- Harald (10/5): - Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Two huge swimming pools and Hotel is right on the beach. Friendly Staff. We had the half board which included breakfast and dinner. The food was good. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the center of town. The Town of Kos is very bicycle friendly. There are bike lanes from the hotel to the center of town. One can rent bikes directly in front of the hotel.
- d (10/5): proper 4* hotel, well maintained, good facilities - easy to access from Kos Port (bus stops right outside & runs 3/4hourly (except 2-4pm). efficient, friendly knowledgeable reception team, impressive public areas with high ceilings & quality furnishings in good condition. 3 lifts in main building, all working, airy clean corridors modern room, well maintained ( a bath tub! yippee ). balcony with quality table & 2 chairs. I booked HB & both breakfast and dinner which were good with “tired” dishes regularly replaced. thoroughly recommended

- Can (6/5): Genel bilgi - Odamızda cam yoktu sadece balkon kapısı vardı havalandırma sorunlu oldu. Banyolar çok eski hala perdeli küvet var oda ile ilgili en olumsuz şey buydu. Otel temiz, ama kahvaltı çok yetersiz. Merkeze çok yakın taksi ile hızlıca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bisiklet motor araba da kiralamak mümkün. Sahili çok çok sessiz, başta alışamadık ama sonra çok hoşumuza gitti.

Hauptgerichte (Lamm, Fisch) waren teils exzellent. Aufzüge völlig unterdimensioniert. Schöner Garten und Anlage. Etwas älter aber hat Charme.

- Thorsten (8/5): - Das Hotel war gut und gepflegt, wenn auch aus Erzählungen von Urlaubsbekannten einige Zimmer in die JAhre gekommen waren. Wir hatten eine bessere Zimmerkategorie gebucht und das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Aber einen wirklich höheren Standard hatten wir dadurch allerdings auch nicht. Aber das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht. Nur als 265/24/7 Barfuß-Läufer, wurde ich trotzdem im Restaurant gezwungen, Schuhe zu tragen. Aber andere Gäste mit Badekleidung und druchsichtigem Stricktuch umgehangen, wurden akzeptiert. Das habe ich leicht negativ empfunden. Aber das Buffet war sehr groß, so dass man sich selber immer wieder Abwechselung auf den Teller zaubern konnte... Also ich kann das Hotel empfehlen, insbesondere mit Kindern. Wenn Erwachsene alleine allerdings etwas mehr Ruhe haben wollen, dann sollten Sie allerdings ein anderes Hotel wählen.

- Berk (10/5): Excellent hotel - The room was great. It had great view, it was clean, it had everything I needed. The staff was helpful, friendly and well informed. The bike/car rental at the entrance of the hote- not part of it- was conveniently located and I rented a bicycle for 5 Euros. The restaurant was great for breakfast. Very delicious food and a great variety of selection. (I did not try the dinner as I thought EU120 was a bit too much-went to Fidelio's at downtown for an excellent meal). I wish the beach had some pier to jump in the water without stepping on the gravelly rocks. I very much enjoyed the stay.

- Anja (8/5): - Das Hotel ist gut, hat eine schönen Pool und mehrere Möglichkeiten in der Nähe zum Baden am Strand, auch mit wenig Steine. 20Min. Fussweg zum Hafen und Altstadt. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, habe immer was gefunden und der Kaffee war sehr gut. Mein Problem war das Zimmer bzw das Bad. Schon in die Jahre gekommen und der Wind pfiff durch. Und da in dieser Ecke anscheinend immer Wind war, war es für mich sehr laut, konnte kaum schlafen. Mein Zimmer war im Haupthaus in der 3 Etage ziemlich weit auf der rechten Seite. Tja und das Bad... roch ekelig, Nachdem man in der alten Badewanne geduscht hatte, kam aus dem Gulli mitten im Bad der Schaum raus.
- Mustafa (10/5): A short Kos experience with Atlantis Hotel - We hesitated to book Atlantis in the beginning due to some bad comments. We had a great experience, the room was clean and modern, it was by the beach. We had a great time at Atlantis
- Angela (6/5): - Squeaky beds when you move. You feel the legs shake. Only one side of the double bed room had a wall socket. Water overflow from covered opening/vent in floor when showering. Staff was polite and helpful with taxi’s and information. Breakfast buffet chaotic, with tea cups and coffee running out.
- Deniz (4/5): - The room I had has nothing to do with the pics I saw while I reserve it. 3 pm is check in which is very late and I had to arrive early. At least they could have given me a towel to use the sea. Ohh wait a moment, using the sea is extra 4€ if you want a sun bed. First time in my life I paid for the beach of the hotel I’m staying. Breakfast was very weak. The front desk let me use a towel after I checked out and it was the only good thing I guess. The toilets around the pool area are in 90s still.

Riesen Auswahl was das Frühstücksbuffet angeht da wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht haben. Immer wieder gerne...Einziges Manko der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist wirklich Mini.

Nur alle zwei Tage wird das Zimmer gesäubert: das ist zu wenig, weil man kein Papier in die Toilette werfen darf. Achtung: ggf. hohe Roaming-Gebühren, die Türkei ist sehr nah! Pools zu klein für die Anzahl der Menschen. Musik am Pool zu laut.

- Namier (4/5): - We stay 7 days with 2 rooms ses view the day we arrived we told that the hotel over booked and they give us 2 old smelly dirty rooms out side as cabins rooms after fighting with front desk a had to call expida for issues and expida did and finally they give us the 2 rooms we booked , the hotel clean the rooms every 2 days no clean sheets no towels for every 2 days , no water , beach chairs you have to pay every day , the buffet food limited and and same every days and the food is most cheap food ever , most local restaurants and shop told us not to stay because the owner he very cheap and the hotel have allot of issues.
- Atilla Yener (6/5): Not bad not good - Our room is upgraded first of all thanks for this effort. Hotel is very old and crowded needs to be renovated. Eleveators are not enough and slow By walking 20 minutes to center it is ok. Sea is nice not too much wave. Breakfast is ok. No tent in windows so you have to stay with A/C during night and have to close window . AC filters has to be changed it smeels too bad .

Minibar leer - nicht einmal eine Wasserflasche. Auch Utensilien wie Bodylotion und Necessaire nicht vorhanden. Dazu sehr weit abgelegen von der Stadt.

Muss man mögen… Ach so und dass vorm Aufstehen alle Pool Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt waren, deren Besitzer teilweise den ganzen Tag nicht zu sehen waren, das gehört ja dazu…

- Arisha (10/5): - The property was in a perfect location, not too far from Kos town. Hotel was in excellent clean condition, rooms were clean and spacious, felt very safe staying here. The breakfast was amazing and tasted fresh every morning. The private beach was beautiful, clean and not too crowded. The staff were so friendly and Welcoming especially Maria at reception, so sweet and helped us book our excursions easily. Also, the restaurant manager (don’t know his name) and perglis i believe was the bartender at night who were also very friendly and kind. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and Bike/ buggy rentals opposite from reception which were so easy to hire. Overall, we had a great stay and hope to come back in the future!

- Jimmie (8/5): Great location on a calm beach. - A typical vacation resort with all inclusive for most of the guests. Fairly big rooms. Great access to the beach which is comparatively calmer than the ones 2 km south in Kos city. We had a small technical issue with the AC which was handle fantastically by the Guest relations Manager. Big bonus that they have a dedicated lockerroom with shower for all of us with a late departure. We could stay by the pool and beach and still freshen up before departure.
- nadim (4/5): - I did not like this hotel because if you did not buy the all inclusive package you have hard time finding a restaurant on the resort to eat, they make you pay 15 Euros to eat the the buffet, no other options. They also charge you money to get a chair on the beach!! I did regret picking up this hotel
- Ayhan (6/5): - Repas tous les jours quasi identique. Serveuse agréable sauf le responsable TEO ingrat et arrogant. Les chambres ne sont pas fait tout les jours. Hôtel classe pour les années 2000 mais pas remis au goût du jour. Je n’y retournerai plus.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Solid Hotel - Very nice standard hotel with great amenities, basic food however nice location. Possible to rent a bike across the hotel and its recommended as easy to move around . TV had only 11 programs, nothing in english thru
- mikael (4/5): fin utsikt men det är allt dom har. - Hemsk all inclusive. Smaklös mat och flottig. Alla ingredienser som köps in är dom billigast möjliga för maximal vinst. Så gäller även all all-inclusive dryck , blaskig folköl , läsk som smakade konstgjort. (Inte läsk från kända märken) kaffet var okej. Utsikten är fin men förstörs av disco / lekar / vatten gympa / pool musik från 10 till 04.00. Jag fick minimalt med sömn på detta hotell som även hade lampor i rummet som inte gick att stänga av. Promenaden till stan tar 20min och är en tråkig väg. Jag skulle inte välja detta hotell igen.
- Terence (8/5): Atlantis hotel kos - Hotel very nice and clean.close to kos town Beds not the comfortablist but rooms cleaned every day. We went b&b because last minute but couldn't buy food in hotel as everyone else was all inclusive. Reps good On the beach.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Large complex, multiple pool areas allowing for a large area for sun loungers although like most hotels, these get snapped up at dawn by the early risers. Staff are very helpful. Restaurant is ok, huge variety of food available but average standard. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel directly opens up onto the beach and here sun loungers are available for hire. There are multiple areas in the hotel to relax with a drink both inside and outside. Entertainment every night which is average standard.
- Noemi (6/5): Not too bad - The hotel was not bad so far, I was disappointed because it didn’t reflect what you said on your website. Free internet is actually free only in the lobby. Flat screen tv was in reality an old tv with very few channels available. I didn’t like that there is an extra charge for beach towels and sun beds. The breakfast buffet was nice, had a good selection of food, I loved the pancakes. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in a quiet are about 10/15 walking from Kos Town
- charlie (6/5): - We were only staying bed and breakfast. Breakfast time was like feeding time at the zoo thank goodness we were not all inclusive.
- Rebecca (8/5): A better standard than many in Kos in star bracket - This hotel provides a decent standard of accommodation and service, suited to it being a resort. The rooms feel a little tired but clean and a reasonable size. The food was good and plenty of choice. If you wish to leave the entertainment round the pool behind there quiet to be found on the beach to the left of the brollies. The pool areas were pleasant, pools themselves nice and staff worked hard to try to meet needs and are curteous and appropriately professional and efficient.
- Clive D (8/5): Hotel has good position and very clean. - This hotel is right on the beach, has 2 good size swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds, having said that we were there from 19/9/17 - 3/10/17 don't know what it would be like in high season. Hotel and rooms are very clean, the odd small problem in room like knobs missing off shower tap and toilet flush which didn't affect us using them, allocated room 213 fantastic view, glad we booked half board seemed to be lots of complaints about all inclusive, unable to get drinks from certain bars and plastic cups so fragile were blown of tables in breeze, were told first night at dinner that we had to by drinks which we expected, bottle of water 2e but in back part of restaurant you could get water for nothing out of tap (scam who knows) i'm not a fussy eater but the food was so repetitive it was a struggle to eat in the end, beer prices in hotel 3.5e pint of local beer. Staff very nice, only one issue the beds are hard asked if we could have a softer topper mattress to go on bed was told no problem, it took 5 days and talk to the manager and within the hr it was there. If you struggle to walk then Kos Town is a long way, 6e return on bus for 2 people , if you intend walk then watch the bikes they are everywhere and have their dedicated track on the pavement not on the road, nearly knocked over many a time. Car hire 25e per day can get around island and see most places in 2 days. All in all nice hotel with good facilities, fair location.

- Michael (8/5): Wired to help - Was there for two days on business. Overall wireless access is an issue, but the ample computers in the lobby make amends for lack of decent hot spots. Taxi service is poor, but you need to book in advance. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (6/5): A Big Disappointment - I stayed with some friends for 5 nights to both holiday and attend a wedding. The hotel is in good shape within walking distance of many places. The rooms are very old and outdated. During our stay, the staff was not the least bit helpful. They were actually rude and not accomodating. We asked for new towels on a few occasions and were told no. We had to shower for three days using the same dirty towels again and again. The room was only cleaned every third day as well, which led to things being very messy and dirty. The food was good and we enjoyed our meals here. The beach is average, but there are so many rocks that it hurts your feet inside and outside of the water. Also, there is only about 5 feet of standing room once you enter the water until it drops off. We used another beach instead of this one. The air conditioning was very weak and barely worked. Our room was always too hot for comfort. Both day and night times. If i returned to kos, i would not stay at or recommend this hotel.
- stuart (6/5): Hotel is very large with several pools - On several occasions I informed the staff of the hotel that the "air conditioning" was not working. When after 3 days the maintenance Man just "cleaned the filters". Only the fan was working on the unit , no chiller water was circulating. My experience of sleeping in a hot room was like a sauna . Breakfast is just a buffet with a room that allows Smoking whilst people are eating.
- Diane Loves Strawberries (8/5): Gorgeous beachfront location. Great food. Good Value. - Last minute holiday. This hotel's beach front location was exactly what we wanted. The building was bright and airy. Our room was in the main hotel but rooms available in bungalow style blocks. Some overlooking the beach. The floral garden and grounds were attractively designed and well tended. A large pool for leisure, another pool perfect for laps and a childrens pool. Food was lovely, fresh and tasty. Staff were so helpful. While we were there, the other guests were mainly Dutch, Russian & German. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. The entertainment team had exercise and games programmes in the pool and on the beach. It was good having a choice to be active or just relax. Will definitely go back. Sadly Wifi was not free at the hotel you had to purchase a password voucher, but cafe bar 50 metres across the street will give you free access.
- Panos (2/5): Not at all what we expected - Very old hotel with poor service. Buffets with no variety and no taste.
