• Andrew (10/5): Perfect - Absolutely everything. The location is perfect as it is only a 5 minute walk to the Phrom Phong BTS station, and the Emporium Mall. The rooms are big and beds are comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and everywhere is clean.

• SL Lai (8/5): A very hot April in BKK - Though hotel is located in an alley, it is very near to main road, BTS and shopping malls. There are a 7-11 and a TOPS supermarket near the hotel. There are a cafe, a laundry mart, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese restaurants, s massage parlour, and a few bars along the alley. The hotel provides light continental breakfast. Room is clean, air con is working well. Well sound proofed as did not hear noise along the corridor. An air purifier in the room will be good.

Locația pentru mine a fost excelentă, aproape de bts si cu multe posibilități de a lua masa in apropiere. Hotelul e vechi si asta se vede in unitățile exterioare ale aerului condiționat. Sunt foarte zgomotoase mai ales noaptea și asta se simte dacă camera ta este situată la etajele unde sunt poziționate.

Tudo estava bem limpo e as recepcionistas eram gentis e ofereceram sobrinhas quando estavam chovendo. Ao lado do hotel tem alguns pequenos restaurantes. Não gostei que a janela da para uma parede de um prédio e parece meio claustrofóbico e o teto do banheiro também é baixo, dando a mesma sensação.

• Caulin (9/5): - Location: This is the best-located hotel among all the ones I’ve stayed at in Thailand so far. Everything is nearby large malls such as Emporium are less than a 5-minute walk away. That’s a huge advantage. The park: It’s about a 30-minute walk away, but definitely worth it for the beautiful view. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Every day a cleaning staff member comes to tidy up the room and also brings two bottles of water. Used towels and the floor mat are replaced daily. Each days the room is cleaned, the products leave a pleasant scent. The bed sheets are changed very regularly that’s really great! Staff: Very pleasant and friendly. Every time I say hello, I always get a smile in return that’s the beauty of Thailand! Air conditioning: Works perfectly. I usually didn’t go below 25 °C because it was already cool enough. Elevator: Works very well a real advantage, especially when your room is several floors up. I also noticed there’s a dining service, but I didn’t try it, so I can’t give any feedback on that. Wi-Fi: The quality was good. I don’t know if it’s a public network, so for security I always used my VPN, which only slightly slowed the connection. Overall, I give this stay 9/10 If I were to stay here again, I would definitely want a room with a nice view that would make it a 10 experience, since I already know what to expect for everything else. Thanks to every member of the staff and the hosts for their warm welcome. the only point that disappointed was having a building right in front of the window, so there was no city view or sunlight. That was the only inconvenience, especially considering the price. I always had to keep the lights on.

• MartyMcW (8/5): Lovely little boutique hotel in the heart of Bangkok. - Great boutique hotel in Sukhumvit. Easy to walk to EmQuartier and the rest of the bustling area. Rooms are comfy, and water is provided complimentary. The air conditioning works well, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are excellent. Check-in was a breeze, and our whole stay for a few days was very pleasant. There is a 7-11 a few minutes away and a Tops supermarket a few minutes further if you need your own supplies. We had a nice foot massage just across the road, opposite the hotel. As a boutique hotel, there is no pool or bar area for relaxation, but there are plenty of other places in the immediate locale. They do provide some complimentary water and coffee in the daytime, and there are shops close to purchase your own supplies.

Приятное лобби, приветливый персонал, есть микроволновка, кофе/чай/вода в лобби. Номер был достаточно чистый, вай фай в номере окей, но если у вас есть российский рабочий впн, то скорее всего поработать через вай фай не получится. Было очень тихо, так как окна выходили во двор, если на улицу возможно будет шумно, так как на улице есть несколько баров, но это не точно, выходили в 11 вечера было не шумно на улице. Так же есть хороший сервис стирки, сильно дешевле чем бывает в отелях, 180 бат за кило одежды. В номере ощущалась сильная влажность по началу было не приятно. Не удобный стул для работы, и не хватает маленького стола и второго стула, где можно было бы посидеть и поесть. Получается из минусов в целом все.

Location is reasonably convenient and there are eateries right outside the door as well as a 7 Eleven at the end of the short street. Skytrain is an easy walk away. Room was smallish, and felt cramped with a low ceiling. There was a very musty smell in the room. The room was quiet but the view was of an adjacent building perhaps two metres away, so the room was dark throughout the day.

Big size room, very close to phrom phong BTS Which is handy and lots of good cheap local eats to be found near the BTS station. It was overwhelmingly damp. Probably due to bad extraction in the shower room, but it was a very strange environment where the bed felt cold and damp ... Had to have the ac up high to try dry the air out but then you're left freezing and the ac unit is pretty old so it's really loud. Noise from other rooms is loud, probably didn't sleep very well because of the damp and loud ac but could hear thumping from another room, someone walking about and opening closing things.. very loud. Whilst it's a great location we both regret having to spend three nights in that uncomfortable environment. Also tv works but no access to netflix only that tv channels. Towels are a bit worn out but that's not something i would fuss over but maybe something that might be a no go for you. Not sure why no one mentions this is any reviews i read before booking ...i would say it might have just been our room but the whole hallway felt damp.
