• Emre (6/5): Sans plus - J'ai bien aimé la propreté du lieux, le fait que, les chambres est tout les équipements nécessaires. Le matelas et le coussin sont trop dur, un coussin est censé être mou pareil pour le dos, c'est censé être confortable or ça n'a pas été le cas, j'ai tellement trouvé ça inconfortable que j'ai du annuler ma deuxième réservation dans cette hôtel malgré le prix abordable. Autre point important, le petit déjeuner est tout simplement basique, j'avais pris avec petit déjeuner parce que je pensais que ce serais dans le style japonais, pas du tout, c'est un petit déjeuner très très basique européen.

Iluminação era boa, havia bastante espaço, refrigeração era boa. Tudo muito silencioso. Havia máquina de lavar e secar dentro do quarto. Os recepcionistas eram muito gentis e educados. O metrô ficava bem próximo. Muitos comércios nas redondezas. O café da manhã era todos os dias a mesma coisa e havia pouca opção para quem é intolerante a lactose.

• 本間 (8/5): - 部屋が今時な感じでさっぱりとしていて清潔感があって良かったです。ラックにフックが付いていると鞄や手提げ袋なんかが掛けられて便利だと思いました。今回使いませんでしたが、電子レンジがあるのも良いと思います。あと、ロビーにコーヒーマシーンがあり、好きな時に自分で飲めるのが良かったです。たくさんいただきました。 朝食にご飯がなかったのが残念でした。全体に洋なおかずですが、鶏肉のクリーム煮？をご飯にかけたらおいしかろーと私が言ったら、娘も同じ意見でした。

• Niels (8/5): Happy guest - Hotel was recently refurbished and it showed. Everything looked spotless and fresh. I like a firm mattress/pillow so this was also a big plus for me. Quality of the linnen: exceptional for a hotel in this price category. Smart TV in the room which is also rare for a hotel of this caliber - you could also see how busy the breakfast was via the TV. Very handy. I simply adore staying in the Nishi Kasai area; you can reach basically any part of the city with max one transfer. It's nice to come back to a calm area after walking around big crowds in Tokyo all day. It's very close to the Disney Resort - we even walked there one day (but would not recommend with kids - its about a 60 min walk) Solid housekeeping. A lot of complementary amenities you can pick up yourself at reception (I prefer it that way; less waste) Price/quality very hard to beat, especially compared to their peers since the hotel is way fresher. Compared to other hotels in the area I had no issues with cigarettes/smoke smell in the hallways/rooms. One very important thing to note; I had a non refundable booking on other dates but I had to cancel travel plans because of flight disruptions. The hotel staff was kind enough to let me cancel the booking and refund me the booking fee. I found that amazing. These are just minor notes. I would definitely stay here again. I booked a small double bed room but was traveling solo. The room was perfect for me but I can imagine it would be really tight with 2 people. Lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit better at the vanity. Compared to other hotels of the same caliber in the area (eg; Rembrandt) I found the frontdesk staff to be a bit "not present"- I would often walk in/out of the lobby without being acknowledged, which felt a bit weird. Breakfast will get uncomfortably busy at times, but even in the early times lots, it gets busy. The restaurant area is maybe too small for a 14 floor hotel.
