Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber ein bisschen mager … Leider Frühstück Zeit zu kurz und man wird auch erinnert dass man die Zeit auch nicht überschreitet… Sehr kalt eingerichtet da fehlt ein bisschen die Gemütlichkeit..

The room was quiet and included a clean bathroom with quality finish. The sleeping area of the room was less comfortable, with very strong bedlights and our double bed was two separate ones on wheels that moved around.

Good hotel with interesting artwork, palms growing in the area between the rooms and good outdoor area for relaxing/having a drink. Short walk into town. Friendly staff. There are several free hotel parking spots just before you get to the hotel main entrance (when available). They also have paid parking just past the hotel and behind We went half board - breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Evening meal was a limited choice set menu and felt very rushed. I was still eating my starter when they brought my partner's main course for example

La communication avec le personnel était très compliquée car ils ne parlent qu'Espagnol et Anglais. J'aurai aimé qu'au restaurant ils aient une carte traduite en français ce qui me parait le minimum pour un 4 étoiles. J'ai commandé le repas sans savoir ce que j'allais mangé. Le problème de communication a fait qu'un des 2 soirs j'ai attendu 2 heures mon repas car ils n'avaient pas compris ce que je souhaitais et ils ne sont jamais revenu vers moi.

Hervorheben möchte ich das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal: Als ich aufgrund von Planungsänderungen deutlich früher abreisen musste, hat man mir die restlichen Tage komplett erstattet: sehr kulant und so nicht undbedingt zu erwarten!
