Nick (8/5): Residence Inn Stay - Nice hotel stayed in king suite and very good layout, appliances are nice. Pool is nice and well taken care of. Stereotypical Marriott type of experience and the staff were very polite. Little high on the price compared to comps in area.

The bed was at a slant so when you laid down your feet were higher than your head but by the time I laid down and realized my kids were already sleeping so I didn’t want to move rooms & wake them. We needed an early check in and the staff made that happen. I didn’t like the fact that there was no separate bacon… it was on a croissant with cheese and egg. I don’t eat cheese n eggs. I will say that the cook offered me turkey sausage which I tht was nice but I don’t like that. So I got coffee n muffin. But my hubby ate well. Lol.

The breakfast is wonderful (coffee etc breakfast sandwiches, eggs and meat, oatmeal and toppings, make your own waffles , fruit , cereal , yogurt etc ... an actual breakfast not just pastries ) Perfect for my combo family visit and work trip. The lobby is actually welcoming for use. The patio /pool /outside areas were not fully open yet as it's early in the season but they have wonderful outdoor facilities. A great pool, lots of outdoor seating groups, grill available for use , fire pit etc. All staff I encountered were extremely helpful. My only concern is specific to my work, I needed a secure Internet connection and it was not offered . The wifi is free and works well but is open. I will absolutely stay here again. It is a perfect location with dining and shopping nearby (can walk some places even) and conveniently located near I24.

Sunny (10/5): - Hotel is located in an area conveniently located around many restaurants and stores. Front desk people were very nice and it was quick. Room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast the next morning in the lobby was delicious. It’s some of the best breakfast that I’ve had at a hotel. Will stay again!!! It is about 25-30 minutes from Nashville but that doesn’t matter to me.

Dale (8/5): - The staff was great however the rooms need a lot of updating. The lights beside the beds were falling apart, the shower had no water pressure, and the flooring was super old fashioned and pretty dirty. We were told at check in that our stay would not be including any housekeeping, which I thought to be an odd thing to say up front. The rest of the hotel was beautifully updated so maybe the rooms will be next. The breakfast was complimentary and pretty consistent with the normal hotel breakfasts. The woman putting the food out was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a little overpriced but my husband and I had a nice little getaway!
Serra (6/5): Great service and food, but not so clean room - I stayed at the hotel for one night to get away from the guests at my house. The employees at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, my only problem is the room was not very clean. The air vent was VERY dusty, the comforter had a yellow stain on it, one of the towels had a brown stain on it, the mirror in the room had smudges on it, the shower didn’t seem too clean, etc. that was my only problem with them the stay. Also some of the locks on the doors through the hotel didn’t work for my key card. I had to knock on a couple different doors to get let back in the hotel if it using the main front door. But again, the employees were very nice and the food was good!
William (8/5): - We stayed in room 215. The room is starting to get rundown. Hot breakfast is the same everyday, scrambled eggs and sausage. If you want Waffles they have to be dug out of the maker because they are stuck.

Jonathan (6/5): - The staff and facility were very nice no complaints there. My only issue was the bedding. The king sized mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows flatten down to nothing. I wound up seeping on the couch in the room as it was more comfortable than the bed.
Felicia (10/5): Will look for Residence Inn's in other locations. - Very clean and very helpful staff. Loved the evening socials at night. The weather was messy so we didn't have to go out on those nights.

Verified traveler (6/5): - A 15 year happy Marriott member, this Residence Inn is showing its age. The furniture in the living area (I stayed in a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom suite) should all be replaced, it is all quite grungy, and totally uncomfortable. The bathroom floors/baseboards could either use a good bleaching, or be refinished. The kitchen was grimy. The front desk staff were excellent; gracious and welcoming. I would rate this hotel just average, but the price reflects that, I guess.
