• Maria (9/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet - The location was awesome! Right next to the park, a short walk to the subway and a quiet neighborhood. Really love the view of the park and river from our room. The staffs were very friendly, the room was clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We slept really well because it was nice and quiet.Will definitely book this hotel again! Could used more counter space, especially in the bathroom( for toiletries), also more hooks in the room.

• Fiorini (7/5): Great for single adults and couples who want an affordable place to crash after a day of sightseeing - It’s the perfect place to stay you are planning to be out in the city all day and juat want a safe, clean place to sleep and shower. The room is small and the fixtures aren’t opulent, but everything is clean and secure. Better sunlight blocking curtains would do a lot. I probably wouldn’t stay here with kids — it’s wholesome, but they’d feel very cooped up.

Will definitely stay here again. My family and I joke about finding the "world's slowest elevator". These two are definitely in the running. Wasn't a big deal. Just funny.

La habitación muy limpia, rico aroma en todo momento, las camas muy comodas la ducha excelente y las almohadas comodas, buena ventilacion y aire acondicionado. La wifi rapidisima. La verdad, no hay nada en contra del hotel.

Just one small seat, and very little counter area. Didn’t like that both bed lights had to be on so hard for one to read if the other wanted sleep. Also, no way to darken the window.

The room was very nice with modern bathroom (rainfall shower head, very nice tile, plenty of room), vanity sink at the entrance was a little small but adequate. They maximized what they can fit into a tiny space, while giving it a modern touch. The bed was comfortable and the view was 5 stars. The air conditioning was very good as well. I did not use the TV, so I can't speak to that. Although the bed was meant to be a double, it really can only fit one person comfortably. If you fit two people, you are at the edge of the bed sleeping on your side, without the ability to lay flat comfortably. However, this is the limitation due to the size of the room which dictates the size of the mattress.

Staff member gave me wrong keys when I checked in. Easily fixed, but glad I didn't walk in on the wrong room. There is an ice machine in the basement but no way to really bring ice to the room. Just tiny little cups.

• Jose Carlos (10/5): A great accomodation on the West Side - The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the subway and within walking distance of both Central Park and Riverside Park. The area is residential, beautiful, and peaceful. By staying in the hotel, you get a great opportunity to become familiar with the West Side. The staff is friendly and helpful, and although the rooms are small, they are clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed both the hotel and its location, and I highly recommend it. On my next trip to NYC, this hotel will definitely be my first choice. Everything worked well and smoothly. Small rooms are a minus, but who comes to NYC to stay in a room? Despite the size, the rooms are cozy. The price could be lower, but given the overall price level in Manhattan, you probably won't find a better deal.

• lea (5/5): Good location, poor service - There is a gym, albeit microscopic but a good thing was that there was a park next to the hotel too. The room was relatively clean as well. My trip was slightly ruined by the staff. They are a bit odd, very unhelpful and even rude on occasions. I had an issue with the door of the bathroom not closing which is unacceptable when you're not alone in the room. I tried to resolve this in a very friendly way and the staff said, "i thought you two were close". They weren't able to fix it immediately and they would not move us to another room without a very sizeable extra payment, which meant booking again but it was very expensive because they only had a few rooms left. You should also be prepared that the room is tiny so you will struggle to have your 20kg suitcase open. The bathroom is so small that the sink is actually in the room.

Der Crntral Park ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Subway keine 5 Minuten entfernt Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Dafür gibt es wie überall in den USA eine Klimaanlage

• Seriyye (9/5): I recommend. - Perfect location, professional and friendly staff, 7/24 tea, clean, and comfortable. The view is excellent. Had a good time in Riverside Park and the Hudson River Waterfront Greenway too. The room is very small, but it's good for short-term stays. A little bit expensive for me but relatively cheap when comparing with other hotels.

Czysto, ładnie, miły i pomocny personel. Dostęp do kawy o poranku i herbaty czy wody przez cały dzień, na dole jest też aneks kuchenny gdzie można podgrzać własne jedzenie. Widok z okna na park. Wiem, że to Manhattan, ale pokój jednak był tak mały, że ciężko było się w nim ruszyć nie mówiąc np o rozpakowaniu plecaka gdzieś poza łóżkiem. Poza tym bardzo cienkie ściany sprawiają, że z korytarza i sąsiednich pokoi słychać każdy odgłos.

• Jennifer (9/5): Great hotel in a prime location. - The location was perfect. Close to the Riverside Park, Subway and restaurants. On our last night the tv would not connect to the hotel internet. Thankfully we were too tired to care.

• Neeltje (10/5): - Location and staff are great; I had a lovely view from my room; coffee and tea being available as well as the sitting area downstairs are nice to have. The room was quiet and the bed comfy. I expected a small room, but still, it is REALLY small; I couldn't picture myself staying for more than a couple of nights.
• Cristina (6/5): Resultón! - Las vistas al río, su ubicación (me encantó el barrio) y lo limpia que estaba la habitación. El agua de la ducha se salía del baño (es muy pequeña la habitación) y acababa en mitad de la habitación. Por eso estaba el suelo estropeado.
• Matheus (7/5): Good location but simple hotel - The price was ok for where it is located, it was close to a metro station, and it was clean. The apartment is very small, there's not a lot of structure, the elevators are old and small, there's no kitchen or breakfast facilities.
