Ken (7/5): Some letdowns this time around, but an awesome time as always - Pool. (Weather helped). Staying in the three stories house was great. We got married at SPI and went for our 15 year anniversary. Booked 2 nights. Found out right before we went that the restaurant was closed Tuesday, Weds, as was the spa. We went for Tuesday and Wednesday! (They did have choo lounge open.) Maybe due to renovations they were still on winter hours. Minor, but we were looking forward to borrowing their bikes to cruise around. No bikes, winter schedule. It was mid April, sunny and 75 degrees.

Omar (4/5): - It’s so much overpriced, the place is below average in many ways, building is so old and furniture is old too. One elevator in each side which takes for ever to come. You don’t get a single free meal with your stay. Staff are respectful and nice but non helpful. They don’t tell you anything about the property or what you can do. It’s really not worth paying close to 600 a night and mind you we picked the luxury room. I don’t recommend it, with half of the price you will find much better choices.

I've had better food at Red Lobster. Bar staff was abominable. Our room was beautiful! Bed was very comfortable & our view was lovely. Bar staff , bees at the walk up bar, too many kids splashing at the pool - did not expect this "spa resort" to be such a "family with little kid" experience. Restaurant dinner was very disappointing.

Special shoutout to Jack!! Very surprised that there was no inroom safe. Bathroom needs a remodel -needs taller counters…as well as a walk-in shower. Parking can be challenging at times but manageable.

We were given a room across from housekeeping that was noisy and extremely small with only a skylight window. The overall resort is beautiful and they invited us back for 1 night in the delux room which helped the experience.

Service was excellent, pleasant and accommodating. Arrived 3 hrs early and were ready to use facilities but a room was ready, which was great. With a water view instead of garden. Overlooked parking lot, and marina. King room with real fireplace, will go back in colder weather. Ate at the Choo Choo bar late afternoon, excellent. Went to area restaurants for other meals, Unable to book a massage during our 4 day/3 night stay. Seems booked out to locals who use facility and marina users as well as guests. So if you want one need to book before arrival.

The pool, sauna, etc. was overflowing with people who had "memberships" and not guests of the hotel. I would have appreciated more space for paying guests. Upon checking out, the front desk staff did not even ask if our stay was pleasant. Some warmth and pleasantness would have been nice.
