Yann40560 (2/5): Cafards, double paiement et désuétude - L'emplacement et le parking (mais places limitées, non réservable) La piscine. Arrivée: ils ont essayé de nous refaire payer une 2ème fois. Pas aimables, nous avons dû insister et montrer 2 preuves de notre paiement en ligne sur booking. Ensuite, on nous donne les clefs sans nous dire notre numéro de chambre, on nous dit juste de monter à l'étage. En gros, débrouillez vous. Les chambres ont juste une fenêtre qui donne.... dans le couloir commun. Vous fermez le rideau semi-opaque pour pas que tout le monde vous voit, vous vous retrouvez sans fenêtre. Les rideaux ne sont pas opaques, nous avons mis un dessus de lit pour pas qu'on nous voit, et pour éviter la lumière du couloir. Petite fenêtre dans la salle de bain qui donne sur la fenêtre d'une chambre voisine. Ensuite la cerise sur le gâteau, en rentrant le soir, plusieurs cafards dans la chambre. Nous avons fermé nos valises pour éviter que des bêtes ne viennent dedans. Le tout est très vieillot et bruyant ! Nous avons déguerpi dès que possible le lendemain matin.. !

La habitación es regular, pero con camas pésimas -deberian cambiarlas-, las luces de los pasillos, las apagan tarde y no se puede aprovechar dormir y finalmente los climas, hay que darle mantenimiento.

La tv no se veía bien y para una habitación triple era muy pequeña, el conector cerca de la cama no funcionó y solo contábamos con el del baño y el de la tv y el frigobar tenía un sonido muy fuerte, lo tuvimos que desconectar.
Josefina (2/5): NO RESERVE AQUI SI QUIERE UN VIAJE PLACENTERO EN VALLADOLID - Ubicación creo que es lo único que podría salvar a este hotel. *OJO* El que aparezca en las primeras opciones en la plataforma no es garantía. No se guíen sólo porque les aparezca en las primeras opciones para elegir dentro de la plataforma. El olor desagradable de las habitaciones (en especial de los baños). Mi habitación se inundó. En realidad no cuentan con estacionamiento porque solo hay espacio para 6 o máximo 8 autos y le mandan un correo un poco antes de la entrada donde notifican que si tiene suerte tendrá lugar. Los controles de tv no sirven. El acceso a internet tampoco funciona. El trato del personal al huésped deja mucho que desear.

Las camas están durísimas, por ese precio hay infinidad de mejores opciones, en esta única ocasión hice caso a un amigo que quería hospedarse ahí, pero jamás lo volvería a hacer, han intentado adaptar a lo nuevo y reciente instalaciones muy viejas, y cuando se intenta economizar intentando innovar, queda fatal, como empotrar un lavabo viejo en loseta para dar una impresión de "lavabo flotante", que solo daba la impresión de casi caerse.

A mi habitación le pegaba la luz desde muy temprano y las cortinas son demasiado delgadas. Las paredes de la alberca estaban sucias.

Ken (7/5): Pleasant Place to Stay in Valladolid - The location of this hotel is in the city center and it is extremely convenient to many of the city's restaurants and attractions. It is right next to the zócalo/central plaza. It is also only three blocks from the ADO bus station. Our room was very comfortable and our stay was quiet at night. The staff at the hotel is excellent and very helpful. The hotel provides large bottles of water for filling your personal water bottles. Wifi and the Internet mostly worked, but dropped out occasionally. The pool is nice. We had a king room on the first floor with a poolside location. The water in the sinks and showers never got hot. At best, the hot water was tepid. The toilets are very low.

The interior of the hotel and swingpool area are quite beautiful, I'd say, dramatic. This place is like a restaurant you enjoy going to, even though the food isn't very good. By this, I mean the rooms are clean but not enjoyable to be in. Other guests agreed, You don't stay here because you love your room, but we all love the hotel ??? The rooms are spotless but not enjoyable to spend time in, as they are outdated except for a modern refrigerator.

Michelle (5/5): - Location and staff were great. It was right in front of the main plaza. You could walk to the restaurants and bars very easily. Staff was very helpful when we were planning our trips to Chichén Itzá and the local cenotes. The rooms were not very clean and they were outdated. There were many stains on the sheets, and the pillows were flat and thin. At least there was good air conditioning and the price was not too bad.

dragon (8/5): We love this place. stay there very year - beds are good, hot water, quiet, good value for money, fab location, very nice staff, great to have a pool even tho it is heated by the sun so it was cold this time of year. really old towels. thin and small and worn. only 2 towels per room.

klio12 (8/5): Great place for short term stay - Right on the main city square. Rooftop restaurant. Great ground floor restaurant by the pool, which is large and surrounded by rooms. Feels a bit like a resort. They ran out of parking on the main location. They did have a backup location a couple of blocks away. Room was very basic

FindTao (6/5): Not bad - The restaurant on main level was an amazing Yucatan style breakfast. Pool in main courtyard was nice although it's a big awkward to use it as everyone sitting eating is watching. Great for kids. Not so great for adults. Noise in the rooms facing the pool is loud early morning. I like to sleep in a bit and it was not possible here. Be prepared to wake up at 6:30am if you're staying here
