• Verified traveler (4/5): 環境不乾淨，設備舊又不貼心，房間亂換，房間造景詭異的令人無法入睡 - 線上訂雙人房，現場是4人房，不僅沒有櫃檯服務，打去反應還說沒有雙人房，竟把原因推給訂房網站超賣，還修飾成『免費升級』令人不滿！ 進房後，電視打開沒訊號，沒有大桌子，沒有舒適椅子，只放幼稚園兒童用的桌椅（傻眼且不覺得被尊重） 床鋪沒彈簧床沒床架只有超矮地舖（當兵起碼還有床架）。更扯的是房間比一般日租套房還髒，像是一個月沒打掃一樣，大毛巾還有異味，上面沾滿前房客使用的粉屑（沒有一條是乾淨的），深深替房子感到可憐不平。 前一天我還用一模一樣的價錢住到超過5星級設備的旅館（非常舒適還附早餐）不要因為地點好，房間就可以隨便弄一弄拿出來租給客人，如此髒亂的環境管理者不覺得羞愧嗎。這麼爛，身為前逢甲人的我感到可恥。請虛心接受並改善才有機會獲得推薦好評 PS：很同情房子被這麼糟蹋、被人嫌惡

• Verified traveler (6/5): 除了在逢甲夜市中的位置優勢外，其他都需改善 - 其實住宿衛生乾淨真的是第一要求，從大門進出樓梯到房間本身都不太乾淨，房間老舊床板破洞真的該換了，床上有小蟲，發霉的浴室真的讓人暈，除位置優勢外真的很多需要改善

• Jane (2/5): 疑惑之前的好評是否是同一間飯店 - 樓梯、床邊緣、窗框、天啊都是一層厚灰塵。浴室門前的擦腳墊超髒。馬桶蓋有長長一條污點、浴室門好噁都是水垢、瓷磚也發霉、天花板油漆有漏水水漬、燈罩壞了也不修、wifi常當機或速度超慢、根本見不到服務人員、都以電話聯絡、房卡放在某一處自己拿自己還、不會再來了

• Tina (6/5): 便宜，近逢甲 - 便宜，便利，房內有飲水機跟冰箱，樓下有很多吃的，附近也有好幾個停車場，不需要走太遠。 但是房間隔音有點差，半夜被樓上的聲響嚇醒，早上被房門外收拾垃圾的人驚醒，浴室曬著免洗毛巾，不知道是整理房間留下的，還是前房客用的，感覺有點怪異。

• chao (4/5): 不好的經驗 - 有蟑螂,整體感覺較差，床高低不一，上下床都有嘰嘰歪歪的聲音。隔音效果差，會聽到住戶的大聲喧嘩。但最主要的應該是衛生問題⋯⋯

• Verified traveler (2/5): 不會再去第二次 - 房間冷氣吹出小屑屑,覺得很誇張,冷氣也要定時請人清洗好嗎? 導致同行人過敏加重 這樣的空氣品質真得不優 而浴室的邊邊都是一點一點的垢 觀感不佳 小冰箱上方有給予兩種毛巾 一種一次性的 一種棉布 但棉布上都有些灰塵以及髒髒的感覺 冰箱裡還有沒被丟掉的食物...... 地理位置很優,位於逢甲大學旁而已 非常方便 整潔是這次住宿美中不足的地方 退房前 也是被整理房務的大哥敲了兩次門 敲1次還覺得沒關係 但是時間還未到 就敲了第2次有點..... 雖然知道他們也很辛苦 但我也希望能睡得好 舒適就夠了 但這是假日臨時訂房的房間 房價也不是很平價 我也是如期11點整退房 不喜歡被催促的感覺 希望民宿老闆能改善~

• QUEE YAN ROSALIND (4/5): - Problem with the check-in. No one around to assist. Later found out from other guests that thay have sent a email regarding the room and password to key and enter. Have received the email but it was all in mandarin and I do not understand. As such did not have it with me. Have to call back home to get them to sent a photo of the email and getting the other guest to help to read and finally getting the door open. Very fustrating and am no longer in the mood to enjoy the stay.

• msadeline (2/5): Strategically located at fengjia night market - I booked the room for my family trip of 4 pax. Our 1st impression upon reaching the place was that we can't find which alley to go in to our supposedly room. Called the telephone number provided and the lady (whom I assume is the owner) over the phone told us that there's nobody around to give us the room card and to go back again after 4pm! No other alternatives rendered to us and we were having our luggages with us in fengjia night market! We got our cab driver to call the lady again and after much pleading, the lady decided to tell us which alley to go in to ,which room is ours and the passcode to open the door. No elevator, just stairs. So this place is not suitable if u are travelling with an elderly, or got no strength to lug heavy luggages upstairs. Stairway is narrow and untidy. Upon opening the door, our 1st impression was very disappointed. Not only the room is small (only got space to open 1 luggage each time), the room looks unkept, bedsheets look dirty and got ants, the best of all is that the bathroom is very dirty! The wall and shower door got stain marks which obviously were there for years! 2 lightbulbs only inside and 1 was blown, making the shower area super dark and eerie. We left the room and booked another hotel (surprisingly lower cost) to stay. No courtesy call to find out why we didnt stay. All we could say is book it at ur own risk. Dont believe those beautiful photos they posted to lure u.

• Janice (6/5): - Room was relatively clean but mattress and pillows are too soft. Room rate is also reasonable. But throughout the 2 days stay, we did not see any customer service personnel(even upon check out). Upon reaching the building, we need to call their contact number and was given 2 passcode to the main entrance and our room. No lift, so we need to carry our luggages up the stairs. The very plus point of this bnb is that it is so near to the Fengjia night market (about 5 minutes)

• Summer (10/5): Good location,competitively priced and comfortable - Located right in the middle of fengjia night market, it is very convenient for guests to shop around at night until 2am. The rooms and neatly designed and the rooms are also clean and spacious. Will definitely recommend it if guests are looking for a cheap and comfortable accommodation in taichung.

• Jennifer (4/5): It's convenient but its hard to find the location. - We took 2hrs to look for the service apartment as the map wasn't accurate. The contact no. Given was not in use! The place is really very difficult to find and requires for password to enter the service apartment.
