• Daniel (10/5): Great place to stay! - Walking distance to 2 great restaurants and excellent location to get on I40 West! Breakfast was a nothing burger; so we walked around the corner to the Wagon Wheel Cafe - great food, generous portions, and good value for the money.
• Beverly (8/5): Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff at a reasonable price. - It was safe, there was free parking and a 24-hour front desk, a minimart at the front desk to purchase snacks. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had a microwave and fridge. WiFi was excellent. Bed was comfy. AC and heat were both working well. Price was a good value. There was not a great selection of restaurants in the area but this is the tiny town of Needles CA, population 4800.

Non del tutto pulita come ti puoi aspettare quando paghi 100€. Mi ha deluso. Un angolo della stanza era sporco, si erano dimenticati di pulirlo e c’erano un pelo e una ciglia sul cuscino e sul letto. Niente di che ma ripeto, alla cifra pagata e con 8 come valutazione ti aspetti la perfezione. A colazione ci sono solo delle merendine imbustate.

• Jana (7/5): - Service at the reception was outstanding! Very friendly, helpful and compentent. Room was big, sufficiently furnished and well cleaned. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The floors seemed to be renewed recently, so it was much better than old carpet in some hotels. The smell of the room was unbearable. I am guessing it was from the old A/C which pulled in pollution from outside but I am not sure. Furniture really needs to be updated.

Nous avons profité du barbecue pour enfin se faire un vrai repas 😉👍🏻 Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais des petits en-cas sont quand même offerts le matin (muffins et barres de céréales) Nous aurions aimé profiter de la piscine mais elle n'était pas très propre et beaucoup beaucoup de guêpes donc impossible de s'y baigner. Et nous aurions également aimé pouvoir manger au bord de la piscine auprès des barbecues mais le mobilier était sale, c'est dommage d'avoir les équipements mais pas bien entretenus donc inutilisable. Et l'appel sur le téléphone de notre chambre à presque 22h pour une erreur de Booking alors qu'on était sur le point de s'endormir, ce n'était pas très cool non plus 😩

• Bob (8/5): - I liked the pleasant courtyard with the trees and fountains in them. I also liked the added touch of having reading lights attached to each light on the sides of the bed. The room could have been a little cleaner. When I dropped something on the bathroom floor and looked under the sink for it, there was dust and dirt there.

La chambre est spacieuse et il y a une piscine, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de route. Un restaurant à 5 min à pied, pratique. Manque d'insonorisation. Notre voisin de chambre a laissé son réveil sonner pendant plus d'une demi heure au milieu de la nuit, on l'entendait comme s'il était dans notre chambre.

Clean bed/bathroom, a lot of open parking, great check in staff and easy highway access getting on and off. 10/10 Breakfast is minimal but at least something.

I think the carpet should be removed and they should get tile, so much easier to clean. Pool and hot tub area were under construction so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was nice. But the best thing about the property was the amazing front desk staff, Josh. And Sandy was a doll, too. Josh was so professional and also just super nice. And he also really respected his coworker, Sandy, which is a really big sign of the kind of person he is. Give that guy a raise! We’ll be back because of him. (And also, the cleanliness was top notch.? It’s a budget hotel, so no frills. But still way nicer than expected.

Traveling with pets the room is all tile which turned out great as I have an elderly dog who sometimes has not bladder control, so easy cleanup. Quiet and the beds were comfortable. The amenities are not much but for the price and the cleanliness, I'll walk to the office for coffee or tea. The pool and the area were very clean. There is a BBQ and 2 picnic benches. Keep in mind you are in the desert so there is no grass for pets, but plenty of empty areas to walk your dog. Nice and quiet. Pillows are hard,

They also had a pool area with palm trees and newer grills. We didn't use it as we were only there one night, but we did check it out. A bit more clarity in the listing about parking would be helpful, especially for anyone traveling with a trailer or an oversized vehicle. The on‑site lot can’t accommodate a truck with a trailer or a semi, but the staff is genuinely helpful and will direct you to a convenient side street next to the Inn where larger setups can park safely. For full transparency, there is some visible wear in places—like the desk showing a bit of age—but nothing that affects comfort or function. It’s more of a small visual interruption than a real issue. You can tell they work hard to keep the rooms in good shape: the paint looks fresh, the space feels cared for, and they balance upkeep with keeping the stay affordable.

• Stéphanie (5/5): Déçue de la chambre par rapport aux commentaires sur booking - Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli n’était pas sympa par contre celui qui était présent quand nous sommes partis était très sympa. La salle de bain est vraiment vétuste et toute petite. Il n’y avait pas de cafetière. Le bruit de la climatisation est vraiment trop fort et la nuit c’est difficile de dormir.

Clean and comfortable accommodations at a budget price. - We stayed here one night on a road trip and the accommodations were clean, basic, and inexpensive. We were comfortable and didn't have any issues during our stay. The staff were kind and welcoming. We really had no complaints. The town of Needles is not really a tourist destination in of itself, but the motel was quiet and suitable for our needs for one night.

• adam (7/5): Good stop off point and good value room. - Comfy, clean room. The Inn has an outdoor pool, jaccuzi and sauna. Breakfast was a choice of plastic wrapped pastries, a bit dissapointing. Would have been better saying breakfast was not included. It’s easy to buy a good breakfast nearby.
• Joe (8/5): The motel was very clean and well kept. - Very good staff. The gentleman that checked us out was exceptional. He made sure we had fresh coffee and rolls 30 minutes before the coffee bar was to open. A designated dog area was not available. We needed to use an unlit empty lot next door.
