Sherry (2/5): - We stayed here in 2018 and it was in need of repairs then. Sadly the filth was even more apparent. The moldy ring around the inside toilet bowl and sink and tub was horrible. The floors were very dirty and the bed spreads were stained and soiled badly. The pool was just as bad but the hot tub was a scum science experiment. The pool shower had a garden hose attached and other supplies stored in it. The ice machines were out of order. The breakfast area was filthy and the food was stale. The parking was trash covered. The lawn was also trash spewed. The “sold out” sign was tacky. We’ve stayed here a few prior times in prior years for family reunions. Never EVER again. This year we had 3 rooms for two days and would’ve moved out immediately if other accommodations could’ve been found. My 85 year old parents were with us this year, probably their last trip with us. They deserve a clean and safe environment. This was not. Super Eight reputation is suffering because of this facility’s conditions and lack of quality management.

Greg (6/5): - The property was OK, the room was clean and mostly up to date, the "breakfast" was good, on the overall we were satisfied, our only complaint is: the bed was VERY uncomfortable which led to a short and restless sleep. Our opinion is: the bed frame is the same type used on a futon, there is no give to them like that of a regular box spring, due to this, we were unimpressed and will probably avoid this place of lodging in future visits to this area.

William (8/5): - It’s a good place to stay in Valentine. I was there to see the National wildlife refuge. The hotel is convenient and safe. The room was nice. They have laundry machines and a hot breakfast. They have a nice pool and hot tub as well. It’s a very affordable Super8.

Katelyn (2/5): - after a 10 hour drive, we were so excited to get a good sleep for another 10 hour drive the day after. We got there, unpacked and got ready for bed. When I pulled the bed sheets down, there were blood stains everywhere. After looking around, the bathtub was filthy, there was stained and ripped lampshades, one lamp didn’t even work. The desk chair was disgusting and so was the sitting chair. The tv was dusty and fingerprints all over and so was the mirror. It was 10:30 at night and we (including my 6 year old son) had to pack up and leave. Absolutely no where else to stay as everything was completely booked. This place charged us $320 for absolutely disgusting accommodations. The staff was unfazed, rude and caring mostly about the cigarette they were supposed to go have instead of dealing with us. Be careful of spending your hard earned money here, it’s an absolute disgrace. The only good thing is I got my refund quickly.
Sherry (4/5): - Didn't like: Had to give a cc# for incidentals, pets-we don't own any, smoking- we don't smoke. Even after we paid online. Bedspreads were dirty and stained as was the recliner. Not sure what the sploches of white substances were on it but wasnt going to find out. Couldn't use the microwave or refrigerator as the microwave was making a humming sound and got worse when we opened the door. Freezer was so iced over couldn't put anything in it. Dust everywhere, on the edges of pictures, lamps, headboard, window sills and coffee maker. Dirty walls in bathroom. Complained to front desk, was given a clean bedspread and told the rest was a housekeeping issue. No one at front desk when we checked out so left a note in the room and on the front desk for housekeeping and management. For the price we paid for one night I expect a clean room.

Verified traveler (8/5): Overall a good experience. - The housekeeper helped me with getting the door open when we were leaving. She was so nice and caring. She said she was 80 years old. Such a wonderful lady. I am sad I did not get her name. Breakfast was the usual. But didn’t have peanut butter. And there was not enough room in the dining area. Spa was nice but temp was a little cooler than I preferred. Check in was ok also.
