If I wanted my room serviced more often it was available for a fee. I was using Hua HinArena for daily workouts. Walk out of our parking entrance and right to the left is a small restaurant. I tried all 5 stir fry’s, 5 different curries and everyone was very good! I had to have a big beer to get my bill over 200 Baht

• Pattarapong (8/5): - I was mad at the security guard who checked me in because of the property is an residence which they have protocol after Covid-19, but the guard’s manner was rude as I asked how I can check-in. But, whatever, I would say the property’s price range is crazy a good deal for room amenities like kitchen, utensils, pool, location in the middle of walkable attractions. I recommend for someone who tends to stay longer which this property will provide you all-rounds.

• JIMLIM (10/5): Not a Hotel, but Condo names-" Baan Koo Kiang." - This is a condo that has empty units rented out as hotel accomodations, but it is not a hotel. It does not have a reception area when arrived at First Choice Suites, which was confusing for us because this building is addressed as Baan Koo Kiang, not First Choice Suites. However, it was perfect for us for we rented 20 nights stay in Hua Hin for its location is on the main road easily walk or taxi to shopping area. It is quiet a walk to the beach about 12 minutes or more. Having to cross the busy Thai road to get to the beach, we don't recommend staying at this condo. I am rating my stay for the price, the cleanliness, the kitchenette, once a week housekeeping, as a condo studio unit with full size bed for 2 people -a 5 stars. But do not expect front desk service like a hotel.

Skøn pool og tæt på både shopping og strand. Man kunne for 10Bath pr. person blive kørt til de nærmeste shoppingcentre. De kvindelige personale, som sad ved “receptionen” var ikke særlige kundevenlige. Blev ofte ignoreret. Spurgte man om hjælp fik man at vide, at man selv kunne kontakte overnatningsstedet/ejeren. Skulle ofte spørge op til flere gang før de tog sig sammen og hjalp :( ikke særlig serviceminded, undre mig hvorfor de arbejder på stedet??
• Sture (10/5): Trevlig lägenhet - Mycket bra boende! Hade inga problem. Bra städning varje vecka, även om vissa "blinda" ställen, glömdes bort. Bra pool, men det vore bra med riktiga solstolar att ligga på, men samtidigt är det ont om plats runt poolen. Vakterna vid infarten var inte de gladaste, men hejade om man först hejade på dem.

Man findet danach kein Stäubchen mehr. Sehr nettes, per Mail oder Telefon erreichbares Personal, Verständigung über Englisch möglich. Am Eingang 24Stunden Securityservice. Es war ein top Urlaub! Besten Dank an FirstChoice Suites!

• SIMON (8/5): Hua Hin short break - Hi good sized 2 bedroom self serviced apartment . Only 120 baht to get around in taxi via the grab app . Really disappointed as the pool wasn't in any fit state to sit round or use . This is one of the reasons why I opted for this apartment . Staff very nice and friendly. Swimming pool really let it down

Con: As past occupier probably cook in the apartment and fume hood is uncovered, the living hall of the room that I was staying in had an oily smell. Luckily master bedroom was fine ( no sour smell). Would be great if the facility management can give us some breeze / deodorizer to spray the room. ( like what the hotel in Japan didi).

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment and very clean. - We enjoyed staying here. The check in was easy, an apartment was clean, beds are comfortable and the flat has everything you need. Blue port is near by and the sea is not far away, although it’s not possible to cross the road near apartment. You have to either walk to blue port or under the high way bridge which can be slightly inconvenient if you want to get to the sea fast and easy.

• Joseph (8/5): Great spot, if you know how to get around - The room was really nice. The location is good if you know how to get around. The wifi is solid @15 Mb download. The pool is awesome. The gym is small but had dumbbells, so you can get a whole work out in. Money exchange, 7-11, and some food carts near by. Night food market close by. My only problem was a couple of the guards are really choosey on who they open the gate for. I had a card, but I can see them use the remote to help other people. The other guard would use the remote for everyone. Didn't bother me at first, but after a couple weeks of them starting at me to make sure I'm reaching for my card just made things uncomfortable. If your on foot, you don't have to worry about it.
• Lawrence K F (4/5): Don't expect any service of a hotel should have! - It is not qualified to categorize as 'hotel' but only accommodation rental without any services. There is no reception counter available to check in, enquiry or information service, no daily cleaning service or refill of bathroom necessaries all the 3 nights I stayed. There is no intercom (phone numbers) to reach. With no guidance where to go and waited for more than 10 minutes after admitted to go in the estate until someone came to reach you in one of the entrance of the buildings. After the room keys given and guided to the room, you will be left behind and told where to return the room keys when check out.
• Saifon (10/5): Be back in 11 months! - Brilliant apartment. Very clean and beautiful inside the rooms. Swimming pool very nice, lots of sun bathing chairs and seats. Apartment was kitted out well with a large fridge, freezer and microwave. Cutlery and plates. 2 tv's with lots of channels. Very good location to shops and beaches. Very good value. Highly recommend.

• Ed (4/5): Definately not a hotel. - When we first arrived we walked in the entrance and no one was there. Sat around for 10 minutes until we found someone who works there. There is no place to eat at this place or really in walking distance except one little local place and a 7-11. If you are looking for action, this is not the place. Very quiet. Room was clean and has refrigerator and stove stop. Oh yeah one more negative, pool is nice, but you can't even bring a drink to the pool with you, not even a water.

• Wan C P (2/5): Condo hotel not comfortable and inconvenience - During our 4 days stay in the condo hotel 1st Choice, we were told that the hotel will not service us with daily housekeeping, change of towels and tioletries replenishment. The hotel charged my son Thai Batt 2000 (S$81) when he requested to change the soiled bedsheet. This is the 1st time we experienced such poor service. Never want to come back again or recommend anyone. Very bad experienced.
• me (4/5): hostel accommodation - even for TP they said I have to buy by myself. feels more like a hostel instead of suites. the pool is OK but not really sanitary . 1 km from blueport mall. 150 m from the sea but the problem is you can't cross the road without dangering yourself, so you need to go 1 km for the crossing road.
• Verified traveler (8/5): overall stay - There was no one to check me in and i had to wait around before some one with my name and details came to me as reception was hard to find ( not signed ) No cleaning staff turned up but not sure if that was included in my stay or not. Room was very nice and security staff very friendly ( didn't see any other staff around) grounds and pool area nice and clean.

No reception, it took a while before finally somebody appeared.This person did not speak English. No reception, no phone in the room, nobody in charge. Terrible location, I understand now why they don't provide a map, no one would book
• William (10/5): Easy access to HH centre by songtheau for 10 baht - This is a well looked after, clean and accessible condo that provides all you need for a stay in HH. Note it is not serviced every day just once per visit or every five days. We were so pleased with our first five days that we booked a further five days
• Xiaoli (8/5): Good apartment hotel. - A good apartment hotel for people who drive to Hua Hin. Only a few minutes drive to the beach and Cicada Weekend night market. The room was ok, cooking equipments are available. Would really recommend the hotel to put its check in procedures on the website. Security staffs were the only staffs you can see every day, they were very good, friendly and helpful.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice room but not a hotel - This was a nice room but it is not a hotel. A booking company rents out the rooms. The room was nice and new with great wifi but there are no English channels on the tv. 7-11 store is close by, You can't walk to the beach as there is the main road with a concrete divider. I liked the room but would not stay there again. There were no hotel staff as it is not a hotel so rated this accordingly.
• nicholas (8/5): very good place to stay - lovely room, great wifi speed of 15meg fiber optic, only negatives are the gym which could do with a flat bench and a few more machines, the main road is horrendous to cross, which you need to do and the normal slamming doors of other guests. in block b you can hear the train line, but this did not bother me. great eating places very nearby and cheap. 10 baht ride from directly outside the premises into town. all in all one of the best places i have stayed, if it was not for the fact I will be renting a house in Hua Hin as from July, I would definately stay at this place long term......oh...the name 1st Choice is nowhere to be seen, and the taxis dont know it.....but its just down from the Marakesh, which they all know, across the street just before the big right hand bend.....from Bangkok airport, take the bus from Level 1, Gate 8 for 269 baht. Hua Hin bus station is very close to this aparthotel
• Brandy (10/5): Nice stay - We stayed here 3 nights. The room was clean, bright and well appointed. My only complaint is that the bed was on the small size, but I think we could have avoided that with an upgraded room. I would stay here again.
• Dominic (10/5): Amazing room, great value - We had a really wonderful stay in a very spacious, clean, well decorated room. The pool was great and the beach is a short walk away (<1km). The location is a bit further from the main city, but we didn't mind as it's really easy to hop onto one of the green truck/busses (songthaew) and get a ride to into town for 10baht. The Cicada Market is also within walking distance and is a really nice place to stroll around on weekends.

• Martin (8/5): Happy British couple. - Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well managed, fabulous swimming pool and surroundings all very good but a little to close to railway track, lack of English TV only real problems.
• Georgio (8/5): Aparthotel - serviced apartment - Pleasant experience, large room (bachelor suite). Location is not bad, 20 minutes walk or 10 minute tuk-tuk ride from Market Villa Mall. Nice small eateries closeby, Super Rich and 7-11 store virtually just outside of the condo complex. Beach is 10 minutes walk away BUT have to cross the very busy Phetkasem Road; overpass is quite far away. Cicada Night Market is a short walk away. For a good massage you will have to get close to the Market Villa. Coin laundry on first floor; only 1 washer and 1 dryer. Pool is quite small, two lap swimmers would occupy the whole place and can barely pass each other. The price is reasonable for the size of the suite. Moved in just before New Years Eve, a pretty surprise waited us on the desk: a bottle of nice wine with a HNY greeting. Nice touch. :-)
• Verified traveler (6/5): Won't stay again! - The plus side is - it is value for money. However, we got a lot of an issue communicating as the staff can't speak english. Staff is not as friendly like the other hotel.
• Marcelo (8/5): Nice apartment - The apartment was perfect for us, very clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool is amazing and very clean. Sunbeds and gym also nice. Not too easy to find as there is no sign at the entrance. TV does not have many channels in English.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Weekend in in Hua Hin - Suite is in a new condo near to the beach, but have to cross the busy main road to get there. The road carries a lot of traffic, and the suite was directly next to the road.As a result, not much sleep. Apart from the noise, everything else fine.

• Jacques (10/5): Nice comfortable studio with every needed amenity. - It would be very convenient to have the GPS location of the hotel, since on the Thai GPS application most of the time you can not input the street address . Also we arrived during a long week end and it took us more then 10 hours to transit from Ayutthaya and Hua Hin and we wanted to contact the hotel that we might just arrive late since the front desk was not open 24 H. The number given was a recording in Thai. My wife who is Thai could not make sense of the different numbers given which were supposed to press, in any event we could not reach anybody, very frustrating and time consuming for no results.

Only a small swimming pool with little room and no sun beds. Only let down was satellite tv _no English channels at all. But excellent fridge/freezer and microwave. All in all great value for money
• TAI (8/5): Great value - I would say 4 of our 5 because they have all details in the room such as pot, plate, utensil, kitchen, refigerator. 1 point deduct from not sign (first choice suite) out site, parking a bit small for car side by side, no front desk available 24 hr but their securities are excellent. It has wifi. A bit far from the beach if u have a car is good. Room size around 30 Sqm.

• Clare (8/5): - The apartments are lovely and there is enough equipment to cook a simple meal, although the building is about a 20-30 minute walk to the closest supermarket (Tesco Lotus at Market Village). However, we were very disappointed with the wifi connection in the apartment, despite having a "strong" signal it was very slow and intermittent. Unless this was improved we wouldn't stay here again.

• Prudence E (6/5): Bad start, broken promises, but happy after all!! - As an intended 2 month customer we got off to a VERY bad start with First Choice Suites misleading Hotels.com and myself about a guarantee of a room overlooking the pool. They dont have rooms overlooking the pool at all - these rooms are all privately owned!! Most of their rooms look directly into another building with no privacy at all. On threat of cancellation, they gave me a room facing south away from the other buildings. Secondly, website states cable TV, but all 40+ channels were Thai only - no english or any international channels included. But after an argument with the manager, they changed the cable TV box to an english box at no extra charge. I have stayed 8 weeks here. It is new, clean, comfortable & nicely furnished. Lovely 48mtr pool for lap swimmers like me. Weekly service is good and cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Yes I would recommend it and stay again, but BEWARE of broken promises!!

• Willem Michael (10/5): For a nice break in Hua Hin - A very nice hotel in most aspects. an nice swimming pool too. The only minus point would be that there is no garden. But we would recommend it very much!
• mczappa (10/5): central and cosy - This serviced apt is more akin to 5 star than 3. Brand new complex with top quality throughout the apt. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one and had all you can wish for, nice fully fitted out kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flat screen TV in every room, Wi-Fi laundry facility. 5 minute drive to central hua hin and beach. The only bad thing I can think of is that you have to try and cross busy main road if you want to walk to beach. It also has an amazing pool area for residents and a 7. 11 nearby to stock up on essentials. If you see a bad review here, trust me forget it this place is top quality. Highly recommend it.
• stuart (8/5): hua hin aparthotel - We had a pleasant stay close to town on loacal tuk tuk route friendly staff nice pool area.i would certainly reccomend this accommodation, my only suguestion would be to have access to iron and ironing board.300m to the beach 7/11 close by well equipped kichen. well be back.
• Jennifer (10/5): I recommend this place. - We had a wonderful stay at First Choice Suites. The management were extremely helpful. We stayed in a studio apartment which was compact but had everything we needed. We were fortunate in having excellent wifi and enjoyed our daily swim in the pool. It was a 40min walk to big shopping centre ( Market Village) or cheap easy ride by green tuk tuk. A 7/11 was almost next door. Only suggestion would be to have a little dustpan and brush in kitchen so we don't have to wait for weekly clean.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Its not a service apartment. - Transport is not convenience is Hua Hin. You only could waiting for the illegal taxi to drive you to the place you wanna go with more than 100baht. Also, this apartment does not provide telephone in the room or any housekeeping service. Therefore anything you need you gotta do or get it by yourself. Not recommend for tourist who expecting high level of efficiency or service from this apartment.
• steven (10/5): An excellent value apartment. - I booked this apartment initially for 24 nights. Always a little risky in case you end up not liking it or encounter poor service. I need not have worried as it was excellent, in fact due to my work circumstances changing whilst I was there I decided to stay a further month. On my day of arrival I was met by the extremely helpful Bo. She gave me all the information I required and made sure that I was settled. She gave me her details and told me if there were any issues throughout my stay to call her. She was good to her word, I reported an issue with the shower and it was dealt with immediately. This is an apartment so don't expect maid service each day. This was however provided once a week and cleaned to a very high standard. The pool is excellent as are the loungers around the pool area. It is a quiet, peaceful and a relaxing place to spend the day. The public areas are cleaned daily and it is immaculate. There are pleasant security guards on the main entrance and the apartment blokes are very secure. The apartment is some distance from the town. Baht buses costing 10 baht a trip pass by the front of the apartment at regular times throughout the day and early evening. At night you can get a taxi from the centre of town back to the apartment for 150-200 Bht There is a 7/11 next to the apartment and you are walking distance from the beach but you do have to cross a busy road. The German bakery is walking distance and worth a visit for breakfast The gym is adequate.
