I thought it was going to be more to choose from and I had to buy breakfast food outside of the hotel, which I did not like. I would say have more food for breakfast so people can enjoy before leaving out of the hotel. It would be so convenient for them.

• Rhonda (1/5): Stay away from this place! - The location was nice, close to several restaurants and activities. I woke up at 6 am to shower. There was a huge roach on the wall of the shower. I was on the first floor so I reported it to the front desk while removing my things from the room. I asked the the clerk for a refund but she refused to return my money. I contacted booking.com, after almost two hours, they convinced them to refund my money. Will NEVER stay there again.

• L (4/5): Disappointing - Clean place to stay Didn't clean room and make bed everyday, only thing they did was leave towels and wash clothes after 4 days and took out trash
• Donell (6/5): - There were people hanging out in the parking lot after 10pm which made me nervous. The bathroom door was locked from the inside and maintenance tried getting in for over 40 minutes and couldn’t. After about a hour we finally asked for a new room because we had an early flight.

The bath towels could use an upgrade and our bed wasnt very comfortable but for the price it was very decent and would probably stay again. The breakfast wasnt much but they didnt even advertise that they offered it so cant complain about that really.

• Joel (6/5): what in the world happened? - the stay was very good, like usual But the first time I called they said it was xx $ w/ tax. now they sent me a bill for xxx $ (+ or -) I was having trouble w/ my phone. and she was a little hard to understand. the only complaint is the prices, so your rule doesn't make much sense to me. the price almost doubled. I think you are trying to skam.me. what do you think?

• Mary (1/5): Bad - I was taken advantage of because the front desk clerk (young lady) did not honor my booking.com reservation. While I was waiting, she asked for my drivers license and card information. I gave her my license, but I told her that the room is reserved in someone else name and that they should be pulling up shortly. When the other person arrived and tried to check in, she stated that the room was in my name. I said, "No, it's not. You just got my license and put my name in the computer for that room". I then said, "I can show you the emails from booking.com addressed to the other person". We went back and forward then finally she said she was going to make another reservation as a walk-in instead, which made my room $50 more. She kept trying to convince me that I made the mistake, but I kept getting emails with the other person name that actually booked it. The emails was from booking.com asking if we were still going to check in, but the truth is, we had already checked in under what she did. Needless to say, she asked me to cancel the 1st reservation. I told her that I could not because it was never under my name which proves she changed and messed up our reservation to get the higher price. Then after all of that when we finally got to the room, the air in the room was not working. When I needed towels or anything I had to go and get those items at the front desk. Out of Order signs were posted on the elevators because it rained, and the t.v.'s work on satellite so they did not work when it was raining either. I ONLY stayed because of a last minute life issue. I could not leave and go anywhere else because the person that was trying to help me was rushing to make sure I was good, but they had a scheuled flight to catch. Therefore, I did not want to hold them up any longer. However, I have no plans of ever going back or recommending them to anybody!!

• Hudson (6/5): Pleasant - The rooms were clean. The shower dripped. The bathroom fan and the light are both connected. So noisey. If you just need a bed to sleep in. It's ok, But they have no extras. If you want to make coffee in your room. They might have more coffee pods to give you The coffee in the lobby was cold and old tasting. The breakfast was dry cereal, or you could make oatmeal in a microwave in a Styrofoam bowl.

A special shoutout to Chelsi for her outstanding customer service when I had an issue with the heat in my room, she patiently helped me upgrade to a more comfortable space. She was kind, attentive, and truly made my stay stress-free. Beyond the great service, the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful. It’s very nice and exceptionally clean, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are top-tier beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hot and fresh breakfast bar was a perfect start to my day, offering a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Chelsi, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

My wife was given cleaner to clean the dirty bathroom rather than the hotel attendant cleaning the “paid” for room we purchased. Very unacceptable! Ask for a refund but all they gave me was freaking $10 bucks back for our poor experience! Smh

• Lakisha (8/5): Very good - The comfort and quiet and late arrival accommodations There was a Jacuzzi in the room that didn't work, the light fixture was hanging in the front entryway, the shower water sprayed way to hard and you couldn't adjust it and the whole bathroom floor was soaked in water due to the design but it was not all bad just needs a few adjustments I'll give it 4 stars.

I’ve stayed at numerous hotels pet friendly and no pets allowed hotels and was able to have my dog with me with no fees. Also, the breakfast was not inviting not much and OJ, Apple Juice machine was not working. No fruit available. Actually no one was there eating when my daughter and I arrived nor was there an attendant as I’m use too seeing at other hotels that have breakfast. Will not stay there again.

One ice machine in hotel, out of order. No place get ice in the hotel. Refrigerator in the room did not get cold. Room smelled, think it was the carpet. Linen, not comfortable.

• Meece (7/5): Good - It was easily accessible, location was good and close to restaurants. The lobby and parking lot were well maintained. The room was not well lit, no USB plugs, the air didn't work well and there was an ammonia smell in the room that was overwhelming. Overall it was okay.. Probably wouldn't stay again.
