- Annette (5/5): You get what you pay for. An inexpensive no frills stay. - The facilty was clean. The front desk person happily exchanged rooms for us when we mentioned how uncomfortable the bed was.The new room had a more comfortable bed. It would have been nice if they could have used sand or ice melt in the parking lot. It was a sheet of ice and not safe for walking to and from our vehicle.

- Niki (6/5): - Room was outdated, window had a crack going across with a bunch of nasty stuff in between. Breakfast not good. Just your normal cereal, bagel, toast. The best part of this place was the hottub.
- membd (1/5): Not pleasant at all. - The check in was good and staff were pleasant enough. The location is good. I very seldom ever rate places, and only leave good ratings. However, I have been in hundreds of hotels across the USA, Canada, and Europe and I would have to rate this hotel in the bottom 5 hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was smelly, musty, and damp (really damp). The bedding and sheets were damp. The air conditioner (to try and clear out some of the smell) was louder than the trucks on the highway. There was very little for covers. The coffee machine in the morning did not work (the staff tried to get it working, but they couldn't). Some suggestions: Get rid of the carpet and put in hard flooring, put in de-humidifiers in the rooms, sanitize for smell and more bedding, and fix the coffee machine. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few years and it was fine, but not now. If these things were taken care of the hotel would be up to standards again.

The price, and location was the reason to stay - It was located close to the area I needed The top lock for the room was broken, the bathroom fan was loud, squeaky, and noisy which pierced our ears if we turned it on and off, there was no screen in the window, the carpets were soiled with moisture and filth, the room smelled musky.

- haily (8/5): - I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, open layout of the room. The handle to get in and out of the jacuzzi tub was broken. Parts of the floor molding was falling off, about 12 feet. The bed was nice. I could only get one tv to work. I had mixed experiences with the front desk staff. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage for hot items. Overall i would recommend this hotel for the cleanliness and price. We were unable to use the pool but they do have one!

When I checked in the attendant told me she was tired and hadn’t had a great day. That kinda sums up the motel experience.

I actually used a washcloth they leave in the room for cleaning and wiped the floor clean it was gross, the wash cloth was black by the end.

- Billi (6/5): - This hotel is old and dated. Upon arrival, I saw a light flashing at the rear of the hotel that gave a scary movie vibe. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was a scent of soured or mildewed laundry, rotten food, cleaning chemicals, and marijuana. It wasn't just in our room - this smell emanated from the hallways as well. The carpeting in the room was probably original, as was the furniture. The carpets and furniture were stained. The bed was semi-comfortable. The continental breakfast was decent. The shower was hot! This is in a small town of about 5,000 people. I didn't feel necessarily unsafe, but I was not able to rest comfortably because of the smell. I would not stay here again.

- Gerald (4/5): - The room was terrible, the feezer section of the fridge appeared to not have been defrosted. You would have been lucky to get a flip phone in it. They attemped to thaw it out but only but towels in it to catch the water, I ended up walking on wet floors for 3 days before it was cleaned up. One window was severely cracked and ready to fall out. The other windon had been put in upside down and could not be opened. The sink fixtures were loose and had to be tightened by maintainence. A male plug in had been put together with electrical tape, it also had to be repaired by maintainence. Just to name a few. Expedia has a complete report.

However, I'm totally disappointed that my room was never serviced or freshened with a 3 night stay. That was not advertised or acknowledged until after I checked in and saw the sign on the back of my room door. Its one thing to be eco friendly, its another to provide NO service.

Second room the TV did not work. 3rd room we moved to had another do not disturb sign and was not ready. 4th room had been prepared however it smelled very mildewy. Bathroom door handle was loose. Sink had no stopper. Hair dryer did not work. The employee worked diligently to get us into a cleaned room but we are very disappointed in the quality of upkeep and maintenance.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was cold upon arrival, window was loose in frame, weird bbq sauce or "something" on ceiling above both couch and bed. Check out time is 1100, however someone opened the door to enter our room at 1045, to then close the door quickly, without even knocking, causing us to hurry and pack. 4 hours after check out, I realized I forgot our swimsuits, called back and was told there were no swimsuits turned in from housekeeping and nothing was in the lost and found. I know for a fact they were hanging in the bathroom and must have been "claimed" without following policy
- Ellen (2/5): - The rooms look absolutely nothing like the stock photos. Both our rooms were narrow and very dim. We checked in, threw our stuff on the beds, then left for dinner. When we got back, we realized the rooms were so dark with all the lights on that I could not read the book I'd brought with me. The comforters felt greasy. The dust-filled heater filled the room with a burned smell. We complained and checked out at 7:30pm. The manager said "I can't refund your money because you set it up through Expedia" which was a lie. Expedia (who called Super 8 again, on my behalf) explained that they could not provide a refund because we'd paid the hotel directly. If you think the phrase "by Wyndham" implies there is a measure of quality, you will be disappointed.

- Danielle (1/5): Cheap owner, BEDBUGS, nice staff. - The breakfast was rarely maintained and someways not there at all. The only part about this place that was nice was the staff. They want to provide what they can but lack the means. The place is minimally clean, our whole family was infested with bed bugs while we were there. They almost didn’t comp the stay and the owner never bothered to call or care.

When I called to inform the hotel that I had bed bug bites after staying in their hotel the night before they had absolutely nothing to say, no 'sorry about that' or anything, literal silence on the phone. I had to ask THEM if they wanted to know what room I stayed in the night prior. There was also leftover food in the fridge in my room, to which they said 'oh the person who was supposed to check that rooms were clean must not have done their job'. I sincerely believe that they will not do anything about the bed bug issue and the next person to stay in that room will wake up with bites.

- Keli (2/5): Unimpressed - I was not at all happy. They waited until AFTER I checked in and paid to tell me that the pool and the hot tub were not working. I pointed out that I should've been told beforehand and the young girl just shrugged her shoulders at me. The whole point of our trip as a family was the pool. I was very unimpressed with the attitude towards the whole thing.
- RANDY (2/5): - I liked the layout of the room, very spacious. However there were many things wrong with the room. Outlets that didn’t work, windows that were cracked and broken where you could see daylight where there should’ve been a seal. There was a constant stream of cold air entering through the large gap. We were awoken several times throughout out the night. Once was because of 2 sheriffs entering the building at 3am. Another was because of a very loud pool party that lasted 45 minutes that started at 3:45am. And the last time was because of what I assume was a shift change for workers at 6:45am where they stood below our broken window laughing, talking and smoking. We had rented the room for a two night stay but absolutely could not stay a second night under those conditions. I had to call our third party booking agency to get it cancelled but they had to talk to the woman at the front desk to get it done. She refused saying what we recalled the previous night didn’t really happen. I went downstairs to talk to the lady myself while having the booking agency on the phone to witness our exchange. I informed the lady at the front desk that I had video of the pool party noise and she agreed to let us cancel our second night stay. She was not a very nice lady to deal with and told us we needed to get our stuff and remove ourselves from the property before 11am. We exited the property shortly after and will not ever return.

Breafast, was nice except they ran out of hot food when we went to eat at 8 am. The bathroom light (was also the exaust fan, very noisy) had very low lighting and hard to see. The facility needs a lot of updating and fell short for the price we paid.

- Daniel (6/5): Not enough for the cost - Rooms were well worn. Our room was in need of paint and new bedding. Bathtub fixtures were in need of dep clean. Dirt in tap fixture as well as tub fixture. These can be removed and cleaned.
