• Tharika Prashastha (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay near Pratunam. - If you’re looking for a place very close to Pratunam Market and the bustling streets, this is the perfect deal. The room is a bit small, but spacious enough for two people. Even though it’s noisy outside, the doors are soundproof, and we had a really good night’s sleep after exhausting shopping sprees. The location is excellent—close to major malls like CentralWorld and Big C, with plenty of street food vendors right outside the hotel. Room service cleaned the room daily and provided fresh water bottles every day, which we really appreciated. The bathroom is quite small but reasonable for the price we paid. Water pressure was good, though there was an issue with hot water control in the shower, which was the only downside.

Aardig gedateerd en een likje verf en wat herstelwerkzaamheden zou wonderen verrichten. Ook de hygiëne van de badkamers was niet best.

Leaking shower, old AC and horrible rooms overall. Contacted booking.com team and they did nothing about it.

If you wish to go to the Night market, it is just around the area. The jammed... The area can be too crowded at night with people, motorcycles، , taxis, tuk-tuk go around the area.

I don't get why we were not able to get the room we booked when in the first pleace that's the point of making a reservation, to secure a room. Giving someone an option is good, however it would be more acceptable if you actually held up your side of the deal. Give your customer what they came for, otherwise stop selling rooms on the website when it's no longer available. Stop wasting people's time. I will never booked any room in this property again nor recommend to my friends.

• Ronileen (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity to the ahopping area. The staff were kind enough to drop us off at baiyoke sky because our frab driver couldnt locate the hotel well. The bed sheets were not changed even once during our 4night stay. No hot water. There was no water during our 2nd day. 3rd day onwards the water was so weak! We had to buy bottles of water just to take a bath properly.
