Michelle (9/5): A wonderful Home away from Home, Home 2 Suites by Hilton perfect for the whole family. - The staff was super friendly, helpful and always very cheerful. The breakfast was perfect for everyone's taste. I have never been more comfortable away from home because they really did provide everything we needed to stay "at Home" comfortable. Heated pool, great sized hot tub, plenty of towels. Dishwasher, microwave and a mini fridge with a great freezer was available in our room. It was so special, clean and tended too we invited our 2 grandchildren to join us on the pull out sofa in our suite. Thank you for a memorable stay! the pool was under maintenance for our last morning, having it closed down before check out should definitely be avoided as we told the children they could swim before check out. Dressed and made our way to the pool to see the sign of doom! "Closed". ugh, they were disappointed to say the least.

Love the layout of the rooms and the bed and couch were comfortable. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Needed another staff member there to help with check in. Took over 30 minutes (we were 2nd in line) before we got to the front of the line to check in, and by that time there were 3 other families waiting behind us. It was late afternoon around 5, so there's no reason not to have additional staff. There was a problem with the people checking in who were in front of us, and the clerk was very friendly, but, seriously, another person to check us in while she dealt with the problem would have been very welcome. What should have taken 10 minutes took 40.

CONSTANCE (8/5): Nice stay for 3+ days - Like the kitchen in the room. Real plates, bowls and silverware! This room was set up as a longer stay room, we only stayed one night. Location is great, right off a freeway exit, but not close enough for freeway noise.

Fetty (8/5): Wonderful Stay! - What a wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent, including the shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap that the hotel provides. They are very accommodating with pets and have a great area for the fuzzy babies to wander in. The breakfast was lovely! Lots of options and fresh. Easy check in and checkout. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. Even a dishwasher! The only thing we had that was weird was the phone in the room didn't work.

Andi (7/5): Facility and staff was great. Just on edge the whole time from childish guests. - The staff was very welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. Our shower head was broken which was an inconvenience with our whole family needing a shower Asher the pool but they sent someone up and had it fixed immediately. We unfortunately had some pretty ornery people staying under us. We had a lot of kids/family on our floor and the people below us came to our room at 11pm our first night to ask us to be quiet. We were all in bed and weren’t being loud at that point. Then at midnight my son woke up to use the bathroom and just his little feet running to and from the bathroom caused them to bang on the wall/ceiling so loud it scared my kids so bad they had a hard night sleeping. The next day we were so paranoid we hung out in my parents room from 7pm-9pm and when we got back to our room we had a nasty note on our door from them. It was really upsetting and none of us could sleep we almost left that night but it was storming badly. I did take it to the front desk and the lady was very sweet and reassured us no one had complained and their quiet hours weren’t until 10pm so to not worry. Just sad we had to feel that way because of some adults with no life experience apparently.

Son (10/5): Good 1 day stay - Check in was a breeze. We came right before midnight and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Large room with comfortable king size bed. Sofa was also cozy. The only thing was the shower head looked dirty, the caulking was coming off, the shower curtain was grimy. Breakfast was really good though.

She was upbeat positive, and after learning that stairs wouldn't be a preferred option, she adjusted my room, and then offered that there were foam rollers and a hot tub to help loosen myself up. It was a touch of empathy that wasn't expected. The room was really clean, quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love H2 Suites hotels, but this one will have my business again.

Joan (8/5): Worth it. - Nice location. Walk to restaurants. Only negative was the bathroom has a pocket door that wouldn't stay closed and wouldn't lock. The bed was comfortable, room was roomie, and plenty of spaces to put things for a week long trip.
Laura (10/5): Quick, comfortable getaway - Great location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms and plenty of linens. Comfortable seating/tv area in our room as well. Quiet location with convenient access to all areas of Thanksgiving Point and surrounding Lehi area.

Kate (8/5): - Pros: Loved how spacious the room was. There was a lot of storage to put your things away and a desk. We didn’t use the kitchen, but I could see it being a big plus for some. Staff was very kind. Gym was good - plenty of machines and always seemed to be empty. Parking was included and easy. Also love the location - close to lots of restaurants. We walked over to Aubergine, which is a delicious and healthy option and there are lots of delicious restaurants nearby- Mo Bettahs, Costa Vida, Cubby’s are some of our favorites. Breakfast was adequate- I needed a high protein breakfast and I was able to get some egg bites and sausage that were fine. We were given two water bottles when we came. AC worked well and kept us comfortable. Overall the hotel was pretty quiet when we were trying to sleep. I also noticed that the staff were good about making areas smell nice- we stepped into an elevator that smelled but 20 minutes later when we got into it again, it smelled nice. Bed was comfortable. Cons: The room was outdated. Changing the bedding would make a huge difference in making the room look updated. Also when you walk down the hall, the doors were all painted cream and had no kick plates and you could see every mark and scuff. Carpet in hallway felt cheap and was squeaky. Interior walls had some cracks and scuffs that needed repair. Repainting the rooms more often would go a long way. Would have also appreciated ice water in the lobby as the ice machine was unusable on our floor.

Cassandra (9/5): Big too - The gym was always empty for my workouts which was really nice. It had everything I needed and since the laundry is in the same room I could swap my laundry over while I worked out. The salt water pool also rarely had people in it and it was lovely to enjoy after working out. The room itself was spacious and had a full size refrigerator. I never did call down for an electric burner but I loved that that was available! If you’re a morning workout person and an evening showerer- get extra towels.
Fullmer (10/5): The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, and the kitchenette was great! - We loved the breakfast! We weren't expecting waffles and nutella We didn't like that there was only one bank of elevators.

Joe (6/5): - We have stayed at several Home 2 Suites hotels prior to this one and this one seems like the most run down. Pool out of order, poor repaint jobs, and noisy/old hvac unit in this room. Really nice surrounding area with lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
