Susanna (7/5): Cosy and welcoming! - The studio apartment was very cosy and very clean. The studio and its decor was clean and fresh looking, and all staff were responsive and helpful. They were able to deal with any issues promptly - they accommodated requests we made, like storing our luggage till the evening and the use of their iron. The kitchen facilities were clean and of good quality. Pool was available even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The view from the roof top was amazing overlooking Rodney Bay Market Village. A lovely serene spot to take advantage of which unfortunately we didn't... A short steep entrance, which was manageable and good for us 😆. Bathroom was narrow. Needed a long mirror. Understandable it didn't have due to the size of the studio. AC position meant had to sleep on other side of bed to get the full effects whilst sleeping. Otherwise AC was great! Managed it with the 3 nights spent. Paid a bit more than expected but we did book late so our fault I guess. Otherwise worth the cost.

Amira (10/5): Great start for our St Lucia trip! - We had a fantastic stay in Rodney Bay Heights and would absolutely give this place 5 stars. The location is excellent – while it’s peacefully situated up in Rodney Bay Heights, everything like the marina, beach, restaurants and shops is still easily accessible. The view over Rodney Bay is beautiful, especially from the spacious veranda where we spent a lot of time. We stayed as a family with our three-year-old son and felt very comfortable. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped, with a large, comfortable bed and plenty of room to relax. We also really enjoyed having access to the pool. A special thank you to Claudia – she is an amazing host. Very kind, helpful and flexible. From arranging a taxi for us to allowing an early check-in and late check-out, she made everything easy. She was also very warm and welcoming with our son, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing that could have been improved by the host. There were some mosquitoes, but that’s quite normal for the area. We brought our own mosquito net, which made sleeping very comfortable – we would recommend doing the same.

The location is perfect , close to beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and local markets, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still having a peaceful place to relax. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as expected. Claudia is such a sweet and thoughtful host, always helpful and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable.😎 I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely return without hesitation!
Marv Knibbe (9/5): Wonderful. - Hostess was wonderful. Bed was great. Location good as the grocery store was very close and beach and public transit were close. The only place to sit and relax in the apartment was a pullout bed/couch and it was not very comfortable.
Jochen (7/5): Apt.#2 - eingeschränkter Ausblick - Apt.#2 hat ein großes Schlafzimmer und einen großzügigen schattigen Aussenbereich. Die Lage ist nahe zu Bus, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Der Pool ist nett. Vom Aussenbereich sieht man auf parkende Autos und das Gebäude von Apt.#6-8 mit Dachterasse. Die in der Anzeige präsentierten Fotos entsprechen nicht der aktuellen Wirklichkeit. Das Wifi war gestört, der Fehler wurde schnell behoben. Der Kühlschrank kühlte nur bis 15°C, leider wurde der Fehler nie behoben. Abends konnten wir leider nur eingeschränkt aussen sitzen, weil - das Klimageröt des Nachbarappartments sehr laut rattert - der Lärm von der Straße unerträglich war wegen sehr vielen Motorrädern, die die halbe Nacht (und teils auch tagsüber) ohne Schalldämpfer ständig hin-und herfahren - Dies ist wohl speziell in der Woche um den 22.Februar, dem Unabhängigkeitstag, so.

La spiaggia a 10 minuti , una posizione davvero invidiabile con una bella vista sulla baia! Lo staff davvero molto gentile e disponibile! Ottima soluzione per passare qualche giorno! La nostra stanza un po’ piccola ma probabilmente le altre sono più ampie! Ma forse solo il fatto che la stanza era un po’ troppo piccola !!! Per 2 giorni andava bene , avessimo dovuto fare di più sarebbe stata troppo stretta!
Karen (9/5): Cleaopatra Villas felt like a home away from home. - I am a solo female traveller in her late sixties. I was delighted that when I arrived after dark around 8 o'clock in the evening, Claudia, the wonderful manageress, who lives on the property with her family, was there to greet me warmly, and show me how to work the lock box, etc. Because I have been struck by arthritis, and using a cane, she changed my room to a more easily accessible one, without my asking her to do so. She very kindly checked on me many days to make sure that I was happy and comfortable. I loved having a small kitchen so that I could prepare my breakfast and some simple meals. I really enjoyed taking dips in the small but sparkling clean and refreshing pool. The whole place is nicely maintained and very clean. For most people, the property is an easy walk to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Take note that the driveway is steep. The only thing I didn't like is that you can hear traffic noise from the main Gros Islet road/highway just a little below. But that is not the property's fault. St. Lucia has some bustling traffic on its main roads.

david (10/5): Perfect is the only word I have. - The host was magnificent. Met us at the taxi and looked after us extremely well. A lovely lady. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space to put your stuff. The only properly working shower I’ve ever had in the West Indies. It is very well situated on the edge of the town and very quiet. The pool is a great bonus. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing.

Olga (9/5): An excellent value for money - My accommodation was an excellent value for money in St Lucia, Rodney Bay. It was very clean and spacious. I had very good kitchen facilities in my room equipped with everything I need to prepare a meal. The location was great: about 5 min walk to a supermarket and 15 min walk to the beach. There was a bus stop in 5 min walk which could take you to other places on the island at a very small price. The pool was also very good which I enjoyed. Every morning on my patio I had my morning cup of tea and a little bird (Antillean bullfinch) will visit me to collect his piece of breakfast from my table :-) The owners were very accommodating especially Claudia who was very welcoming. Nothing really. What not to like in this place of paradise?

Oral (6/5): I would stay there again without the pressure of having to walk a distance to attend meetings. - The space was clean with all facilities ie refrigerator, stove etc. WIFI access was decent. The advertisement said "sea view". I didn't realize,until arrival that the sea would have been approximately 3/4 mile away over the roofs of malls and residences. My meeting were in one of those malls.

Sherilan (5/5): the apartment did not meet our expectations based on what was advertised in the description - Not applicable The location of the apartment was below ground level with no view of outside although it was advertised as having sea view. Shared space was cramped. Pullout chair which converted to a bed blocked entry/exit to the apartment. Pullout bed was very uncomfortable.

Location & Views: Perched in the serene Bay Heights neighborhood, the villa offered panoramic views of Rodney Bay and the Caribbean Sea. The location was perfect—secluded enough for privacy but just a short drive from **Reduit Beach**, restaurants, and nightlife. Flintmcc1956 (9/5): Nice pleasant accomodation well appointed - Location, staff, facilities and swimming pool. No instructions for turning the gas on at cylinder. Which caused us to believe out of gas. Which meant we contacted staff, who promptly turned up with fresh cylinder and discovered we had inadvertently turned off the gas.
Colletta (10/5): I will definitely stay here again maybe in a different Villa without conjoint door - Location, Location.. Very close to public transportation and walk able to the mall with a Variety of shopping options also Massy supermarket, the villa had pots, plates, coffee cups …full kitchen except no paper towel The air conditioning unit in the bedroom wasn’t working at all the only option was the ceiling fan and it was very loud also the if you are a sleeper room #4 is not a good idea the next door neighbor were very loud in the morning when we were trying to sleep 😴 Conjoin door’s, hopefully they fix that issue in the future

Genny (8/5): Very good - Cleopatra Villas was excellent. Very spacious apartment and really helpful staff and the self check in/out made everything really easy. Not a long walk back into town but extremely useful to have a supermarket just down the hill too. The evening view out from the sun deck was excellent. We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning in our bedroom (user error!) which was sorted for us the next day but we've suggested leaving instructions on exactly how to use it for those of us not used to living in hot countries.
Russell (10/5): Great stay at Cleopatra villas - Cleopatra villas was our home from home for 4 weeks. We were very well looked after, we had everything we needed, a comfy bed, clean sheets and towels, a lovely pool and even had our laundry done for a small charge. John (8/5): Pleasant large apartment close to town - Close to Rodney Bay Marina. Large apartment with full kitchen facilities. Small shady, private terrace and small shady, shared pool just outside apartment. Friendly staff and owner. Elevated position meant cooling breeze. Short walk to shops. Not so far from the main highway so some traffic noise noticeable.

Venicia (9/5): Thanks again for a wonderful stay. The area is close to the bus and the main shopping area. - When we arrived we were greeted by the housekeeper who assisted us in settling down. We were happy for that. The location of the property is perfect just a walk away from the main shopping area. The bus route is also close so we were able to get around easy also. Our stay was very comfortable, will definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for everything.
James (1/5): Worst experience on booking.com - The exit. This was not the room that was advertised to us. I had booked the apartment for three people which had two beds and a sofa bed. We walked in the apartment (which was very small) and it only had one queen bed and a very small sofa in the 'living room'. I was with my friend and we didn't want to share a bed. There was also no soap or towels provided. Very poor. We left that night and checked into an Airbnb.

Lawrence (2/5): I sent it in an email, and will not recommend this villa. - The cleanliness and the housekeeper. The sleeping accommodation especially the room you said for 6 persons, with 1 bathroom. The bed are full size and should sleep1 person each.

Lollee (7/5): Cute little place. Great location! - Cleopatra's mother greeted us. She was very welcoming. Sofa bed in "Living room" was a bit of a stretch. It was not comfortable, and the ceiling fan was not much use for the heat. Was kinda expecting a separate kitchen/living or maybe a larger area. All in all, it served our purpose.

Victoria (5/5): Great location! - The location of the villa was wonderful, it was nice to walk to the local restaurants and beach (c15-20min walk). The staff we super helpful if we had any problems and responsive to messages. The room is well equipped with a kettle, little oven and fridge. We had to request a hairdryer, blanket and pool towel as these were not automatically supplied. The rooms are quite tatty and our bathroom door didn't close, although someone did come and fix this for us when we asked. I would say the apartments are cheap compared to other offerings, so you get what you pay for.
Blackman (3/5): Poor - The proximity to the beach looks, restaurants and nightlife is superb at this location. The owner of the building exhibits unprofessional communication skills. I received instructions for an earlier check out time that contradicts the information available online during the booking process.

Evanderhorrified (7/5): Good access to wide range of shops and restaurants at mall nearby - Location is s good one, walking distance to nearby shopping mall and a bit further to good beach. Wi-Fi good. Clean. Good shower, although I only took cool showers. Easy to find off main road but with sign outside. St Lucia seems to have a shortage of mid range accommodation, this place is an ok option in that category. Entering property was straightforward with instructions. Slightly dated decor and unusual layout. This particular room was adjacent to road, all windows were shaded or frosted so no sea view, or indeed any view. Swimming pool looks as if it is associated with another property so not very enticing.
