• Virginie (7/5): Bien situé - L'emplacement est bien , dans une petite rue au calme . La suite tres bien, grande et confortable . Le personnel "bagagiers" fort sympa Pas d'ascenseur, l'intervention du bagagier fut fort appréciée. La piscine est mignonne mais son emplacement ne donne pas envie du tout .

• verena (6/5): - Ich finde die Lage war sehr zentral.. die Hauptstraße ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt worden man jederzeit in ein Taxi oder Tuktuk steigen kann. Auch Motorradtaxis stehen an jeder Ecke. 7eleven sind 2 in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, das MBK Center (riesen einkaufscenter) ist in 15 min zu Fuß oder weniger mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Es war nicht gerade leise, man hört den Verkehr durch die geschlossenen Tür, die Dusche war eine leichte Herausforderung da sich das Wasser schnell in der Kabine staute und man aufpassen musste das es nicht überhäuft. Das bad insgesamt würde ich als Beanstandungswürdig beschreiben. Hintereiner das wc benutzen war auch etwas schwierig da die Spülung nicht gleich aufgelaufen ist
• Laera (9/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at Siam Swana Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and many areas of Bangkok. It made getting around very easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and everything felt straightforward and well organised. It was a very good option for my stay in Bangkok, and I would happily stay here again.

• CorshamRay (8/5): Friendly hotel in very good location - Siam Swana is our hotel of choice in Bangkok because of its location, excellent helpful and friendly staff, price and the swimming pool. We like the outside rooms by the pool, despite their lack of windows. The breakfasts are cooked to order and although fairly basic (egg/bacon/sausage/ham plus fruit, toast and jam), they are very good.

• ETIENNE (8/5): Idéal pour quelques nuits de visite à Bangkok - Personnel très agréable - très bien situé près du BTS (métro) et de nombreux lieux de restauration - en face d’une supérette (7/eleven large amplitude d’heure d’ouverture) - en retrait de l’avenue donc pas bruyant - une petite piscine extérieure pour se rafraîchir en soirée (c’est bien sûr pas un bassin olympique mais idéal pour l’usage hôtelier). Les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre mais c’est bien noté sur le site de réservation et l’éclairage est vraiment faible.

• Anna (8/5): Nöjd. - Litet familjärt hotell med vänliga och tillmötesgående personal. Närheten till tåg och stadens puls, ändå lite avskilt på en gata bort från huvudstråket. Bra med massage på hotellet. Finns inget att klaga på förutom att wifi hade lite dålig uppkoppling.

• Seraphine (9/5): A lovely end to my time in Thailand. - Exceptionally helpful staff and the reception kept my luggage in a safe place before my flight. Delicious sushi restaurant at the courtyard entrance. Walking distance to major malls and BTS station and 7/11s are a stones throw away. Room had no windows which made it a bit claustrophobia feeling, even though it was well lit. Pool was in front of the entrance which was a bit awkward with people constantly walking around.

Upon arrival we were greeted with Do you have a booking very rudely and then Passport again rudely!!! Customer service training is required!!!!! Only one gentleman assisted my friend and I but the rest were RUDE!!!!!! Sitting on their phones not even getting acknowledged! In the tourism industry but could not or would not understand English!!!! Diversity in languages is a must!!!! Would not help with anything! We were happy to leave!!!!!

The lights in room 305 didn't totally turn off, so it was like sleeping with mild sunlight in your room. We were so tired we weren't willing to change rooms and just dealt with it. Definitely some street noise as the hallways are open to the outside. But that wasn't a problem for us.

• Mark (8/5): Great Budget Friendly Hotel - I like the property's location. Walking distance from the BTS station and it's near restos and cafes. It's also just a few stations away from Siam Center. This is nitpicking but there are no windows inside our hotel room which can make it stuffy. Also, no slippers.

The 2-bedroom unit was clean and the bedlinen and towels were fresh and I believe, fairly new. I surmise that this is a fairly new hotel premises. ❤ Would have been nice have an elevator even for a 3-storey building. Can be a challenge for the not-so-young to navigate the flights of steps to the 3rd level. One of the bedrooms does not have any windows to allow natural light in. Hard to detect when morning has broken. 🤔
• Raymond (9/5): Beautifully quiet location just off a busy road. - We had a ground floor room right beside the pool. Ideal for breakfast by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had no window so we overslept the first day.

The pool was just outside the entrance of the hotel, next to the parking lot, which was very wierd to me. Not nice at all. I din not enjoy the breakfast at all. Simple and small.
• Filippo (7/5): Cheap and conveniently located, good if you stay a few night in bkk while traveling in Thailand. - The property is well located if you want to visit a more commercial side of town, there are many big shopping malls and shopping street just minutes away, and it is very well connected to the airport with public transports. There is no window, so the only way to make air circulate is by opening the door (the door opens to an open corridor/balcony). The pillows were a bit too chunky for us. Traffic noise is a bit loud, but too be honest we experience the same in both hotels were we stayed in Bangkok.

• Buddyinbedtimes (8/5): We would return on our next visit - Very nice hotel on a quite side street within walking distance to Siam Square. Staff was very helpful. Hotel very stylish. But they just need that little extra to get the 5 stars. Once in the room, things are stylish but sparse. We had the 2 bedroom unit with what could have been a kitchenette but they put the fridge over in the living area and there were no dishes or cutlery. But they did provide them upon request. The building is designed so that the open-air hallways face the courtyard thus the windows in the room face outward usually towards another building so very little natural light or view. Plus side though is that the rooms are very quiet.

When I first arrived, the room smelled weird and was not cleaned well. The room didn't have a window which made the room feel smaller. Breakfast is simple, you get three choices, but everything is fresh and tasted good.
