• Olivia (10/5): Une bulle d oxygène - Un hôte au petit soin avec beaucoup d humour, un logis propre dans un village au milieu de la nature, à 5 minutes du panorama de Ste Chely du Tarn, une cuisine copieuse et délicieuse pour le dîner. On a passé un très bon moment avec notre fils de 7 ans

• david (8/5): - Petit hôtel sans prétention mais qui dispose de tout ce qu’il faut. Peut être penser à mettre un tapis à côté du lit car le carrelage…. C’est froid !! Côté accueil, rien à dire. Typique, chaleureux et la cuisine du soir, parfait. Bref: une bonne adresse !!

• olivier (10/5): un hotel sur le causse mejean - point de depart et d arrivee de notre rando du tour du causse mejean cet hotel merite le detour. le patron haut en couleur fort sympathique serviable vous fait apprecier sa cuisine locale et ...sa carte des vins inimaginable. c est copieux c est bon on se leve repu et heureux, le tout pour un rapport qualite excellent. on reviendra.

• daniel (10/5): Super - Hôtel très propre calme bien situé dans ce petit village. Le maître des lieux est très sympathique et gagne à être connu. Sa cuisine est excellente et copieuse. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. Nous y reviendront. Seul petit défaut il n'est pas mentionné sur le site que le restaurant ne fonctionne que pour les clients de l'hôtel et uniquement que le soir avec un menu unique.

• yann (10/5): si vous êtes dans le coin, n'hésitez pas à y loger - séjour de 3 jours dans un calme absolu. accueil impeccable, petit déjeuner superbe, repas exceptionnels. Si vous y allez, n'oubliez pas d'y manger , ça vaut très très largement tous les restaus du coin et au moins le patron est très agréable.

Magnifique. Calme absolu. Réveillé par le chant des oiseaux et des poules. Accueil sympathique. Petit déjeuner très varié et très copieux : viennoiseries, charcuterie, fromages de la région, etc.

• CATHERINE (10/5): Très bien - Hôtel-restaurant situé en pleine campagne dans un très beau cadre. Hôtel propre, climatisé et bien agencé. Surtout, ne pas hésiter à prendre la 1/2 pension car on y mange très bien.
• yann (10/5): très bonne adresse, calme total - séjour de 2 jours à l'occasion d'un événement sur Ste ENIMIE. l’hôtel de 6 chambres est sur le plateau à 1000 m environ dans un minuscule village. C'est le calme absolu. les chambres sont propres , bien équipées , l’hôtel est en état quasi neuf. On peut manger sur place le soir et ne vous en privez surtout pas, c'est impeccable. le petit déjeuner est également mémorable bien qu'un peu cher. Attention, on ne peut pas arriver avant 17H et pas trop tard non plus, cela peut être compliqué si on a de la route à faire. Pour info, ste ENIMIE (et les gorges du tarn) sont à 10mn env.
• c (10/5): Highly recommended hotel - The rooms are in a single storey building with solid floors so there’s no noise in the rooms from above and below which is fine. The rooms all have good views of the surrounding countryside and you can adjust the room’s heating yourself. We had an excellent dinner and particularly liked having the cheese board left with us – very good local cheeses too. Unusually the hotel had some 50 cl bottles of wine. This is just the right size for two in my opinion and we enjoyed a bottle of red from this selection. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in France for some time. Despite the hotel being seemingly in the middle of nowhere the baking was fresh and excellent. We were given a large jug of orange juice and the coffee was also plentiful and excellent (we’ve had some very indifferent juice and coffee in French hotels of late). Meats and the excellent cheeses were also available as were bio jams. Really good. Throughout we were attended to by I presume the owner who was very welcoming. His French was easy to understand - I think he deliberately spoke clearly and relatively slowly for our benefit. And the price for all this – equally excellent. We’ll find a reason to return

• Rainer (8/5): Hotel du Mont Servy - Dieses Hotel ist ist abseits von dem normalen Touristenstrom und sehr schön gelegen. Das zugehörige Restaurant bot gutes Essen.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nettes Hotel am Causse Méjean - Abseits der Hauptroute von Ste. Enimie liegt das Hotel mit angeschlossenem Restaurant in einem ganz kleinen Ort. Zimmer groß und geräumig und sehr sauber, freundlicher Besitzer, der auch das Restaurant führt, leckeres Frühstück mit verschiedenen Käsesorten aus der Region. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind gut erreichbar, insgesamt ein sehr netter Aufenthalt.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist: - Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht - gutes Frühstück - sehr gute Französische Küche (kleines Restaurant spezielle für Hotel Gäste) - Die Umgebung (Tarnschlucht und Hochebene) ist landschaftlich sehr schön bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten wie wandern oder Kajak fahren. - Das Hotel ist sauber und gut ausgestattet (Klimanlage, TV...) - der Hotelier ist sehr freundlich Zu beachten ist eine Zeitnahe anreise am besten vor 18 Uhr da der Hotelier Hotel und Restaurant alleine betreibt und ab 18 Uhr in der Küche steht ;-) ...dort zu Frühstücken und Abendzuessen ist sehr zum empfehlen

• frederic (8/5): au calme - Hotel au CALME un petit reproche aux WC difficile de fermer la prote quand on est dedant et grand ! sinon les croissants frais et du boulanger le matin c'est devenu si rare

• Verified traveler (10/5): Hôtel du Mont Servy - late, the owner was there. He showed us the room, which was nice and comfortable. The hotel is in a very beautiful region above the Tarn canyon, about 20 min from Sainte Enimie, which is a very pretty and interesting village. Breakfast was delicious. We will return to this place.

Je n'avais pas fini de béquiller la moto qu'il se trouvait déjà sur le parking pour nous accueillir. Si vous êtes de passage sans pour autant séjourner dans l'hôtel, je recommande vivement le restaurant. Le seul bémol de ma part, qui ne concerne que les motards, il n'y a pas d'abri pour la machine.

• Jenny S (10/5): Lovely - the website photos don't do it justice - This was a real little gem - to be honest, we only booked it because the other hotels in Sainte Enimie were full - but we were really glad we did. What an unusual experience to spend a night up on the Causse, rather than with the other tourists down in the Gorge. The room was spankingly modern, and the bed was nice and comfortable. We had great views of the Causse, which we found very unusual. The atmosphere was added to by the fact that some of the guests were trekking with a donkey (very 'Robert Louis Stephenson'!), and though it brayed a bit in the evening, we didn't hear it during the night (unlike a quite annoying cockerel who didn't seem to know that it should wait until morning - but then we closed the window and all was fine noise-wise). The restaurant was lovely, with a good choice of food and reasonably priced. The host was friendly, and altogether we were extremely satisfied.
