Guest Reviews
- Karen (1/5): DON'T stay here - nothing all parking taken up by trucks and trailers. Bed had a bug on the pillow, so we left. Was hard to get a refund. Still don't know if it went through. In the lobby we were greeted by a person on a screen. He was nice but unable to do things for us. He called the manager who was mad that she was disturbed, and treated us horribly.

- Yahdingus (1/5): We were giving the wrong room and walked in on people sleeping and we were giving a master key - Breakfast was only cereal An actual person at the desk
- Corey (8/5): Inexpensive, close enough to Lubbock. But could use some deep cleaning - Price, cool kiosk when you check in There was a bit of an odor, some stains on the carpet, and some used q tips that someone left behind. No pool, unfortunately (it was drained). A bit dusty. But didn’t expect it to be much better honestly. It worked for us!

- Gwen (5/5): We were able to sleep & got what we paid for, but won't go back there with other options in Snyder. - It was clean. The room wasn't quite ready when we arrived at 4pm, but didn't have to wait long. It smelled very strong of lemon cleaning chemicals & we had to leave the door open to air it out. The coffee pot button didn't work, so no coffee on the room.

- Davila (5/5): Overstayed was decent the maitenance staff was great its just the booking receptionist was rude - The dude that checked me in the first night was rude but the guy i rebooked with was great. The breakfast isnt a complimentary hot breakfast as promoted but sufficed
- Vernie (4/5): Never again. - Had to sign in and out through a kiosk.
Phone did not work.
Bagels were stale

- jorge alberto (1/5): Mala experiencia.
- Blake (7/5): -
- Joe (6/5): Not bad for the price but definitely checking everything before I even touch anything - How close it is to downtown and how everything is near it The dirty condoms and trash in the parking lot and beds

- sylvia (2/5): - I don't like the extra $20 fee to check in early. I wanted to cancel my reservation as soon as I was told of the $20 early check in fee. I didn't like that they still charged me for one night for cancelling. It was within 30 minutes of the reservation that I tried to cancel and was unsuccessful because I didn't receive cooperation from the hotel. I requested through booking.com the cancellation but never received response from the hotel. You have to pay attention to the fine print because it says the fee for one night is to be charged for cancellation which I think is unfair. I don't think there should be a cancellation fee if you cancel within a time limit. I didn't like the dishonesty of the hotel clerk.
- kristenkG8566EG (2/5): If you want to test your marriage, stay here. - My husband and I stayed here and encountered the greatest test of our marriage thus far. We've changed jobs, lost family members, lost jobs, and yet this stay challenged them all. We were assigned what must have been a handicap accessible room which wasn't the issue, the lack of door for the bathroom was the problem. Want to test a marriage? Put a couple in a room where the toilet is open to the public and make sure one of them has tummy issues. We may never emotionally recover.
- garynV8285QL (2/5): Unclean environment for the cost. - Unclean, scetchy outlook, dirty bathroom, carpet lifted and stunk. Television problems, no real person - spoke through a camera and paid through kiosk. No one to monitor continental breakfast. Left an unsecure feeling of stay.

- randyjD6218BV (2/5): Don't stay here!! I would not and do not trust this place! - When we first arrived at the hotel, there was not a single car in the parking lot. This is unusual for this, especially on a Friday. After walking into the lobby, this was where things got weird; there was not a person, but a man hiding behind a kiosk. There was no live human interaction whatsoever. This was very uncomfortable. He kept demanding that I keep looking at the camera. Why do I need to keep looking at the camera? Are you running some facial recognition software and making copies or such of people's faces to use later against them??? Then they have you place your driver's license on the screen so it can make a copy of it. Usually, they just look at it to match your addresses on file. Now they have a scan of your license. Is this place running a scam from their location?? Makes me wonder why this would be done in the small town of Snyder, Texas. I'd expect to find this sort of thing in the big city. I won't be staying here ever again; neither will the relatives that were with me. They were very uncomfortable as well.
- Robyn (6/5): - Asked the check in machine for a room at the very back. Didn't work
When the motel isn't full, rooms should be every other room!!
- Kelley (2/5): Possibility of theft - The rooms were nice and in good shape I also enjoyed that they were smoking rooms I didn't like that there was no people there I had to talk to the computer I had to get my own utensils sugar napkins I had to find everything to eat breakfast this morning it wasn't stocked properly and then my TV quit working and maintenance came to look at it and they told us we had to leave the room while he worked on it no way that's stupid they could steal our stuff while we're not in there and I had kids that's ridiculous change that
- Rochelle (6/5): - Available last minute The check in virtual no staff
Meager continental breakfast
Staff did not seem interested we Estes in our concerns
- jonathan (6/5): It's O.K. - Food and coffee was fine. Could use property updates, pool closed.
- Albert (10/5): -
- flora561david (6/5): Clean has some Mainteance issues - Go to Sallies across the Street for a Great Breakfast.. Bring your own Toilet Paper Arrive Early and Inspect the Room ! Check AC if working
- Eli (2/5): Not coming back! - The ice machine actually worked! The room temperature was super hot. Took all night to cool down. Fortunately I had. Work fan in my truck.
There was dry poop on the toilet seat.
The reception was a computer screen.
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- Amey (2/5): - Nice stay
- Neely (5/5): Water? - The bed was comfortable and proximity to my car was as expected. It was convenient to where we were coming from and where we were going. A working toilet. Would have been ideal
- bneely15 (4/5): Meh - Bed was adequate. Toilet was broke. Roaches had already been staying in room a little longer than us. Key Faub worked fine. There was enough food items at breakfast. The banana was delicious. Coffee was a little weak. On the road the next morning made sure to stop somewhere for breakfast and coffee.
- Linda (6/5): Automated, check-in.
I'm mirror a whisk. - My room was clean.Well taking care of being comfortable I did not like the automated check in.It doesn't tell you where your room is located.
Breakfast was very minimal. There were no waffles or pancakes. Spray on i can't believe it's not butter. The whole time I checked in and stayed there and had breakfast. I did not see one person
- Stephen (8/5): Good place to rest on the road - Clean, convenient, inexpensive. Remote kiosk checkin was a first
- Marisa (9/5): Clean and nice - Breakfast was basic but adequate. Slightly weirded out to use a virtual staff person/ kiosk to check in. I'm used to a person at the desk.
- iowaaggie (2/5): Avoid This Hotel - The biggest problem with this hotel is that they no longer employ clerks and instead use a remote call center. This means if you need a problem with the room (such as a strong smell of urine, defecation and strong chemicals trying to mask the first two smells there is no one to help) or if you have a request for a hour later check out as a DIAMOND member, (a membership perk) they don't have the authority, or if the Internet is down, no one can check in or out of the hotel. Also, the price is cheaper using Booking.com than Wyndham, which is against the rules
- Lauren (5/5): A reasonably priced property, which has a decent clean room and bedding to stay for one night while you’re on your way t - Human staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean, bedding was decent quality, and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot was clean, no trash or hazards. They use a kiosk for late check-in’s, which has a video screen with a person helping. The interaction was polite, but the kiosk machine didn’t work and wouldn’t take my credit card. I had to pay cash, which, thankfully I had. The first set of keys made did not work and I had to come back for another set. The small refrigerator in the room was loud and did not work well at all. None of my items were chilled. This would be a problem with someone who had medication or food and needed It kept at a certain temperature.
- Ocotlan (6/5): - Parasites in the bathroom
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Jorge (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roam54644953065 (10/5): Highly recommend!! - Everything was great from customer service, to checking in. Room was clean. Heater worked. Bed was comfortable. Pillows are great. If you are ever in the area and need a hotel ? Look no further, days inn in Snyder, Texas is a wonderful place to stay.

Bed bugs in two rooms assigned
- Chrystal (8/5): - Nice
- Kriston (10/5): Great place! - This is a great place to stay in Snyder.
- manuelitojc42 (8/5): Home for 4 months - My son and I work from there for 4 long months. Our property and our safty was very well protected. The host made us felt at home
- Jose (8/5): Very good - Nice place to stop on a road trip
- Bethene (7/5): Good - It was inexpensive The pool was empty and the bathroom was not well taken care of
- Jacqueline (8/5): - The bed was very comfortable, really great after a days travel on the highways!
- nunomtz80 (10/5): Great motel - This is one of the most cleanest place i have stayed and good service so ever in Snyder tx stop by anf see for yourself
- Margarita (10/5): Good - Location price All ok
- Paul (2/5): - Room was dirty, infested with roaches, killed several large ants, huge wad of hair in the tub drain, cigarette ashes on toilet seat when we arrived.
- LeeAnn (8/5): - Excellent check in staff
- Elder (8/5): It was a very nice and comfortable stay - I had stayed here before, it was a comfortable hotel .
- Myriam (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (7/5): It worked - Convenient to the coliseum Loud people upstairs, not very good breakfast, rundown
- Casey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cheyenne (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Guadalupe (9/5): Superb -
- Felix (8/5): Very good - The staff was friendly. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Definitely worth the price.
- Emanuel (10/5): - Very nice
- eleng866 (10/5): Excellent - We e really pleased with our stay at days inn. The hotel room was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Young guy was very kind and helpful and thank you for morning milk tea it was so tasteful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody
- perditaw2024 (10/5): Comfortable, clean & accomdating - Clean comfortable room in hotel convenient to Highway 84, friendly couple that runs it told us about the rodeo down the road and gave us dining suggestions as well as making an espresso when the coffee ran out for the continental breakfast. Highly recommend this location for your stay when traveling through Western Texas.
- S6610SFmichaeld (2/5): 1 star motel, 1 star rating - While reception was excellent and friendly, obviously housekeeping has no supervision. Dirt and dust everywhere tells me there are probably other areas of lack of housekeeping I don’t want to know about. The room was quiet, bed comfortable, but towels were threadbare. Shower was nicely updated, but water temp finicky. AC was ok. Bring your own coffee and filters if you are a snob. Second time staying here and the last.
- Daniel (10/5): - The clerk was excellent at check in, helped i every way
- Blanton (8/5): Very good -
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Just needed a getaway and I was very satisfied with the room and the lady at the front desk was awesome
- Josh (10/5): - It was nice and quiet and vomfy and the staff was very friendly
- Bethany (2/5): Dont stay here! - False advertising. No bar. No restaurant. Free breakfast is cereal or a pkgd muffin. Safety was a concern as the inside lock on the door was broken and there was about an inch gap or more under the door. There were unsavory characters milling around the parking lot all night long. The room was every bitof 100 degrees. The AC unit was off when we arrived to our room and it struggled all night to cool the room. It was miserable. It didnt get cool until the next morning at about 10 am. The bed was very very very firm. Pillows moderately soft and super hot. The light above the sink outside of the bathroom was very dim and i couldn't see well enough to put my makeup on. The tv has only about 4 or 5 local stations...no cable. I wish i would have paid the extra 20 dollars and stayed somewhere else. I will never stay somewhere that has the wyndham name attached to it again. This was a horrible experience.
- R8104BDalexr (10/5): Best hotel IN THE WORLD OF SNYDER - "stay @ days inn snyder"
no problems. best bang for my buck! the price was by far the best on my trip. Best Western wanted $144 a night. Best stay at half the price! Bye Bye Best Western!!! I seldom stay in Snyder but with the rates I may try to time it so that I do. Thank You Days Inn! And let’s not mention that crazy manager a quit mellow fellow with a passion for providing the best days your can get at the days inn with his wonderful staff that works around the clock providing the utmost painstaking duties that are no less then demanded when keeping up a high class 5 star family owned establishment such as this at days inn they meet your needs and go that that extra mile to provide you with that little extra care and appreciation for your hard earned money being spent at the days in ohh yess they and who can’t forget they’re amazing complimentary free breakfast open from 6 to 9 but act quickly because the longer you sleep in the less time you have to enjoy this amazing fresh home cooked breakfast Antares that’s will taste so good make your wana smack your momma “POWWWW SORRY MOM “and yes open to the all guests public and even those stray kittens that might stroll on by there’s nobody the good people at days inn wouldn’t show grand service to fulfill your every need but wait there’s more if you act fast and spend enough manager JT can you offer you the stay of a lifetime with his intellectual knowledge of wyhndom rewards you’ll be spending lesss than any hotel in town ahhh yes there’s nothing like a stay here at days inn Snyder so what you waiting. For come on down and turn your last days into your best days here at days inn Snyder where your last days become your best days —DAYS INN BECAUSE WE CARE—
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Rooms are very clean. Beds comfortable. Cherck in was easy and accommodating
- Marcus (2/5): Frustrating - My wife went on hotels.com to get me a room since I’m out of town on business. When I arrived they couldn’t find the room, despite it already being booked, paid for & confirmed 2 hours earlier. Spent over an hour trying to get it sorted out & never did. I eventually left, went to a different hotel & booked myself. I did at least get a refund since my company was paying for it. Very frustrating!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall it was good. I would say that there were some cosmetic maintenance things that could happen that would make it feel nicer, but overall it was good. The staff were super nice and friendly at check in. It felt safe. The bed was pretty comfortable for me, which is saying something because I tend to have back issues.
- Filip (8/5): Simple, but clean and pleasant - good value for reasonable price noisy rooms around
- Don (10/5): - I have rarely found a front desk person as helpful as this gentleman was. Thanks!
- Woody (8/5): - Easy check in, clean and adequate comfort in the room.
Only disappointment was coffee pot in the room didn’t work either morning we were there, and the “breakfast”(in the office”was very meager and no seating,
- Pamela (10/5): Would stay again - Man on reception was super friendly Everything was fine
- Christy (10/5): Tx is too big to drive through ,this place is definitely worth the night! - friendly staff, everything worked in including the smart TV and was comfortable as a last minute booking. The heater/ ac worked very well. I was very grateful for this place and even had some breakfast stuff for us so we could get on the road and get home. Thank you so much! A more updated USB ports charging area probably would've been helpful.
- Mark (10/5): Days Inn - Value if looking for a place to sleep - Room was a good value as we were only looking for a place to sleep for the night. Hotel didn’t have cable/WiFi because of a service problem but again not an issue as we got in late and left early. Breakfast is minimal but that was factored into price we wanted to pay.
- James (9/5): Superb - The breakfast was not until to late in the morning I had to be at work at that time.
- Ezekiel (10/5): Exceptional -
- J (10/5): - Nice and very clean, hotel, super friendly staff.
Pleasant surprise!!
Nothing too fancy but all clean and works well, very well maintained, although it’s not a newer hotel
Kudos for the management and staff
- Eric (10/5): Great place - I was here for work and the staff are friendly and professional. I liked how the room was clean and remodeled, big screen tv, the room was clean thoroughly throughout the week.. the place is safe so no need to worry about parking lot. I recommend it to anyone passing by or staying from work etc. thank you.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Water issues - When I called to alert of late check in was not told about water issues they were having!! Was only told AFTER arriving to check in!
- Louis (10/5): - The guy that worked the night shift was one of the best examples of customer service that I have ever experienced. We stayed the night after a long drive from Atlanta Georgia in a commercial truck. He offered his personal vehicle for us to use to go grab a meal. I have never experienced that type of service from any one and was impressed by the offer.
- Mark (10/5): Not bad - Good place for a weery road traveler.
- mallisturner (4/5): Substandard Accomodation by Wyndham - Experiences two less than satisfactory stays with Wyndham at Days Inn so I could use my “reward points”. Both places looked shabby and not kept up on the outsides. Furniture in rooms need either updating or cleaning. This morning there was no warm or hot water. Also I noticed when arriving at Santa Fe that the rate advertised was the same amount I paid using my Wyndham “reward points”.
- elizabethrW6809WM (2/5): Unacceptable - Not satisfied with this stay at all. Never have I stayed in a place where the room was dusty, pillowcases dirty, awful smelling rooms. The place was certainly not worth the stay. I will surly choose a different location to stay on our next visit.
- Adrian (1/5): Bad -
