• Katerina (8/5): - Such a beautiful place to stay. We loved hanging out at the firepit in the courtyard. We used the bikes a few times to get around to the shops. There is lots of dining options within an 5 minute walk and only a 15 minute walk to the Bluebird Cafe.

There is a resort fee now at the property but never made aware of it. Cleaning apparently is every other day but never communicated anywhere. Thats ok just would have liked to know as maid staff said we had to call down to request.

I was told nit to park on the street because cars had been burglarized. I was told to park in the garage. This was a $30 charge. The gates did not work. There were no cameras and anyone could walk in. Why did i need to pay $30? Then, I learned that Marriott puts a $50 hold on the credit card ... for incidentals. But ... four hours later they (The Hotel) charged $40 to my credit card. I called customer service and between representative and his boss they have no idea. So. No. This has not been a great trip.

• H (8/5): Very good - Allison Paoli is wonderful! She is humble, warm heart and a real example of a manager who care for the customers, and the staffs. When we were there, there was a tornadoes and flood, the food truck could not make in time and her staffs could not be on time for the breakfast. She was there for customers making breakfast and did the work of the entire food & beverage team. She works hard and she can cook delicious food. She really make a positive difference and put a smile on our faces. Thank you Allison & your team, making our stay more pleasant!
