My flight got severely delayed from Tokyo and couldn’t reach the hotel any earlier. The property looks like in construction still. Very good location within walking distance from the train station, and the breakfast was also very yummy. The cleanliness of the shower area needs to be improved. - cynthia (2/5): Very disappointing. So much so I booked elsewhere. Challenge is to get a refund for unused nights. - The information needs to be updated on your site. 1. Very little English speaking. I asked for the desk staff to call me a taxi so I could get to the Tourist Info office. Clerk handed me a Korean bus schedule, and told me "#15". Apparently #15 stops around the corner. What he didn't tellme was that it would take 2.5 hours for me to get from the hotel to the tourist info offce, The route encompasses almost 100 stops. It took 67 stops from the hotel to the tourist station because I got on the stop at the beginning of the route. Whenever I encountered the staff, they would put their phone on the counter and use the translator app. Staff was very pleasant, but not helpful. Definite communication barrier. 2. There are restaurant facilities in the hotel, but they are not operational. Staff offered me room service. When I asked for a menu, there were two items. Kim Chi Fried rice and Korean cup noodle. Staff was trying to be helpful. He offered me a Korean cup noodle to take to my room. Telling me it was a "Staff meal". There were a number of dining options within a 1/2 block radius. Unfortunately no one speaks English. Two of the places had an English menu, but there was no one to interpret or answer questions. This made eating out difficult as I have food allergies and was not able to communicate this. 3. After dark, there were 6 gentlemen's clubs within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Not a good family environment. 4. Three Seven-11 stores, but no one spoke English. Best convenience, 7-Eleven sells T cards. These transit cards are valid towards bus, subway, and train transit. $3 Korean to purchase, then you will need to load the $ for transit fares. 5. Hotel room was spacious. My room was at the end of the hall. The doors open outward. Everything was fine until I found male underwear at the top of the shower walls. Update information on the facility. Most of the information is partial truth. Yes, they speak English if you speak into the phone translator. Yes dining facilities are available, but no one speaks English, none of it on property. Tons of coffee shops, but if you want milk (No cream available) you need to upgrade to a latte. Adding milk to coffee is not an available option, even at Starbucks. One local outlet, Paris Baguette. They're the only people open for business at 7am. Pastries, sandwiches, coffee available. Reasonable prices, good selection, pleasant people.

- TOMOKO (8/5): コンサートのため1人で3泊しましたがとても快適でした。また必要な時は利用したいです。 - 駅から徒歩3分の立地。両脇にコンビニがありとても便利。スタッフも夜中まで対応してくれて全員親切。簡単ですがビュッフェの朝食も無料。部屋は広めで珍しく歯ブラシやカミソリがあり、充電ケーブルもついていた。この値段でこの快適度はお得。 元々老舗のモーテル？だったのか改装した部屋でも寝室からシャワールームが丸見え。1人やカップルで泊まるには良いけど家族や友達と泊まるのはお勧めしません。

- YASUKO (7/5): 元ラブホなのか半ラブホなのかコンドームも置いてあるよ - 駅近、スタッフさん優しかった、部屋がとても広い アメニティとタオルがフロントよこでピックアップできます コンビニ周りにたくさんある トイレの扉がなかった（壊れて撤去したんだと思う）友達とだったので気まずかった 掃除があまくて埃やぬめりなどあった、そのあたり改善されれば大変良い 服をかけるハンガーがあと2〜4つくらいあると助かる
- Anne (1/5): Nie wieder - Haben nach einem Zimmerwechsel und nach 1 1/2 Stunden Aufenthalt ausgeschenkt! Das erste Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch gerochen und hatte an der Decke einen riesigen schwarzen Schimmelfleck von einem Wasserschaden. Danke an die Gesundheit! Das zweite Zimmer hatte auch einen Wasserschaden, wurde mit Bauschaum teils abgedeckt und hat muffig gerochen, dazu kamen lose hängende Kabel, besonders über dem Waschbecken und Steckdosen die in einem dafür zu großem Loch reingeschoben waren, ohne Strom und Befestigung, an einigen Möbeln waren klebrige Rückstände von vorherigen Gästen!

- Hellena (7/5): Freundlicher Service in einfachem Preis-Leistungs-Hotel - Der dann doch späte Check-in hat reibungslos, schnell und völlig unkompliziert funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und ordentlich und es gab sehr viele Amenities – zusätzlich sogar Shampoo, Conditioner (besonders erwähnenswert) und Duschgel. Positiv war außerdem der riesige Flatscreen im Zimmer und die ruhige Lage im 5. Stock, die auch nachts für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt hat. Etwas enttäuschend war, dass laut Beschreibung ein Check-in rund um die Uhr möglich sein sollte, ich aber trotz vorheriger Nachrichten beim Ankommen noch einige Stunden warten musste. Die Kommunikation war zudem nicht immer einfach, da die Mitarbeiter nur gebrochen Englisch sprechen. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie fehlender Wasserkocher und nicht täglich aufgefüllte Wasserflaschen (nur einmal bei Ankunft) haben gefehlt. Außerdem hätte ich mir ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel zum Aufhängen gewünscht, da nur zwei vorhanden waren.

Layout of the bathroom area was weird and rather inconvenient. Part of the ceiling was removed which left pipes exposed. It was a comfortable stay for the price nonetheless.

Location was great, very close to the station. This place is not friendly for families at all. The hotel was very much geared towards adult patrons and I was not too excited about that. The hotel rooms were not very well cleaned, very dusty and visible yellow residue was seen around the shower drain area. Unclear if they wipe down the counter tops at all. Only one set of towels provided though we booked for two people per room. All the rooms on floor 2 likely have issues. The air conditioning was broken in both my room and my friends room, it blew warm air and dust everywhere. We had to ask for a room change up to floor 3 where the air conditioning did work but the rooms still needed much much better care for cleaning.

- Akane (2/5): - ひどすぎました。シャワーが壊れていたり、電気ポットが壊れていたり、部屋も掃除なしでした。翻訳アプリを使って伝えても、次の日のフロントの人に引き継ぎがされておらず、なにも改善されず、ゴミもバスタオルも溜まったまま三日間過ごしました。こんなに最悪なホテルは初めて泊まりました。お勧めしません。2度と泊まりません。

- kanae (10/5): - チェックインの際にパスポート提示したけど予約との照合に時間がかかって「どこで予約されましたか？」とか聞かれて少し不安だったけど、しばらくしたら予約確認出来て無事にチェックイン出来ました。 部屋は綺麗で大きなバスタブがあって、出来たらゆっくり浸かりたかったけど時間なくて断念...。 布団(カバー)がとにかくツルツルでとても肌触り良くてすっごく気持ちよく眠れました！ とても快適な滞在でした^^

- Wei (2/5): bad& terrible - no breakfast provided at weekends. the location is good, about 100m away from the metro station. the smell of its fragrance is really bad for me. the cleanliness and facilities of the room was really poor, which made me really uncomfortable during those 2 nights. I could hardly find a plug in the room. I had to charge my mobile phone through the plug in toilet. the experience was really terrible.

- Kimiko (4/5): Disappointing - It was close to the station. The rooms were dirty, we asked to change twice and each time there was little difference. The bathrooms need a good scrubbing. There's scum and muck there, I showered in my slippers. There were lint and hair all over the floor and the TV did NOT work at all. This was nothing like advertised on booking.

- Martinus (8/5): Golden Hotel made my first 3 days in Korea a pleasurable experience - A rather grand and stylish property with the staff being exceptionally helpful to find my way around Incheon City regarding bus, metro and global ATM This was particularly helpful as the language remained a barrier despite the translation apps The fly screen in my room didn’t stay in place
- Hyeyoung (4/5): 별로 - 금연객실로 예약했는데 들어가자마자 담배 쩐내가 엄청 났음 침구에 머리카락이 떨어져 있고 벽에 손자국도 있고.. 위생상태도 별로 좋지 않았음 특히 샤워하는데 샤워부스가 희안하게 되어있어서 물이 바깥으로 다 샘.... 샤워하고 나오니 바닥이 물바다가 되어있었음;;; 침구도 솔직히 새걸로 교체한건지 잘 모르겠고 이불도 찢겨있었음... 위치 좋고 직원분은 친절했으나 페스티벌 하는날이라 비싸게 예약하고 갔는데 솔직히 너무너무 별로였음
