Comfortable room Parking very tight.

- Moises (10/5): Perfecto - Me gustó todo muchas gracias Todo esta bien
- Natalie (10/5): Your hotel and location was perfect for me. - No breakfast That I could have stayed longer then 2 days.
But the hotel attendant, said they would try to resell the other four days, so I could get some of my fees back.
I was there for a family emergency. Someone in my family passed away.
- John (3/5): Very low end facility. Filled with Weekly rentals. Kind of sketchy - Near sparks main downtown Low end Place filled with Weekly Rentals.
- Robin (9/5): Overall very happy, helpful staff, good room for the price, would stay there again. - Great room with everything I needed, clean, easy access, friendly staff, surprisingly quiet. Mattress was lumpy, had to go out in the parking lot to access the WiFi.
- madeline (5/5): Met my need for one night near airport - WiFi unavailable… system is easily overwhelmed whenmotel is fully booked This is a motel… not an “old charming inn’. Puli city is misleading. Amenities do not include bottled watery complementary or for purchase.one thin bedspread… no blsnkets
- Ron (6/5): -
- Kenneth (4/5): - Not much Old and nasty couldn’t even stay just left
- Dave (4/5): would not stay again. - Nothing besides the price Old, run down. The room was clean but everything needs a paint job.
- Paul (3/5): - The proximity to the Nugget Event Center Old, stained bedding and generally dumpy
- David (9/5): Would stay again. - Very clean and quiet place. Very friendly staff. Easy access to everything.😊 Parking
- Daniel (8/5): Not a chain hotel but has friendly service and soft beds - Close to highway Interior was depressing
- John (9/5): -
- Irene (8/5): Near the airport - Not far from airport and near to casinos and restaurants.Great value for overnight stay. And clean staff are nice…
- Jacob (9/5): Great location - Location was perfect. Near gas stations, restaurants and the freeway
- Arreola (5/5): -
- Carlos (8/5): - Reasonable
- Fabian (6/5): -
- Jami (9/5): - Employees were great. Room was great. A little outdated and a couple things need repaired or replaced. Tub. Carpet. Broken mirror. Obnoxious lady yelling profanities across parking lot.
- Teri (10/5): Great value, quiet, and clean. - The room was very clean. I liked that I had a microwave and fridge. Was really surprised at how quiet it was. I felt like the bed was a bit sunken in on the right side closest to window. Might not have been, just what I thought and it was comfortable besides that.
- Kimrey (8/5): We'll stay again. - We were very surprised to like it as much as we did. We didn't know what to expect for the price.. Our stay was very pleasant. The television wouldn't work.

- Ievgenii (7/5): Ціна завищена, депозит завищений, пройшло 5 днів, він досі не повернувся - Чисто, місце розташування Ліжко, депозит дуже завищений, двері закриваються не плотно, щелини, все чутно
- Ronald (2/5): - The front desks lady when we checked in was wonderful, this is a second stay. I really like the hotel and I like the gal in the morning
Quit? guy at night, not so much. We discovered we had to ants in the bathroom and asked if he had spray. And he made us come to the office and get and use it ourselves.Instead of him coming and fixing the problem. Now, why?My wife has been sick for 3 days inhaling that insect repellent, this is a second time. I've stayed there. I really like the hotel and I like the lady in the daytime. There were no hand towels in the room and one paper coffee cup. I think you can do better.
- michael (8/5): - Great value, close to stores.
- G (6/5): Good night's rest in the heart of Reno, but won't be back. - Good night's rest in the heart of Reno. Cracks in the bathtub finish didn't inspire confidence. Fridge and microwave were plugged into the same extension cord which conjures fire hazard image.
- Angie (6/5): -
- Patrice (6/5): Ok - The property is ok, no problem but on the book app says with breakfast included…it’s not true. I could make a reservation in another hotel with breakfast paying the same price. No breakfast, the ao says with breakfast.
- Mark (8/5): Nice little place for a relaxing stay at a great price - First impression was how nice the staffer checking me is was. Definitely an asset to the business. Liked having the option of taking an elevator to my second-floor room instead of so many places nowadays only having stairs. When you've got to lug a LOT of stuff into your room, this makes a difference. Room was nice size with a very comfortable bed, microwave and mini fridge that had enough room in the freezer to hold and refreeze my cooler's ice block. Pretty easy to find and next door to a Reno fire department branch, though there were no calls that resulted in engine companies heading out during my stay. A few blocks east is a themed area that is definitely newer and kind of cool. Walked to an Indian place (Clay Oven) for dinner and a little farther is a casino if you're into that. Price for the room was great. Some street noise at night. WiFi was mostly slow and spotty.
- Anne (9/5): - Everything was great. Clean room. Nice with the mini fridge and microwave. Can’t think of anything right now
- G (6/5): Inexpensive choice that probably isn’t what you’re looking for. - Location in central Reno, much within walking distance. Inexpensive compared to other options. Building is very run down. Yellow/orange goop/stain in tub scared me from using the shower.
- Melanie (7/5): Idéal pour un Séjour de plusieurs nuits - Grande chambre équipée de frigo et micro-ondes Pas de petit déjeuner disponible
- Torres (10/5): - Location and price. The bed frame was not level.
- Kyle (5/5): -
- Bente (7/5): Good value for the money. Exceptionally nice staff - Affordable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The bed was new and really nice. It's an older property, but they have done their best make it look nice. We missed having control to turn the air conditioner off. We rather sleep warm then being woken up. So noice from upstairs as well, but otherwise quiet.
- Jorgensen (6/5): -
- Malotte (5/5): -
- Michael (8/5): -
- Claude (8/5): It was clean warm and it was good - Location was Not the best but not bad I like the price An easy access
- Eric (5/5): Clean, no frills stay right accross the street from the fire department - Room was clean and neat, good pillows. AC had buttons worn off. Some fairly loud water pipe noises in the middle of the night when someone took a late shower. The important things for me in a value hotel were there. Couldn't figure out how to set the ac on continuous fan to make white noise in the background because the face plate was so worn. That would have likely covered up the piping noises in the middle of the night. The free Wi-Fi was super, super slow. I could not use it and my laptop to order dinner and needed to use my phone. Double checked with a tablet, it was definately the wi-fi speed that sucked. Also the fire trucks back in across the street so loud beeping all night from their backup alerts. Really, run the AC on fan and you will likely be ok.
- Daria (9/5): Дёшево от этого и атмосфера вокруг - Мне не хватало чайника с горячей водой
- Dyk (7/5): - It was not loud that night...
- Samantha (4/5): - The room rate The plumbing wasn't working right would flush the toilet water would go to edge or rim but not over flowing would then slowly drain and not everything would go down
- Cristal (10/5): -
- Hewitt (7/5): - Wifi didnt work. Signal was too weak.
- Marshall (10/5): Ice in office - You have to ask front desk for Ice
- Brant (8/5): Excellent value for money, clean & friendly helpful staff -
- Sumit (6/5): -
- Cindy (2/5): I don’t know how it got a 7.3 rating because it was unpleasant. - The staff were friendly The bathtub had cracks in the bottom so I didn’t feel safe using it. The heating system was so loud it sounded like the jets flying overhead. I tried to turn it off but was unsuccessful so I had to unplug it. The bed was so high I had to use a chair to get on top of it. I’m 5 foot 6 inches tall. The insulation between floors was nonexistent. I could hear every footstep, water running and voices from the people upstairs.
- Abdul (4/5): -
- Terri (8/5): - No ice machine
- Maxym (2/5): -
- ULUINADAVE (10/5): - Very quiet, convenient location. The room has a microwave and a Kitchenette which other Hotels and Resort don't have.. other hotels and Resort charges for more if you ask for a microwave. Chevron Gas station ⛽ is right across the street, Sparks Bus Terminal and Nuggets Casino and Resort is a minute away from Victorian Inn.
- David (7/5): -
- Brenda (9/5): Very comfortable - The room was large & a was decorated very cute. I was more than pleased with the hotel.
- Danny (5/5): A place to stop for a few hours while traveling. Quaint but needing redo - Took me back to my visits in Reno when I was a kid. Definitely a step back in time. Very run down. Everything in the room needed to be replaced. Too many touchups and bad repairs.
- Michael (7/5): -
- Teresa (10/5): Descansando - Exactamente muy bien
- Valenna (9/5): The stay was very good. - The room smelled fresh & clean when my daughter & I walked in. The floor (not carpet) made my daughters white socks black on the bottom from walking without her shoes on.
- Alexander (7/5): - Refrigerator and coffee maker and microwave were unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Bed was very comfortable.
- Maricar (7/5): -
- Susan (6/5): I was satisfied with the room and the cleanliness. - It's clean and generally quiet. There isn't a lot of parking but I was always able to find a spot.
- Marjorie (8/5): - The location was great. Easy access to the interstate and I felt comfortable walking in the area. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the room.
- James (3/5): -

- Gerald (7/5): -
- Bruce (8/5): -
- Rachel (8/5): -
- Schopp (10/5): - No noises from other guests when I stayed one night, friendly staff did care, parking spots may have been kinda off or limited but it was okay it worked out for me due to the last minute reservation the price wasn't bad security deposit little much but refundable but last minute its better then nothing Limited parking spots but in the area of hotel it is what it is but the at least the motel staff named Al was pretty cool and would adjust if needed
- Ivan (7/5): -
- Diane (9/5): -

- Jennelle (1/5): BAD no WI-FI couldn't prepare for meeting next day. had to rush to Starbucks at 6 am. - LOCATION EASY TO FIND NO WI-FI HAD TO GO OUTSIDE TO CONNECT. AS SOON AS I WALKED INSIDE LOST CONNECTION. MGR NOT IN OFFICE TO ASSIST. OUTSIDE SMOKING AND CHATTING WITH SOMEONE. HAD TO GO OUTSIDE AND CALL OUT TO HIM FROM 2ND FLOOR. HE HAD TO RESEND SIGNAL 3 TIMES. I HAD TO WALK AROUND THE ROOM, OPEN WINDOW, BLINDS. THEN IT KEPT SCROLLING, LOOSING CONNECTION. MGR SAID, ' IT'S NOT THE BEST WIFI. ONLY 3g AS GOOD AS IT GETS.' I NEEDED TO STAY A SECOND NIGHT BUY I FOUND A DIFFERENT HOTEL. NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE OR RECEPTION. YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THAT YOU HAVE WIFI. YOU DON'T! I WILL YELP SAME COMMENTS.
- Wilson (6/5): Pleasant - Great staff, fairly clean for this price Heat was load
- PATRICIA (8/5): Nostalgic - Nice room
Large
- Jocelyn (8/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Brandy (8/5): -
- Dani (8/5): Overall quite a nice stay for a budget option. - The room was simple but clean and cozy enough. I enjoy the more nostalgic aspects of the property. It was very easy to get to and the staff was exceptional.
- Brian (3/5): Could use some TLC and elbow grease. - The price was fine. Did not feel like the room was cleaned. The pillows smelled of cigarette smoke.
- Alireza (9/5): Clean and good value - It was very clean. It had elevator. WiFi was not reliable and it disconnected often.
- David (10/5): Overall price was right for what we needed. Staff was exceptionally friendly - Stayed here before. That’s why we opted to stay again Bed was really hard.
- John (8/5): Pleasant older resting place. - Clean, conveniently located, value good. There is an excellent Indian Restaurant a block away. Wi-fi was acting funky….
- Matthew (10/5): -
- yonemoto (4/5): Cheap hotel, shortcomings were abundant - Very odd, homeless guy entered the lobby while trying to check in. Manager said he has seen this guy before. Was cautious about the guy, made me nervous. Curtains were damaged and did not fully close. Hotel was noisy, people talking outside room, horns honking - difficult to sleep. Furniture in the room was old.
Shower was clean, hot water and towels were fine Hotel took a deposit $150, made me feel like I’m gonna get hit with some mystery charge. I had a difficult time sleeping due to noise, slept maybe 4 hours, not sure this hotel is a good deal
- Marshall (10/5): -
- Savinovskii (8/5): -
- Rodney (9/5): - The lady up front I forgot her name she checked me in
- Julie (4/5): Would never stay again, low price not worth it. - Nothing Very old, very unkempt and unclean. In need of serious renovation. Door didn't close completely. Light outside lit up room all night. A/C unit was very loud and not efficient at keeping the room warm. Very limited accommodations. Ice at front office until midnight. Security deposit kept up to 10 days.
- marcia (3/5): Never again! - Location ez overnight on way to CA Noisy neighbors. Dog in one room barked for 3 hours. I couldn’t get a response from management to deal with problem. Other side of me it sounded like an orgy! This is a very dodgy clientele perhaps being housed temporarily by government service. And, the positive reviews were very misleading.
- perry (3/5): Would not stay there again or advise anyone else to stay there. Damage fee of $150.00 unjustified. - No breakfast. Did not feel safe . Heavy air freshener. Pictures of this location ARE NOT CORRECT OR CURRENT. Very ran down . Rating was not correct.
- Obed (6/5): -
- Centershot (9/5): - Beds are comfortable, room clean with TV, Shower/tub, kitchen area with counter space, cupboards, coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, parking on site close to main activities in Sparks, walking distance to Nugget, movie theater, and music venue. Have stayed here many times over the past decade and this is the first time my gas was siphoned from my car. But also the first time that I backed into a parking space where my tank could not be seen.
