I should’ve stayed with the room that I originally had. The second room was dirty had a horrible smell, and the bathroom was not any better. I will never stay in this motel again.

Then when we got a different room the room stunk, there was water coming up from under the floor, there was bugs, and ac was broken. Very dirty and uncomfortable place to stay. 👎

- John (8/5): Would stay here again. - Our stay was for just one night, to break up a long drive. The location near a major highway was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.

- 1971sparky (2/5): Vaca Sept. 25 - A hotel that needs a lot of upgrades . The exterior was very dingy and needs a good cleaning / new paint job ! Room was adequate at best , flooring was vinyl planking but very dirty .
- Jason (2/5): - The rooms were not clean. At all. The sheets had ‘stains’ on them. The covers had burn holes in them. The bath tubs were not cleaned……Hair, bugs and stains. The towels were moist. We didn’t even bother going to the breakfast after the status of the rooms.
- George (2/5): Williamsburg disaster - The room was dirty. Bugs were everywhere. Water pressure at sink was almost non-existent. Extremely difficult to turn on shower. Tub was so slippery that it was difficult to stand up without falling. No ice available. No shampoo. The main light switch did not work. I will never stay at another Super 8.

They don’t take care of their establishment. - Only got two flat pillows, the room had a bad smell, because the room was dirty. The cold water didn’t work so we were move to a different room and there were no towels or toilet paper. So I went to get towels and was not able to get clean towels, so went back to first room and got those towels and toilet paper lol. My goodness what motel is this? There was a window of one of the rooms that had a piece of plywood on it. I wish I had of notice this before I registered for my room. I would have realized it was a dumb before I walked in and register. If you have any sense you will definitely stay away from this place.

Inner door latch not present and sloppy paint on door of room 118. Day desk person handled my complaint be telling me to get my a$ out and never come back. - Fearless50363058341 (2/5): Very Modest Motel not clean. - I came late in evening and the guy there was very helpfull and nice. I came inside the room was freezing cold the fan was on i had only 1 small blanket. the room looked cleaned. But when i looked closely i saw there was a lot of things on the floor behind the bed and also in the bathroom that is very old and rusted. The guy at the resecption was nice but was super tired and not really aknowlegde you . The breakfast was really bad and had almost nothing . But cofee was ok. The wafle lloked like plastic artificial. the cereal wsa there you don´t guess how long or how many years and don´t ask cause nobody knows. I had no milk adn couldn t give me some when i asked for the cereals. the hallway was super dirty with a lot of junk. Not very nice to walk through this. I was there aweek for buisness with limited budget and that was the only one and cheapest i found unfortunatly. The one next was the double price.but looked super nice. The swimming pool was closed even it was super warm like over 25 degrees. My room had a nice vue though. Room 222. Don´t go there for vacation but 1 day or 2 is ok though but too expensive for what you get.
- verak (4/5): Avoid to stay at Supper 8 by Wyndham Williamsburg in KY - No phone in the room. No extra blanket to warming up. Gap in the door to send cold air to the room. Small not good 2 pillows per bed. No tea or coffee for continental breakfast. Only waffles, 2 cereals, apple juice like water. No fruits, no muffins, no toast, no butter, no sweet jelly. Dirty bathtub, some towels not fresh.
- valariea2025 (8/5): Rude lady at desk, Nice room - We stopped here on our way home. The room was very nice aside there were no towels. I called the front and asked for some towels and the lady said she would bring them but she never showed up so I walked down to get them myself. She was sitting at the counter eating with my towels sitting there on the counter. She didn't even speak to me, just handed me the towels. When I got to the room the towels she gave me had her food stains on them. I called back down and she got rude and said that she didn't have any more towels to offer us. the other workers we encountered were extremely helpful and nice. The lobby is well decorated and the fresh hot coffee was refreshing.
- mlotto7 (2/5): Liability to Super 8 Brand - Frequently traveler and Super 8 usually means no frills and a simple stay with clean and basic rooms. This place is way off... I pulled in and noticed trash and debris all over the parking lot. The lobby was disorganized and a mess. I figured it was for construction. When checking in the kind lady gave me keys to 101 and when opening the room the beds were a mess (clearly slept in) and trash was everywhere in the room. I went back to reception in the freezing cold and was reassigned room 109. While the beds and towels in 109 were clean and at least the trash had been emptied, the floor had food, crumbs, and bits of trash on it. The room smelled of wet dog. The walls were damaged. The furnishings were old and worn. The bathroom was a mess with broken fixtures. The TV kept losing connection. I found two stink bugs in the room and someone's used fork on the floor. It was really a bad experience and not typical of a Super 8. I went ahead and fell asleep after a long day of driving. Sleep quality was OK as the sheets and pillow cases were clean. The blankets had cigarette holes in them. The towels were clean but mismatched and were the exact towels my high school provided with the big blue stripe. The vent in the bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in years. They told me the breakfast would be "continental". The formal definition of a continental breakfast is baked items, pastries, fruit, and drinks. The only option was the make-your-own waffles which are disgusting and cold cereal and milk was provided in a gallon plastic container. No yogurt. No fruit. No oatmeal. No tea. No pastries. The entire area was dirty and unkempt. I just left without eating. This location is a bad look for the Super 8 brand. While the lady working the desk in the evening is kind and trying, the gentleman who attends the lobby in the morning didn't acknowledge the presence of guests. Will definitely not stay here or again and may reconsider Super 8 if this is a true representation of the Super 8 brand now.

- JOHN (2/5): - Without question the filthiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The first room I was given, the bathroom stunk of sewage so bad I had to keep the door shut. The room was dusty. The blanket had several cigarette burns in it. The mattress was so old the top half of it was concave. The second room I had there was a dirty washcloth on the towel rack in the shower. The blanket was so filthy I stripped it off the bed and took it to the front desk and demanded a new one. The towels & washcloths were so dingy I went to Walmart and bought my own. This place is a health hazard!

The towels weren’t even folded properly. Dead roach! And the whole outer property is falling apart. Lobby was smelly and the carpet was ripped and not clean… the worst I’ve ever been to. Can’t even say their empty parking lot was nice.

I'm not picky so if you're picky person I would not stay there but I just traveled seven hours and was tired. The bed was comfy air conditioner worked that's all I cared about room for fairly clean, got to watch a little TV and relax, no real surrounding noise they had a pool but I didn't use it since I got there late night. I would stay there again

Big room for breakfast & I asked the day before if this was just dry cereal, they said, "Oh, no, there is waffles & stuff". Well, we could not find "the stuff" & the waffle batter was all gone & so was the orange juice when we arrived at 8:30. They were suppose to be open from 6-9. May use again because of the price & the location, but only if necessary.

After presenting them with evidence in the form of pictures, they agreed to switch my room. However, the replacement room, while clean, lacked essential amenities such as an iron, oven, and fridge, which emitted unpleasant odors. Furthermore, the restroom fell short of expectations; the bathtub was old and prone to clogging, hindering the flow of water.

- Sumeet (6/5): Okay to stay! - The hotel is good for mostly single travellers and for a short stay. The hotel is just okay and the breakfast is nothing but oats, cereal, waffles and coffee. We only took coffee. Overall it wasn't anything bad but just fine. The staff tried to help and was courteous. It is very close to the University and food options so was good for me for the graduation weekend.

When we ask the staff about iron they misbehave with us because we have an event to attend unfortunately we prefer to stay the whole time in side the car and didn’t stay at the hotel. Then the toilet wanted to keep overflowing every time you flushed it. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper in case you ran out, only 2 towels for 4 people, there were bugs in the tub, and when I woke up there was a roach crawling up the wall beside my bed. This place needs a serious overhaul, deep cleaning, remodel, and upgrade!

The microwave was not plugged up and refrigerator was broken. Asked many times about the refrigerator!!!! Manager did ask the housekeeper multiple times. I gave up! Had to leave food in car to stay cold. Heater did not keep up with cold weather and they didn't have thicker blankets on the beds. On top of all that they overcharged my card!!! And it has taken days to get it straightened up and still no refund.

After complaining, we got a different room with better mattresses but still dirty, stains in the covers, towels, walls, etc. The shower was dripping water and so dirty that nobody could use it. We slept 6 hours and left. Horrible place, horrible staff. I’m not sure how a place like this can pass an inspection. Stay away.

- Judy (2/5): - The toilet was broken and we had to go elsewhere to use restroom..The room was dirty when we checked in the bedspreads had stains all over them. The tv worked sometime. Shower head was broken and to top it all of it had bugs and yes they were in the bed and the carpet.

- Jesus (8/5): Quite & safe - Great place, great price. The mattress was really uncomfortable, that's my only complaint. Oh, and cable didn't work but i used my phone to watch a movie. Very friendly staff.

- Ed (4/5): - First room they gave me had a foul odor; cigarette burns on bedding and furniture. Second room smelled better, but again, cigarette burns in bedspread and on sheets. Electrical outlets on either side of bed did not work. Breakfast service is a joke - only waffles, cereal, and oatmeal. nothing in refrigerator except milk (no yogurt, etc). Absolutely zero condiments - salt, pepper, butter, jams, etc. Bathroom toilet in lobby did not flush. Very displeased with stay.
- chemistryman666 (2/5): Don't - Past it's prime, rundown, not very clean, bathtub dirty, and there were bugs in the room. Couldn't wait to leave. It needs to be remodeled or closed down. We were desperate and needed the room. I do not recommend.

- bobophattydawg (2/5): Stay away. Spend the extra $ elsewhere. - We were tired and needed to sleep. The other hotel was much more$$ and this was in our budget of approx 80 USD. But I really wish I had chosen the holiday inn as this place is a real dump. It smelled and the beds were loosing springs through the mattress , Flies flying around and upon leaving cockroaches were on the tv stand. I am itchy just writing this. The sink was missing the enamel as was the tub. And the tub drain was broken. At the time of arrival I had no choice I was stuck. We should have just slept in the car. No Wi-Fi and just bare bones for free breakfast. No sweetener available either for coffee. I am so mad that Wyndham put their name to this dump. I ideally like the super 8’s. But never again will I stay in another. Dirtiest room I have ever seen. Shameful!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not even think about it. - This is the dirtiest place. I could not stay over10 minutes. Bed bugs and the smell was unbearable. I made sure I would not be charged. I would have taken pictures if I had thought about it, but I just wanted to get out.

- rogertruckenmiller (2/5): Business pleasure - The front entrance door was filthy and full of cobwebs where my wife and I debated staying of which we regretted doing so. The check in attendant was very nice but the room was dirty. There was a thick film on the vanity mirror you could write your name in..We were looking forward to a hot shower but the drain backed up over our feet and was gross. The bed seamed smaller than a queen and the mattress was very worn with a valley down the middle where my wife and I kept rolling into one another..the toilet seat was loose and about to fall off. Breakfast was to be served from 6a to 9a we checked in a couple time but nothing was out but an open gallon of milk that looked spoiled..the morning attendant was sleeping at the counter and woke up as we exited the building.
- Claude (6/5): - Only complaint is the cleanliness of rooms. Looking under the beds reveals toenails, and other things. Obviously the beds aren’t vacuumed under. The cable tv in room didn’t work.
- Keith (2/5): - First room we were given, TV sound didnt work and there were more flies in the room than able to count. Second room had waterbugs and even the Maintenence person wouldn't put us in that room. Third room was musty and moldy in the bathroom. Worst experience ever.

- Franklin (2/5): Take house keepers keys when not working - We checked drove around to room and house keepers kids was in are room playing so had to go back up front to get another room that had no shower curtain and none was brought to use no toilet paper had to go get are own and the house keeper left envelopes on TV stand for tips she lived in room 125

Room smelled of poop and cat pee. Carpet nasty. Would never stay here again second time we have stayed at a super 8 in different places will never stay at another both times room sucked

- Gwendolyn (4/5): - The room had french fries on the floor by the air conditioner, the hot water at the sink did not work, the shower did not drain, the carpet was dirty, the table had crumbs on it, no coffee maker in the room. There was what appeared to be blood on the shower curtain and it looked like a can of pop exploded in the refrigerator. The safety latch was broken off. There was only one wash cloth and no extra toilet paper. There was supposed to be breakfast included. There was no milk, no coffee, no cups, no fruit, no muffins, no bagels, no toast nor condiments in the breakfast area. It was limited to waffles, cereal, and packets of oats. we rented 3 rooms. We do not recommend and will not stay here again.
