ot trimmed. Bathroom was small. Kitchen was nice and well stocked Bed and pillows were horrible. Living room furniture was uncomfortable. We left in the middle of the week because we were so disappointed.

The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds. We had a microwave and refrigerator which were very convenient. The pool area was beautiful and if we had time we would have jumped in! The room and landscaping were very clean. I did see a security guard in the evening which assured us the area was safe. We definitely will stay here again!

The vending machines only have candy bars and food snacks, no drinks which is inconvenient to have to drive to get. We were told we had to take all trash to a dumpster which I did not see in the listing and felt more like we were staying at an air bnb vs a hotel. Also had to call the front desk to tell them if we were checking out prior to 10 am. I would only stay here again for a short visit that was priced under market, because dollar for dollar, I would prefer a hotel that has amenities like vending machines, larger rooms and that take care of housekeeping.
• David (8/5): - We have been coming to Club Seville for a few years now. We have always loved staying there. However, this trip was a little different. The room we had 805 the shower pressure was very low and the jacuzzi was very slow to fill. Also, the floor needed a good mopping or a sweeping. and microwave turn table didn't work. Our overall stay was great. Just a couple small flaws. We will definitly be back.

• Mdahlum (8/5): Relaxing Getaway - This resort was exactly what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing escape! The location is fantastic—tucked away in a quiet area that felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights was the 24-hour heated pool and hot tub—absolutely awesome to enjoy any time of day or night. It was the perfect way to unwind and destress. The resort staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was refreshing to stay somewhere with no loud parties—just calm, quiet vibes all around. A couple of minor things to note: there were limited extra outlets in the room, so I’d recommend bringing a power strip if you have multiple devices. Also, the floors could’ve been cleaner—our socks picked up quite a bit of dirt. But those were small issues in what was otherwise a great stay. Overall, I’d absolutely come back. This resort is a hidden gem for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy some peace and quiet!
