ABBIAMO ABBANDONATO LA STRUTTURA Al nostro arrivo la camera assegnata NON corrispondeva alle foto presenti su Booking: • odore fortissimo di muffa • muffa diffusa sui muri • muri sporchi • assenza totale di finestre e ricircolo d’aria • frigo bar con ruggine • bagno sporco e con muffa Siamo usciti immediatamente e in reception ci è stata proposta un’altra stanza, per la quale abbiamo pagato 2000 THB in più. Purtroppo anche questa seconda camera presentava le stesse condizioni igieniche inaccettabili e, una volta a letto, abbiamo persino trovato un ragno tra le lenzuola. Per motivi di igiene e sicurezza siamo stati costretti a lasciare immediatamente la struttura.

It was said that it was a 1700 THB with a 50% discount, so i was expecting a nice room, but the true price of the room is 900THB. It is really annoying that hotel lie on the real price of their room and make big discount on it. stop lying.

Good access to street food stalls, nearby markets, and an interesting temple. It was a bit noisy from the busy street. There were some problems accessing the television service during our stay. The refrigerator needed replacing, but the staff did take care of it though.

The rooms don’t look like the photos , the staff is okay-ish but some a bit rude ! I also asked if I could check out one hour later and they told me I had to pay for a whole new day ! The doors are broken and the window didn’t lock so my room was pretty much open ! I literally hated it

- Sotirios (1/5): dont trust their foto - the area was both close and far from the center, but easily accessible with the crab app, uber, line app, etc. luckily I didn't have breakfast, although the restaurant was renovated, in good condition, the smells it had, I don't know where, you couldn't sit down and eat anything I chose this hotel from the photos, but what I saw was completely different, I changed 2 rooms to make the room somehow satisfactory, rusted broken doors everywhere, the air conditioner running water from the machine, strange smells in general, don't trust their photos

I asked the front desk for a refund after being in the room less than 10 minutes. They told me I would have to take it up with Booking and there was nothing they could do.

- Tony (1/5): Worst hotel experience in my 37 years. - Okay location. Good street food area nearby. Rude staff. Did not even open the door when we arrived with luggage. Tried to make us pay 3 times the booking cost to upgrade rooms. Didn’t let us store our luggage while waiting for checkin and didn’t share the wifi password in the lobby. Didn’t greet us when we entered or left the hotel. Was spending all their time slouching on the sofa or on their phone. Rooms are extremely dirty and smell like mold. Do not book here!
