My original booking was scheduled for April 9th to April 12th, 2026. Unfortunately, my Indigo flight from Shirdi to Hyderabad was suddenly cancelled due to a technical fault, which caused me to completely miss my connecting flight to Tirupati. Dealing with sudden flight cancellations is incredibly stressful, and I was worried about losing my hotel reservation on top of everything else. However, the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating of my situation. Without any hassle, my stay was amended to April 10th through April 13th. I was promptly intimated about this booking modification via email by both Hotel Raj Park and Cleartrip. Their fast, clear communication completely removed the stress from the accommodation side of my travel nightmare. Beyond their flexibility with my booking, the hospitality at the hotel was wonderful. A deep, heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Hotel Raj Park for prioritizing true guest care, and to Cleartrip for the seamless coordination. • HareramuC (10/5): The Best Hotel In Tirupati - I had a very pleasant stay at Raj Park, Tirupati. The location near Alipiri is extremely convenient, especially for pilgrims visiting Tirumala. The rooms were neat, spacious, and comfortable, making the stay very relaxing. The food was good, and the staff were polite, courteous, and always responsive to our needs. I make it a point to stay at Raj Park every year, and it has consistently provided a peaceful and comfortable experience. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Murali Garu and Chalapathi Garu for their warm hospitality and support. Overall, it is a great option for families looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in Tirupati.

My room was located next to the service lift, and I could clearly hear other guests as well as hotel staff talking from inside the room. The noise was noticeable and affected the overall comfort, especially when trying to rest. Overall, Rajpark Tirupathi Hotel has good potential due to its location and service, but better sound insulation and room allocation would significantly improve the guest experience. It may be suitable for short stays, but light sleepers should request a quieter room away from service areas.

• AirFuss (4/5): Rooms and Lobby Smelled Damp and Restaurant Had Dirty Utensils - The hotel entrance lobby and beds were fine. Breakfast food options were fine but cleanliness was the issue. Restaurant utensils like spoons and small bowls were dirty, we had to ask again and again to give clean bowls. The table mats were very dirty and not washed. We asked to change the mats but got another set of dirty table mats, so finally we asked them to remove the mats as they had none clean. The ala carte dinner services were very slow and we had to return 2 food orders as they were not well prepared, hard paneer with raw mustard oil smell and taste. The room and lobby on 2nd floor had very damp mouldy smell. We complained but they only sprayed room freshner which didn't solve the purpose.

Staff member Selvam behaved very rudely and was not at all professional. We did not feel welcomed or respected during our stay. Housekeeping service was also very bad — rooms were not cleaned properly, amenities were missing, and repeated requests were ignored. Overall maintenance is not up to the mark. For the price they charge, the experience is not worth it. Definitely not recommended.

I just got one night stay in Tirumala and we would like to see some other temples in Tirupati town and unwind prior to our departure home back. We got a message from this property a day before, to pay partial money to confirm our booking else they would cancel my booking. Even though the booking conditions clearly mentioned that we can make a payment at the time of check in. Anyhow I got a room without any fuss, but be cautious while peak season. Check in was quick and got a room, Clean and spacious enough. We got the additional cot & mattress after third reminder. Had the breakfast in next morning and buffet spread was decent, mainly a south Indian dishes and If am not wrong, they serve only vegetarian. A2B restaurant is just across the road is an added advantage.

Room boy and bellboy very kind and helpful. Nice comfortable good sleep on fluffy pillows and good bed. Bathroom tiles are very old and shower curtains have to be changed. Now coming to the food Very bland and mediocore brealfast buffet. Onion chutney was old maybe 3 or 4 days in tbe fridge. Upma, kheer,sambhar was very very ordinary. Idli,vada and coconut chutney just passed the test. Pongal was cold. Rest is fruits,cornflakes,bread and preserves very ordinary. Defenitely not worth the price i paid. There are new and much better options nearby. Raj park is in deep sleep. Wake up now. No wonder there are very less people in this hotel.

Room 407, dirty linen outside , used dirty plates, cleaning equipment, service lift. Overall wouldn’t go there again. Parking also inconvenient.

We come Tirupati every year with family & we hire transport of Mr. Raghu. Excellent service provide. I had a great experience. The vehicle was neat and clean, the driver was polite and helpful and more importantly he made sure we could connect to our destination in time. All in all a great experience.

• pumashan (2/5): Unreasonable and undeserving value for Money property … won’t recommend - Raj Park is possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in a very long time . Only good thing was people who were helpful. We booked a family rooms as we were three people after a pilgrimage visit. It was a booking.com reservation and this hotel showed up on top. Even above Fortune which is a welcome group hotel, we fell for the recommendation. We arrived and waited for 30 minutes to make room ready. It was two rooms adjacent to each other with a door connecting we were gjven one room ams other after another 20 min. Stale., unclean and even had a speed on my bed. We used the hotel only for a shower and a few hours rest before continuing the journey. The shower gel dispenser had its lid broken We paid close to 10k for 2 rooms ( a campy room as the room selection showed) Disappointing …. The manager helped me with a charger for my phone though… good people .. unreasonable costs and. Doesn’t deserve to be a top of list in tirupathy
• Maps698066 (2/5): Pathetic experience - Avoid at all costs - Nothing good about this hotel except for just one thing - unfit for a 3-star hotel qualification - must be tagged as 0-star negative-star hotel. * Hotel looked abandoned with no life and soul when I walked in. * Room was NOT clean - there was dust on the floor, leftover food wrappers near the bed, and flowers under the floor rug. * Room was dull, lifeless and out-of-date. * One of the chairs was broken on one side. * Room service is bad - no good food available. * No prompt housekeeping. * Bathroom was not well maintained - the toilet flush lacked power. * Room safe/locker was absent - upon asking they brought in a makeshift safe/locker which was not fixed into the closet like it must be. * Unusual noise from certain places in the room in the night - some water pipe/pressure or air vent duct had some issues as it appeared. * Room hallway looks lifeless and secluded. * Unfriendly reception desk - no customary greetings while checking out. Now, the only one thing I liked for which I paid extra money for - hill view window that gave me a view of the Tirumala hills with waterfalls. Even to get this I had to remind them that I paid extra and opted for hill view room and not other rooms. Overall rating : 0 or negative due to the above reasons. Conclusion : Hotel management must close this Raj Park Hotel Tirupati if they have absolutely NO interest in giving good customer service. Tip to customers : Do NOT select Raj Park Hotel Tirupati unless you have no choice. Go for any other hotels nearby, like the adjacent one - Pai Viceroy which stands for its 3-star hotel badge.

The travel desk of the hotel Vinayak travels run by Mr. Raghu was truly outstanding. The vehicle was near and clean, the driver was polite and helpful and more importantly he made sure we could connect to our next vehicle. All in all a great experience.

Check in was quite fast and I asked for a mount view which they immediately changed to . Room was quite good and linen were quite ok . Food was very good. Overall a pleasant stay . Recommend to others . In terms of location, very close to Nandi circle and there is a A2B just opposite the hotel
• SathyanarayananJ (10/5): Our stay in Hotel Raj Park, Tirupati - We stayed at this Hotel for a day before taking a ride to Tirumala for a Darshan. The hotel is located at the foothills of Tirumala and an ideal place to stay, relax and then plan your Tirumala trip. Very nice and decent hotel with perfect facilities. The food in the restaurant and as well the complimentary breakfast is of awesome taste. Neat and clean room with good room service with car park makes it ideal for journey break right at the foothills of Tirumala. I strongly recommend this hotel for peaceful stay and I will certainly stay here whenever, I make a Tirumala Darshan. Tiruchanur and other temples are in driving distance which makes this property very ideal for travelers.

• vyas_atulvyas (8/5): Decent hotel for a stay for a day or two during Tirumala visit - This is a nice hotel just about half a kilometer away from Tirumala entrance gate. Overall our stay was good. Food was ok however Tirumala being a spiritual place and lot of devotees coming they should avoid non veg in the menu. In room amenities was ok. Rooms were clean. Not all rooms have mountain view. Staff was prompt and helpful. There are temples nearby. For some temples you can take a cab or Auto. Parking inside hotel can be a challenge on busy days

Since the hotel is relatively new, the rooms are in excellent condition. The hotel staff were courteous and the food quality was pretty decent. An overall pleasant stay at Raj Park. The only problem I had with them was that their cab rates are exorbitant and out of touch with reality. The other cab services cost less that half of what the hotel was charging. This is something that can be looked into.
