- Grant (8/5): - Great waypoint between CA and NV. Clean rooms except for a battle with some resident flies (we are admittedly in a desert here) and a torn couch arm. Great included breakfast- eggs, sausage, toast, fruit and more. Pool is big enough to swim some laps and the hot tub calmed muscles nicely. We would stay there again.

- Lisa (6/5): Get what you pay for - Room was ok, clean thank goodness, but very dark and outdated. Bedding was average and pillows weren’t the best, but the room served its purpose. Especially for the price. Usually the breakfast at BW are pretty good, but not this one. It was held in a restaurant next door with very limited options. Best part of the stay - awesome customer service. Isiah was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The toilet was so low I had a hard time using it. And there was no water the until about 5:30 in the morning. Over all my stay was not as expected.

- Wayne C (2/5): Worst hotel - Absolutely filthy!!! Bed was made up with dirty sheets, floor had spills and questionable dirt, table and chair were missing. We left after 5 minutes in the room and went to Hampton Inn down the street. Best Western would not issue refund.

- George (8/5): - Staff are very friendly and helpful, in fact, amazing! Even the housekeeper greeted us. I would suggest getting a room on the front side of the hotel as trains run all night and the tracks can be seen from rooms in the back of the hotel. The room walls are thin, our neighbors were not loud but conversations and the TV can be overheard. This may be due to the option of adjoining rooms. Needles is a small town but overall our stay was nice.

- Ingeborg (6/5): - This was a good, basic hotel. It’s right by the freeway so convenient. The staff was very nice. The room was very quiet, which was great considering the location. Nothing really bad, but nothing special. Recommend as a place to stop if you are rolling through needles. No amenities close by so probably not an extended stay.
- Linda (6/5): - Our room was in the back of the hotel. It was noisy due to the big trucks that park overnight over the back fence. The trucks left their generators on all night (maybe for refrigeration??). It was loud! We slept terribly. Perhaps if our room was closer to the front office it would have been better.

While coffee machine being out of order was I convenient, the morning desk attendant happily offered give us more coffee packets for our room machine. We opted for coffee ar Chevron next door, 1 min walk from room, which was very fresh coffee and easy commute!
