C (8/5): Lovely stay - Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Large building mostly well maintained, above average (for Japanese standards) room size, large buffet breakfast. Very good location, nice street with garden/promenade just opposite, a short 15 min walk from the main station, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Lovely guests room on the ground floor with access to beverages and cakes. Its meant to be a five star hotel, and maybe it was when it was built, but today it doesn’t offer any of the services that one would expect from a 5 stars, such as room service, a gym, a spa/massage facility. I would say it’s between 3 and 4 stars. Some floors have been refurbished and have nice and clean carpet in the corridor, some are really work out. Mine had stained and old carpet.

Laya Maria (9/5): Great stay in a well-located hotel with helpful staff - Location was great because I was able to take the limousine bus from the airport directly to the hotel. Going to the airport wasn't a problem too because I just had to walk to a nearby hotel to take the limousine bus again. Room size was adequate. I particularly enjoyed staying at the lounge after a long day of walking because light snacks and coffee were available for free. On a certain day I wanted to go to a tour that required a reservation via phone call and the front desk officer who was in charge at that time very kindly helped me out. Hotel rooms aren't carpeted so there were times when I could hear the footsteps of neighboring guests. It would've also been nice to have been provided with teaspoons along with the cups in the room.

Chester (9/5): Perfect hotel for our trip - Excellent breakfast highlighting local Hokkaido products. Location was very nice and convenient, beside Odori Park and within a 10 minute walk to subway entrances, and still within 20 minute walk to Sapporo Station and Susukino. The Komorebi Lounge was very nice as well with local Hokkaido treats. The bed was ok but could be more comfortable.

P (9/5): Good stay - Location is good. Within 15 mins walking to various attractions. Eg. Odori station, Sapporo TV tower, Red Brick Building, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and even streetcar stop! The room size is spacious compared to other Japanese hotel too. Some Hotel toiletries are not replenished automatically by housekeeping. Most are self served at the lobby but I need to ask front desk for shower caps.

J L (7/5): Mooie Plek en hotel. - Ontbijt goed ook voor een westers ontbijt! Kamer heerlijk groot. Prachtige lokatie aan het park en dicht bij het centrum Hotel stond nog in winterstand. Raam kon niet open! Maar zelfs met de temperatuur op 18 werd het 24 graden in de kamer. Niet lekker en vreselijk om bij te slapen

Sharon (6/5): Nice staff but seriously outdated facilities. - Worn out, dated facilities. Picked “excellence” package. Seems lower floors without view (?) have been updated but not our room. Bathroom and closet seems musty and mildewed. Requested housekeeping each day but sheets were never changed. Breakfast is ample. Lots of choices. Example: three types of rice, three types of soup, roast lamb, pork, sausage and bacon each day. Buffet choices stay the same each day. Best part of this stay was laundry facilities and Lawson right next door. Was quiet and large but very very dated. Outdated room decor. No news channels in room despite having CCTV and NHK World programmed in. Microwave and ice only on 12th floor.

MASASHI (10/5): 大通公園のイベント狙いなら超好立地 - まだまだ肌寒い4月に1人で利用しました。大通公園に面した立地は運動するにも付近を散策するのにも十分です。館内は高層階まで吹き抜けで、レストランや宴会場、宿泊者専用のラウンジなど様々な施設が入ってます。付近には道庁舎や中央交通のバス発着所などがあり、札幌でワンバウンドしてからの観光拠点にも良好だと思います。地下鉄やチカホまでは少々離れておりますが、静かで快適な場所です。

Jackie (10/5): Amazing, would recommend. - Loved this place. The location was amazing, great view of Odori Park. Near the train station which is very handy. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous 7/11 right across the road for an ATM, only 15 minutes to any sort of store you could imagine and 7 minutes to the foot of the TV Tower. The staff were lovely, the beds were super comfortable, water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast was also great, a nice mix of Japanese and Western culture. Nice to try some different things. There is a lounge from 3pm to 9pm where there is free soft drink and sweets for hotel guests. We ordered some food here as well which you can see, and it was all delicious. We already plan to return next time. Nothing
