It was beautiful looking out into the trees. I have tricky knees, so the top floor location was not ideal-I should have requested a lower floor during the booking process when it was offered, but once we were up in the tree tops it was very beautiful and we enjoyed the outlook very much. The car park was a little noisy on the first night.

The apartment was both light and airy and the balcony was lovely. The receptionist was extremely helpful. Secure parking on site also very useful in an area where parking is at a premium. The paintwork inside the flat was quite badly marked in some places and needed refreshing. I believe this was scheduled.

We ate a lot of our meals at the table on the balcony as we looked out on trees and glimpses of the river The 2 nd bedroom had no blockout blinds, so was detrimental to sleep quality as was quite bright at night because of outside lights and early morning sunshine. For the Highbury prices paid, 48 stairs to the apartment was high

- Beth (1/5): Disgusting and extremely disappointing. - The location was the only good thing about the apartment. It was dirty, mouldy and very poorly maintained. The towels are paper thin, there were dead insects in the bathroom and the floor had clearly not even been vacuumed because it was gritty and sandy. The mould was thick on the ceiling fans, and even the washing machine was dirty. I experienced an asthma attack during our last night because of the mouldy environment. The receptionists only response was to say they had never had complaints before-not even an apology or any empathy.

The unit is in a prime location. It was clean and well set up for a relaxing and comfortable mini break. I would not hesitate to book this same accommodation on my next trip to Noosa. There were intermittent issues with the wifi but that affected our international friends more than it did us. It was a minor inconvenience.
