• Antje (9/5): Wir kommen gern wieder - Hervorzuheben sind die Menschen, die das Che betreiben, insbesondere Miguel. Stets ansprechbar, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Die Gastfreundschaft ist großartig. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte viel Platz. Kühles Wasser stand über einen Wasserspender zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nahe am tollen Strand Playacar und nah an der 5th Avenue. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert, allerdings konnte der Hauptkühlschrank im Gemeinschaftsbereich genutzt werden.

• Isabel (10/5): - The check-in process was super smooth thanks to the staff contacting us to plan when we would arrive so that they could show us around and make sure that we felt oriented. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything we needed. The location is really great - quiet and tucked away, yet steps away from downtown playa. The price was unbeatable too! There is no elevator which was no problem for us but it may not be accessible to all. The staff helped us to bring our bags upstairs!

• Salvatore (9/5): L’accueil parfait par la jeune très gentille et serviable, la chambre très bien - Là chambre était très bien ainsi que la literie L’emplacement nous étions à côté de la rue principale pour aller à la mer au centre le soir et aussi aller au port. Situé dans une résidence l’accès à l’établissement était difficile nous ne pouvions pas y aller en voiture et il faut se garer à l’extérieur et payer pour la voiture toute la journée.

• Valerie (8/5): Great place for short stay before catching ferry to Cozumel. - We stayed for 1 night on arrival in Mexico. We just wanted a bed for the night that was walking distance to the Ferry port as we were heading to Cozumel the next day. Che suites was more than adequate. Large, clean comforatble room with good batthroom and A/C. Very quiet and perfect location for our needs. If you are arriving after hours, ensure you have mobile data to get the remote access codes to enter the building. I asked for the codes to be sent before I got on my flight, and they were, but by the time we arrived, the code had been changed. It wasn't a problem for us as we received the nessage with the vew code, but it would have been an issue if we did not have Mobile Data.

• blackadderv (9/5): Great hotel in ideal location - Great location in a quieter area, it's super close to Playacar beach, 5th avenue, the ferry terminal etc. The room we had was really nice with a balcony. Very clean and comfy bed. Staff very helpful with recommended actions etc. Getting the temperature balance right in the shower can be a bit tricky, but a minor thing.

• Robert (9/5): Bon rapport qualité prix au calme de l'animation de Playa del Carmen - Très bien situé , au calme, à 5' de la quinta et du ferry pour Cozumel. Belles chambres confortables et calmes sauf la 3 où des travaux extérieurs commençaient à 8h. Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel , pas de petit déjeuner mais du café et du thé à disposition. Un frigo et des ustensiles de cuisine ainsi qu'un 7/eleven à proximité vous permettront d'entreposer tout le nécessaire. Personnel sympathique. Le lavabo de la chambre 3 est très petit

• Nathalie (9/5): Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage - Nahe an der ADO-Busstation (Playa Touristica), am Meer und an der 5th Avenue gelegen, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer könnte noch einen Ablageplatz für Kleidung gebrauchen.

Il y a eu des travaux de construction autour entraînant du bruit mais c'est des choses qui arrive, on a pas le contrôle la-dessus.

Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit Pool & Sonnensegeln, eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit kleinem Aufenthaltsbereich, stabiles WLan u. einen Wasserspender mit gekühltem Wasser. Sehr gute & ruhige Lage, sichere Gegend, öffentl Strand (Playa Xamanha) in 4 Min. Fußweg erreichbar, ADO Busbahnhof Turistica nur 7 Min. Fußweg entfernt, das Stadtzentrum liegt direkt um die Ecke. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
• Füredi Tamás (9/5): Safe and calm place to stay; close to the beach, the ferry and to ADO station. - We got a friendly and helpful messages from the owner with clear instructions how to get to the suite and how to get in. It is very close to the seaside and our room was shady and had good air conditioning so we could handle the outside temperature and have relaxing nights. Some parts of the hotel could have reconstruction.

The location was great... close to ADO, ferry, beach, restaurants... and in a relatively quiet area. Helpful staff. The rooftop patio was nice but definitely needs some work... lots of loose boards and toe stubbing screws. Unfortunately for me, my room faced construction with lights on all night 😒
• Harry (Netherlands) (9/5): Nice guesthouse - Nice guesthouse located in a green, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Location is perfect, close the beach, shops, restaurants and only 7 minutes walking from the ADO busstation. Good room with fast wifi. The staff is great, good communication by Whats App and they gave me also good recommendations about restaurants. The main light is the room is not very strong. The roof terrace can use some maintenance, the parasol seems to be worn for already quite some time. But the small rooftop pool is very nice, even saw some monkeys from there.

La camera non disponeva di molto spazio per riporre i propri effetti personali (presente solo un attaccapanni con qualche gruccia), nonostante sia pensata per 3 persone.

• Martin (7/5): - The staff were extremely welcoming. Jessica has excellent communication skills and shared many helpful tips and insights about the local area. She even went out of her way to check at an Oxxo store whether SIM cards were still available (they aren’t). Magda made the best coffee we had in Playa—both were always smiling and very approachable. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with both air conditioning and a fan, and had a firm, comfortable mattress. The location is ideal: on a very quiet street, just a 3-minute walk to the shopping centre and restaurants, and about 5 minutes from the beach. The dining area was clean, and the rooftop pool was a pleasant place to relax. The photos on Booking.com promoting the roof terrace are not up to date. The terrace needs a proper overhaul: sun loungers were dirty or damaged, the garden bench cushions were worn, and the parasol was not functional. The kitchen also needs a thorough cleaning, as the cabinet doors and handles were quite dirty. Additionally, there is no breakfast bar, as shown in the photos. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult. We received a photo of the house and a video explaining the door code, but without Wi-Fi, we couldn’t access them. As a result, we walked up and down the street, trying to find the place. Fortunately, other guests let us in and shared the Wi-Fi password
• FLORENCIA (10/5): Excelente, voy a volver seguro - Lo principal es la calidad humana de las personas que trabajan allí. Magda, Jess y Migue siempre predispuesto para ayudar en todo, muy amables y respetuosos. Lo mejor son las mañanas en el desayuno con la alegría y la predisposición de MAGDA y el café calentito de JESS, juntos con otros huéspedes de distintas partes del mundo, pasábamos un buen rato. Jess tiene un alto nivel de inglés por lo que se puede conversar fácilmente en español y en inglés. Gracias Magda y Jess, me hicieron sentir como en casa. Ubicación perfecta, en zona 1 de Playa Car, barrio cerrado con mucha vegetación e incluso ruinas dentro del barrio. A 3 cuadras de la primera opción para bajar a la playa y a 5 minutos a pie de donde inicia la 5ta Av. Zona segura para caminar de día y de noche. Habitación super amplia con una limpieza impecable y la cocina, también muy limpia, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Espero volver pronto! Todo estuvo perfecto

Solo podria decir que la cama estaba un poco dura pero nada que no nos permitiera disfrutar la estancia

The property has problem with the cleanliness. The common areas especially the kitchen is a hygiene bomb.The wash the dishes and everything but they never clean thoroughly, or disinfects the sink properly, even at the end of each day resulting in it stinking.The refrigerator stinks too.The rooms are nice but the bathroom is old and definitely needs better maintenance. We also had to take a bath with difficulty as the water was only running.They definitely need to take care of the cleanliness of both the rooms and the common areas.

La ubicación es de lo mejor para caminar hacia cualquier parte del sur de Playa del Carmen, muy cerca de la terminal del ADO, del muelle para Cozumel, de las mejores plazas comerciales, En un lugar super seguro (Fracc Playacar 1) Atención con el costo de los taxis. Justo enfrente puedes tomarlo y te cobran $150 para ir al centro de la ciudad, pero si caminas 2 cuadras adelante, te llevan por $50 tan solo por cambiar ya de sector. Las playas cercanas no son lindas (dentro del mismo fracc), Esto no es responsabilidad del hospedaje, es solo puntualizar que si hay que moverse a las playas más conocidas.

• gsalom (7/5): Buen lugar para quedarse en PDC - La ubicación es extraordinaria. El trato del personal, amable, educado y servicial. El baño. Durante la estancia tuvo un fallo con una tubería que perdía agua, y sería valorable una puesta a punto. Fueron atentos en valorar la situación, pero nos causó incomodidad.

Clean, neat. Perfect location - shopping mall and restaurants nearby and - !!! the best quietest beach area - Playa Xamanha is nearby, with the clearest water we found in Playa del Carmen (and we walked along the coast a lot, from Playa Nube to Playacar). Only our bathroom smelled a little bit like sewage - we noticed it on the day when it was raining, maybe it had something to do with it… We also wished the pillows were not so high :)

Also was walking distace to the beach and town center. Getting into the property for the first time was a little confusing. Reception sent a message via Whats App but we didn't have notifications on so didn't see it till later. It would be helpful to have instructions for the front door code and check-in sent in an email or text message.

• Victorine (10/5): Bel hôtel a playa avec un gros plus pour l'emplacement - Emplacement au top (proche plage et centre en quelques minutes + bus ado) Jessica est là pour vous aider et est super agréable. Grande chambre et lit super confortable. Petite piscine sur le toit, un plus. Clim fonctionnelle. Rien c'était parfait. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir bénéficier d'un service de petit déjeuner :)
