- Apolinario (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean bathroom, good location.
- aanchaltomar (8/5): Good! Worth the amount I paid! - We stayed here for a day. So the location is good. All major attractions are at just walking distance from here.
We booked and checked in the same day, so we did not have much options. The rooms we got was on 5th floor (the lift only went to 4th). The room was huge , clean , got basic of everything you need, also had a window(its a luxury when you are in Hanoi ). They have lockers. The washrooms are clean and spacious.
But..but the rooms was very cold, it did have AC, it did nothing.
The breakfast is very simple, very limited options, and could be improved a lot.
The people at reception are very confused people. Lots of confusion and we had to explain a lot while checking in. They need to have someone experienced to handle the reception.
Giving 4 stars only because it was better than our hotels in same area.
Stayed here on 14th Dec 2024
- Jacob (10/5): - We've stayed here a couple of times on trips up to Hà Nội and we love it! The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast in the morning is simple but delicious. It's located in a great spot in the old quarter where you are about a 10 minute walk from some of the most prominent sites. Grab cars or bikes can drop you off right in front of the hotel. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and perfect for long or short trips to the old quarter
- Jan (3/5): Poor - Not much to be honest. Not horrible, just not good. Money was taken out of my credit card although it clearly stated that I can pay upon arrival in cash. Staff was generally nice but not very focused on solving our issues or going out of its way when we asked for local attractions, had to figure out things ourselves. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Rooms are dated. No hot water in the morning. Too expensive for what it offers.
- Pearl (7/5): Good -
- JackMiles (8/5): Solid option - Spacious and pleasant room with a lovely big window for lots of natural light and a bit of a view of the street. Bathroom was nice. Good location in Old Quarter, only about 5 mins walk to lake. Breakfast was reasonable for the star level of the hotel - small selection but okay.
- Kersi (5/5): it was centrally located and good for shopping as all markets are walking distance - The location was very central but the staff were average and we went early in the morning hence it was not very welcoming at that time The general upkeep of the hotel and lobby
- fengweil2024 (2/5): What you see is not what you get - The photo shown online must have been taken years ago; it needs to be updated to reflect the current state of the hotel rooms. The curtain is stained, the bathtub is dirty, and there is dust on the walls. Worst of all, I got bitten after staying just one night. We arrived in Hanoi very early in the morning at 6 am, so we asked the night shift staff to store our luggage. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty had a very poor attitude and was unwilling to assist us. Overall, the structure and cleanliness of the hotel are BAD. We got a corner room with a small window facing a back alley with no sunlight, and the corridors are dimly lit. The room was totally different from the pictures and felt like a haunted hotel room. I would not recommend staying here.
- 629janinev (2/5): Worst Manager at Front Desk - The worse customer service and the two rooms that we saw were dirty. They simply put lipstick on a pig. We actually had to leave to find a different hotel even late at night. We needed a clean and a good night’s rest. That wasn’t going to happen for us there. Stay away from this hotel.
- Andraous (10/5): - A very nice hotel very nice room very comfortable bed. The room is big it’s in the middle of the centre everything around You very good price stuff very friendly
- Frederick (10/5): Clean, quiet, good location - I stay here whenever I'm in Hanoi . . . can walk to restaurants I like. Place is clean and quiet.
- RICHARD (10/5): - The staff are so friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Good location.
- Cs (7/5): A OK choice to visit the Old Quarters - Location in the Old Quarter is quite convenient.
Breakfast is quite good and has variety.
There is a lift to the rooms The place is a bit tired.
Towels are tired, corridor carpet is tired.
- Maps30603064542 (8/5): Good but not that Goooood. - I stayed at La Palm for 3 nights with a break in the middle, so 2 stays, so to say.
No hesitation in recommending with the little “caveats” below. So, don’t have expectations. It works perfectly for R&R after day’s travels.
It is clean, staff are very friendly & helpful. The hotel is 1-5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and happening areas.
In my 2 separate stays of 3 nights, this is my review. Here’s the breakdown,
The GOOD
• Room & Toilet are clean.
• Linen etc are spotless
• Staff & Reception are friendly and helpful.
• The property is in the Old Quarter as in the middle of everything. 1-5 mins walk to all the action.
• The breakfast is good.
• A bank and an ATM are next door.
The NOT SO GOOD
• Some areas in the rooms and passages are/is aged. So, it can look not so spritely. The public areas are very nice.
• The toilet has stains. Feels iffy, but that is aged silicon sealant. It IS clean.
• I had paid for a “Room with a window”. On my 1st day, I was given room (201) which had a “window” to the passage/hallway & not to the outside. On the next stay, I was given room (208) with window to a very small courtyard, about 60cm * 150cm in size, and the courtyard floor had ample cigarettes ends etc. There’s no proper daylight as such, and can feel like a box. The room/s to the street and rear might be different, and I did not see them. So, don’t have expectations. It works perfectly for R&R after day’s travels.
Having experienced 4 properties in this budget range in Vietnam, this hotel is not "Luxury" as claimed but more a 2-3 star city hotel. Again, just a comment so that you don't have expectations.
- Sandamb (7/5): Overall happy with the hotel. Value for money was good. Location was good in the old quarter. - Breakfast was basic. But this was not a big concern for me as I'm not a big breakfast person My room didn't have a window. Again this did not bother me much as I just needed a comfortable room to sleep in.
- 629janinev (2/5): Stay away! - The guy at the front desk was not friendly which was extremely surprising considering all the service we received thus far from other hotel stays and experiences in Hanoi. He even gave her a room that was still occupied! Yes, you read that right. I opened the door and there was a luggage open on the floor with some clothes scattered around the room. I closed the door immediately and told the bell boy that the room was still occupied. My husband couldn’t believe it so he knocked on the door and a man opened the door! The bell boy ran back downstairs and came back up with a key to another room. That same unfriendly front desk guy didn’t even apologize. He said we could stay in that room for the night but tomorrow he would move us to a smaller room. This “bigger” room was already tiny. The restroom was not clean. The bathtub was perched an unfinished bottom. Most importantly, we were horrified and worried for our safety. What if he did the same thing to us and some other people came to our room and was able to open the door in the middle of the night?! We had to scramble like mad since it was around 11:00 PM at night to find another room for the night. That was our worse hotel experience in Hanoi. Never would I recommend this hotel. Stay far far away. There are too many other great options on Hanoi old quarter for you to even worry yourself with this one.
- Le (8/5): Very good - Staffs, location, and breakfast Toilet and facility is not new.
- Meander490006 (8/5): Convenient location & helpful staff - Good location in the Quarter, close to eateries and small shops. Helpful and friendly staff. Minh was professional and overall helpful. Breakfast was decent. Value for money. Clean. Services eg Massage, spa etc on site.
- Misharati (8/5): Very good -
- Laurie (7/5): It was okay. Location is very good - Good location; reception on duty during daytime is very good. They can speak and understand english The junior suite we got at second floor was small. I was disappointed with this; it doesn’t even have coffee table and chair or sofa or any furniture you can chill other than the bed.
- Anh (9/5): Superb -
- Craig (7/5): Good -
- Masae (6/5): - 観光拠点には良かった
- Chau (8/5): - Great location and walkable to many different attractions and restaurants.
- Janya (1/5): Unhappy of the way they treat the guest. They don’t try to contact us via booking.com - They don’t keep the rooms for us despite of booking confirmation
- 758ramona (10/5): Ideal Location, Good Price, Nice and Clean Room - I stayed for 3 nights last March 2023. Very near most of the places around the Old Quarter. I was also able to walk back and forth to the Westlake area. Good breakfast with fruits. The room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. I will stay here again.
- Ankita (9/5): Superb -
- Kirk (9/5): I would stay there again. - The breakfast was very good. And it was in a great location in the Old Town.
- Nadine (9/5): Great location and exceptional facilities - The location was a few blocks walk to the weekend night market. The breakfast was also decent, simple yet delicious Early check ins have additional fees. No convenience store nearby, only pharmacy.
- Trading (9/5): Superb -
- gordoncB8745OD (8/5): Excellent stay although issues with the in room safe. - The hotel is very reasonably priced, it is a 3 star hotel so I’m not expecting total luxury. The rooms are nice, the beds very comfortable and the service is excellent. I would have marked it as 5 from 5 but I did have one issue.
On arrival I couldn’t find a safety deposit box in my room. The hotel advertises that all rooms have one, mine didn’t. Having a safe was part of the reason for booking La Palm so I was disappointed in this. I spoke with Lily on reception next morning and she advised she would get one to my room that day. A safe arrived but when I tried it, it wasn’t working so I had to have that one replaced.
I have to say Lily was very professional, kind, courteous and helpful. The hotel is lucky to have her as the face of their business.
Breakfast was as you’d expect at this price point, it was fine and no complaints.
They have a spa which I used and the therapists were very professional and at the top of their game, they have fabulous therapists which I recommend using.
All in all a comfortable stay for 2 nights, other than the safe issue I can’t fault it.
- Devin (9/5): Great Location, Comfortable Stay! - the location of the hotel is the best - close to literally all the top spots in Hanoi. in the room - cleaning could be better, attention to detail is needed especially in the shower.
- Alston (10/5): Customer service at its best - Staff were very helpful. Always smiling. They know the city, and gave a lot of tips and suggestions on how and where to travel.
- Alex (8/5): good clean hotel, well located in the Old Quarter with friendly and helpful staff - Great location with very accommodating and friendly hotel staff. Very good buffet breakfast available at the hotel and a comfortable room. room was a bit dark and the shower pressure was low.
- Jennie (7/5): Good -
- Frequentjaunts (8/5): Great location, a solid choice - The location of this hotel is great, close to everything in the old quarter.
For the price we paid (less than 40usd) the room was very nice. The two things that could be improved are the detailed cleaning in the room (marks from spills on the skirting boards and a deep clean behind the door and also shower screen) and also find somewhere else to store the spare mattresses/beds rather than on the landing of each floor.
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was sufficient, although no juice only tea or coffee which is not so good if you don't drink those. They make eggs to order and noodle soup. Also have cereal, toast, some other hot options.
Our room had only a very small window that only opened to a light well, but given the noise of the old quarter this was a good thing as room was mostly quiet. Walls are quite thin so could hear people in next room and also the water running down the pipes in the walls.
- ZHENG HAN (6/5): - Do be mindful that the hotel (manager) is very slow in replying. She does not really take your request seriously. Despite being already promised two single beds a month before the stay, we were suddenly told that the hotel was full on the day we arrived and we had to make multiple requests on site, to the extent where it seems like we were begging the manager, for that two beds.
In any case, the property is actually quite old. The state of property is quite different from what you see in the pictures. The insulation of the room is quite poor because you can hear what is along the corridor and the other room.
That said, the doorman is very polite and dutiful, and the two female receptionists did try to help us. Breakfast choices were extremely limited but they did try to vary the menu. You are better off eating on the streets of Hanoi.
Overall however, I would not stay in the hotel again. There are better ones elsewhere.
- Jennie (7/5): Good location - Location and staff plus a smart TV that works! The hair dryer is bad, it,s iny and blowing out cold air.
- Quyen (1/5): Bad -
- Tek (8/5): Nice small hotel - A nice small hotel in Old Quaters near to night market, beer street, restaurants etc Nil
- Lee.w (8/5): Very good -
- Canelia (7/5): Comfy, good value for price - The staff was really nice! Although the hotel feels a bit dated, the room I got was nice and clean, the bed was very comfy. The shower had good pressure and the bathroom was spacious. It is in the heart of the old quarter, worth it if you want a stopover for a night or two as it is convenient. I enjoyed my stay. My room only had one little window that gave on the adjacent wall. I only stayed 1 night and left early the next morning so it didn't bother me, but it might be disappointing if you plan on staying longer.
It is a bit outdated compared to the pictures.
- Mauricio.mesa (7/5): Good -
- Nghia (9/5): Superb -
- AK_kaddagar (8/5): Good Hotel but Bad transport system - Hotel is neat and clean front desk staff understand English. But do not book Cab via Hotel help desk. They have given 5 lakh dong budget for airport drop . But in middle of road driver started drama and demanded extra 3 lakh dong .
- Sadique (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benardine (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, 30s from Night Market and about 2mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were simply Awesome, very friendly, funny and helpful. Kudos to Lily and team for making our stay pleasant.
- DelhiBoby (8/5): Hanoi visit - From looking outside we found this hotel ordinary but when we were allotted rooms ,we were satisfied,we were very tired and had a good sleep there ,at reception lily was helpful, though variety was less in breakfast, this hotel is situated at old quarter and is nearby hoan kiem lake,so location is wonderful
- Roving09433780186 (10/5): Nice - Room very spacious two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms lovely modern kitchen and living area apartment was absolutely spotless clean and cleaned thoroughly everyday. Towels and bedding spotless cutlery plates ect seemed brand new. Secure luggage room for when you check out you can also book big bus tour tickets and attractions from hotel.
- Pia (9/5): Nice hotel in a good location, great value for money - Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. In the heart of the old quarter
- Victor (7/5): Good -
- Alex261199 (10/5): Fantastic experience - Our Airbnb cancelled on us last minute. We arrived at Spring Flower Hotel unannounced and we were able to get 2 rooms. The young lady at reception was very friendly and the rooms were great. Clean, big and quiet. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
- yogeshdevan (10/5): Fantastic Service - Worth for what we have paid.. Fantastic service. We booked the classic room with bathtub.. It’s clean and the room decoration was unexpected.. we’re happy and satisfied with their services. Breakfast is good not many choices but still nice.. The receptionist is very informative, polite and helpful.. they have in-house body massage and spa. The price is reasonable.. Hotel is at strategic location. walking distance to Hoan kiam lake, Thang Long puppet show, St Joseph Cathedral, Train Street. Overall, Excellent service given by Hotel
- T1185DWrichardh (10/5): Great staff - Tucked away in the backstreets of Hanoi, this was a great budget hotel. Great rooms and staff were very attentive. Close to some great food options and coffee houses. Very safe area to stay with a massage spa onsite
- PerUrdahl (10/5): Recommended in old Hanoi - We stayed four Nights. Everything was very good. Very helpful staff in reception, cleaning and restaurant. Good working wifi and a/c. Excellent breakfast. The location is very good in one of main streets in old quarter. Clean rooms, comfy beds.
A better light in bathroom would do. They can help you With tour planning and drivers. We recommend this hotel as a priceworthy Place for exploring Hanoi.
- SoloTravelling (10/5): Spa - I was staying over the road from Spring Flower Hotel in a hostel there, and after a long journey from UK and slightly disheveled dye to the time differences I wondered in asking whether I could use the Spa facilities for a foot massage. They were more than happy to oblige and it was just what was needed. Professional thorough service that I was more than happy with. I'll defi lately be calling again before I leave Hanoi ♥️
- Inkyparreen (8/5): Worth for price - Room is quite comfort, clean and good service. Staffs are friendly and good support. Breakfast area are not big but food is quite good. Affrodable price. Good location in the center of Old Quarter area.
- MICHAEL (6/5): - Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was given a room upgrade. However the hotel is looking old in many areas including the lobby. The breakfast spread and presentation seems to have deteriorated over the years and needs improvement.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Zentrale Lage; sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gutes Frühstück Buffet
- Verified traveler (8/5): 喧騒と混沌 - スタッフの対応も丁寧で、長期滞在に対してお部屋を替えて頂いたりと親切に対応して頂きました。朝食ブュッフェも美味しかったです。旧市街の中心にあり、動くのに便利な立地でした。
- GinaLe (10/5): - This is the best hotel for its value. It’s clean, rooms are nice, hotels seems to be well maintained. Mostly, we love the breakfast buffet on the 9th floor overlooking the dragon bridge n lake. We are very happy with our stay. One thing we did find was the shower is so low. It’s more of a bath than an actual shower which is minor but I did have to point that out. I am 5’4 n water hits my chest area. Other than that, it’s awesome n location wise as well. Can’t wait to recommend it to other friends n family. 😁
- Frederick (10/5): Clean, quiet, convenient. - We like Spring Flower . . . excellent location if you know how to walk to the lake. Great restaurants within walking distance.
- Anthony (6/5): Good location but hotel abit old - Good location which easy to walk and explore the night market. Hotel rooms abit old n due aircon not on when check-in so have a smell and hot in the room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not a three star experience - We booked this hotel expecting it to be a three star hotel, but the quality and experience is more like two stars. Very dirty common areas, stained sheets, threadbare towels and lukewarm service. Staff were unwilling to accommodate requests, and they were not particulary helpful when we moved in the middle of the night after the AC unit spontaneously began spewing water all of the floor and wall. Hot water ran out quickly in the bathroom, and the bathroom tiles were covered in mildew. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the dining areas were balmy (no AC) and filled with mosquitos. It wasn’t an absolutely terrible stay, but I would not book this hotel again.
- Rob (8/5): Clean, friendly, hotel close to the action - I was tempted to give this well situated and well-run hotel full marks but that would give the impression there is no room for improvement, which in fact there is. For the (discounted*) price however, you can't really complain. The rooms I saw (403 and 408) are pretty basic with limited natural light, but they were clean and the beds comfortable (I changed from 403 to 408 because the former had 2 single beds pushed together to act as a double and was not as comfortable as the actual double bed in the latter room). Room 408 had a drainage problem in the bath/shower. My neighbour enjoyed to listen to the TV EXTREMELY LOUD AND ALL DAY but once the door was closed I hardly noticed it. Buffet style breakfasts were good, with the exception of very average tasting coffee (which has been mentioned in previous reviews so probably won't change). The hotel highlights are it's excellent location, right near the centre but slightly away from the really noisy, touristy parts, and the staff who were extremely attentive and friendly. Daytime front dest staff and one evening staff member spoke good English. For the discounted price offered at the time by Expedia I think you'd be hard pushed to find a better deal. For the non-discounted price -- which is more than some decent business hotels in Japan -- I'd look elsewhere.
- heidi (8/5): Awesome location - Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Right in the heart of the city
- Frederick (10/5): Good location, Clean - I stay here when I'm in Hanoi because I can walk to various places that has good Western food . . . Leaving the hotel if you turn left there is a Gecko's, turn right is Legends, KFC, Popeyes, Burger King . . .
- Verified traveler (8/5): old quarter short stay! - Excellent with friendly staff!
- Lenny Koh (8/5): Good budget hotel - Stay 4 nights. On check-in, we were given a room on the 2nd floor with an aircond that is not working and a window that has no view. The staff were quick to take our complaints and immediately moved us to a unit on the 4th floor.
- Lawrence (10/5): Money value hotel - Consistent welcome check in and hospitality. Location is well situated to all amenities such as eateries and shopping. My best advise is request for block A rooms.
- soo (8/5): close to hoan kiem lake - it only takes 5mins to hoan kiem and easy to access all other hot place.
staffs are kind and room is clean.
- miles (6/5): hotel with a friendly staff. - the room is clean.everyday they also changes our towels toothbrush, soap everyday.what a'm not satiesfied is there breakfast.limited choices, not yummy at all. i hope they improve there breakfast meals...more foods to serve on there guest.
- owen (10/5): the place to be, in the heart of things! - Great location plus large room and satisfactory breakfast - staff were super.
- Jen (10/5): Amazing staff and excellent location - First off the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave very good recommendations in terms of things to see and eat. They did their best to accommodate all of our requests and took their time to help. The breakfast was pretty good too. The location is close to so many popular restaurants and not too far of a walk from Hoan kiem lake area. Would definitely stay again if we visit Hanoi in the future!
- Samudra (8/5): Ok hotel. On the Street. - This hotel is right on the street. It is not a chain with the same name in HCMC. Initially it's difficult to find the hotel with no proper sign board. Overall a ok hotel.
- CJ (8/5): - had a nice stay in this hotel. will definitely stay here again.
- Mathew (8/5): clean and comfortable - Everything was fine with the hotel, it's a good 3* you can pay less elsewhere (same road is new vision hotel) but you get a more rundown and basic hotel. Only issue was it is advertised as having a sauna and steam room which it does not, so I paid more for facilities it didn't have and moved to hotel up the road as mentioned. The reception staff are great but overall doesn't seem to be anyone in charge of everyone, lots of staff doing very little it seems. Breakfast was good with western dishes and serve until 10am.
- Wong (10/5): The right location - Room was big compared to other simlar hotel. Service was good. Staffs were able to communicates in English. Easily accessable right in the heart of the city.
- Brett (10/5): Great Hotel in Hanoi - Very friendly & helpful staff. Great breakfast & clean /comfortable rooms. Great location. Would definitely stay again & recommend this Hotel.
- Brett (10/5): Great Hotel in Hanoi - Very friendly & helpful staff. Great breakfast & clean /comfortable rooms. Great location. Would definitely stay again & recommend this Hotel.
- Dylan & Briar (10/5): Great Hotel, Even Better Staff and Perfect spot - Perfect , awesome start to Vietnam ! Highly recommend
- Dori (10/5): Superb service - We spent 3 nights at the Spring Flower Hotel, and booked 2 trips with them. The service was amazing. The managers Ms June and Ms Jessie have been fantastic - very knowledgeable, super professional, kind and helpful.
The hotel is very clean, in a good location, and the breakfast was very good.
Highly recommend that you make this place your home whilst in Hanoi!
- Cags (10/5): Nice hotel in the Old Quarter - The hotel is very well located - right in the Old Quarter, between the lake and the market. The room was spacious and very comfortable and kept very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast (Vietnamese and Western) was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
- Andrea & Jesse (10/5): Wonderful hotel in Hanoi's old quarter - Overall the hotel is brilliant, 5/5. The breakfast is delicious and has a nice variety, the staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped to organise a one night cruise to Halong Bay which was great, if you ever need anything they get it straight away, and our double luxury room was prefect, very clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi, it's such a busy and crazy town so the hotel was a nice getaway!
- Robert (10/5): Good stop over - We stayed here for less than 12 hours after a late flight from Nha Trang and the following day we went to Halong Bay.
The hotel served our purpose and the breakfast was very nice
- JS (10/5): Perfect stay - We stayed here for a full week and just continued to enjoy ourselves. In the heat of the climate, we really looked forward to a clean, cool room each time we returned! The staff were all so helpful, and the breakfast was good with many hot dishes including omelets. The room itself was spacious and the beds were just right. The location had several restaurants on same street and many choices a few blocks away next to the lake. We booked a half day tour through front office and it was reasonably priced and just what we wanted. Also booked massage downstairs while here. All was good !
- Joshua (8/5): Stylish stay in the heart of the Old Quarter - The Old Quarter is where most visitors want to stay in Hanoi, and this hotel is right in the middle of it, but manages to be reasonably quiet and pleasant amidst the chaos. The room was comfortable and stylish, and it had some of the fastest Wi-Fi I've seen anywhere in Southeast Asia, with a router right in the room. Breakfast was OK if repetitive.
- lozzer (10/5): great location - Pick up from the airport was all sorted for us which we were grateful of after a long flight. let us check in really early so we could sleep, our room was very quiet considering how busy the street outside is. very clean, very helpful staff and good choice of breakfast. surrounding area is very busy so navigating on foot is an adventure but advantage of this is that you're walking distance to most tourist locations, we walked to the prison, army museum and temple of literature within 45 minutes, hoan kiem lake and water puppet theatre was 10 min walk. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very nice hotel to stay. - The staff are very accommodating and gave good suggestions where to eat. Gave extra miles to help us how to go around.
- Frederick A (8/5): Good Accommodations for Reasonable Ratge - Decent location. Quiet. Very economical.
- Ananta (6/5): - We made two room booking for two nights. The first night staff move us to nearby hotel due to electricity problem in the room that we booked. We move back to this hotel for the second night. However, we got one superior room and one deluxe room instead of 2 deluxe room as we paid for. The deluxe room air condition is out of order. However, the staff has provide other good services .
- Tuan (10/5): - Nice place in center of Hanoi. Bigger and cleanner than others(near Hoan Kiem Lake).
Next time I wanna try spa service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect!! - Good deal, great location, friendly staff helped us all the time, not big but very clean room, nice breakfast! No complains about this hotel. I am sure I will come back!!
- Belinda (10/5): Fabulous location. - Lovely hotel, helpful staff.
- Arun (10/5): Second stay at the hotel - Right in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. Easy access to all the important sights and places. We found that it was easy to get around and were able to reach the tourist quarter by walking. It did rain all the time while we were there but we were still able to go out and enjoy our trip. It was a clean hotel. The breakfast was varied and we were able to get vegetarian option. We found that it was easy to get around and were able to reach the tourist quarter by walking. We would recommend the hotel.
