• Amanda (1/5): Not as pictured - Nothing, everything was dirty and disgusting Everything, dust, rust, mold all in the room and bathroom. "Clean" towel had stains when I unfolded them to use. Light fixtures had rusted and were super dusty, one light fixture was cracked. This place was nothing like the advertised pics. The pics show rooms with hard floors, and walk in showers, these rooms had carpet and tub/shower combos. The first room we were assigned, the door was opened when we arrived and the room smelled like smoke and air fresheners. We went back to the front desk and Shu switched us to another room, it had a musty smell and sheets were yellow/ dingy. But it was midnight and I had been driving for 10 hours and just wanted to rest. The next morning I did let Jessica know of my concerns and I forwarded her the pics, she was nice and said that she'd add points to my account?? Whichever account that was, idk. But that doesn't really help the current situation, but she was at least nice about it. So I appreciate that.
• White (10/5): Clean, Friendly and Comfy place to stay - The facility was extremely clean. Brakefast was pretty good. We caught the early end of it most days. So everything was fresh. With it being a Pet Friendly Hotel you couldn't even tell there were any pets on the premises. I know our pup barked for a bit when we left but not for long. There was a RUDE guest that made a little "THREAT" that if the attendant didn't do something about a barking dog, which ended up being our dog. That he was going to handle it. We let the attendant know it was our pup since he announced the room number. She still went up to see if she was barking and got a 2 minute video of SILENCE. Because as I stated she usually only barks for a moment when we leave. And it wasn't even 5 minutes of us being downstairs when he came down being a twat. But thanks to the Attendant that handled that situation professionally. And we will absolutely be back again.! Nothing at all. Everything was just perfect

There was a pit bull in the lobby during breakfast and the owner was having a hard time holding on to.. it was literally dragging her!

We still weren’t sure so she offered to switch my room. She went down got my new room keys and brought a luggage cart to help make the switch easier. Very pleasant employee! Nothing

• 810reedm (2/5): Awful! - The Tallahassee La Quinta was the filthy, most run-down motel we have ever stayed in. After enjoying two nights in relatively new La Quinta properties (Alexandria and Mobile), we relied on that experience and arrived at 7pm. Did not make a reservation thinking we would save LQ the Expedia fee. We were charged $169 when Expedia advertised $89! My wife was shocked at the poor contion of the property and never felt safe after observing sketchy-looking other occupants. Will never trust the La Quinta brand again.

I know it's impossible to please all the people, all the time, but we have recently felt the brand has slipped to a much lower level than we have previously experienced.
