Guest Reviews

- badger (10/5): Excellent, will definitely stay again - Location was perfect, staff were so nice and helpful Rooms were clean and stocked, just missed a couple dust bunnies.

- Yas (10/5): - The breakfast could use some work.
- Ekaterina (8/5): - Нормально Все было ок, но общее впечатление как то холодновато меня встретили
- Erin (7/5): - The rooms were nice, clean and the breakfast was decent. Had the pool to ourselves. Harassed by other guests outside unfortunately.

- Kelly (8/5): - It was clean, updated and in a great location. It took over 10 min for anyone to come to the front desk to check us in. Seems a bit unprofessional.
- Patrice (9/5): We like to stay here as it has restaurant close by. - Clean and quiet and next to the Old Spaghetti factory for dinner King Bed was a little stiff
Price was a lot for a Coast hotel 400 dollars
- Golriz (9/5): -
- Dave (5/5): - Close to our concert Asked for an early check in about 5 weeks ahead of time and the room was not ready when we arrived from our 5 hour drive as we had requested very unprofessional attitude by the front desk ladies

- Chi (8/5): Trip to Abby - The kids loved the pool and the gym. The location was excellent, very close to nice restaurants. The bed and pillows were comfy. It was nice to have the kitchenette. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing, no hot options and variety.
- JOANNE (10/5): - Continental breakfast was quite good, room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable, our pets were welcomed with a minimal fee. We didn't have a chance to check out the pool or hot tub so can't rate those. Staff very pleasant and easy to deal with.
- Jass (10/5): -
- Tracy (8/5): Cute hotel - Comfy. Friendly staff. Nice location to our venue for a show n Crappy cheap breakfast. No egg station or sausage or bacon. Lack of protein. Just cereal. Sweets. Yogurt. Fruit. Breads. And very old cold boiled eggs.
- Tim (9/5): -
- Marilyn (10/5): - The bed was very comfortable! The room was spacious. The night was quiet!
- Liang (7/5): Ok but overpriced for the quality of stay - Convenient location near supermarket and restaurants There is a weird smell in the washroom and on the towels. Doesn’t feel super clean. Breakfast is basic, also the staff are not super welcoming. Not coming back.
- Danica (10/5): -
- Misskimm (9/5): -
- Blake (10/5): Great stay - Good location, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast
- Heather (6/5): Needs a refresh. - Convenience Property is dated. The walls/doors are very thin and you can hear people going in and out with the doors auto slamming all day and night. No chair other than a desk chair in the room. No place to sit other than the bed.
- Borja (8/5): Hotel cómodo en el centro de Abbotsford - La habitación es muy grande y cómoda, perfecta para un viaje de trabajo.
- Anna (10/5): Friendly staff & a convenient breakfast - Easy access from highway
Restaurants close by

- Christopher (6/5): I like the facilities and location, however the party was loud and the refrigerator was broken. - Location and price. The fridge kept running all night. There was a party going on until after 1am and nobody stopped it.
There was a check-in lady was somewhat rude.
- Ursula (10/5): - Clean, comfortable bed, quiet, good location. That they didn't have hot breakfast choices
- eman (6/5): - Most of the staff are good but I felt like they are not welcoming. May be I am mistaken Quite, location near to everything
- Jennifer (9/5): - Very clean and modern, comfortable bed
- Natalie (4/5): Adequate for a night wouldn’t want to stay longer. - Friendly staff. Decent location. Internet and TV were down, photos of pool area show hottub but it has been removed and note on door says ‘they only advertise the pool’ - please also update photos.
Rooms are tight.
Metal bed frames are loud.
- Tara (6/5): We enjoyed our stay but the wifi was down for our whole stay. -
- Jim (10/5): -
- Warren (10/5): -
- Carrigan (6/5): - Beds were comfortable. Breakfast and coffee decent with different milk alternatives. Staff was apologetic when wifi was down. No hottub. I wouldn't have booked if I knew the hottub was out of commission. No Wi-Fi was tough with kids and expensive for us. Smell in the hallways of BO, I guessing the carpets need cleaning. Chairs in the lobby are dirty on the arms.
- Tersa Cilliers (10/5): - It was a very nice hotel with a good location. The staff was friendly and helpfull.
- Melanie (9/5): Great value, clean and comfortable - Great value, clean and comfortable, friendly staff
- Walter (9/5): -
- jodi (8/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): - Clean and my kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Lady working the breakfast was very friendly. The hot tub wasn’t working.
- Kenneth W (8/5): Nice stay but needs comfortable chairs in room. - Good location and staff friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the solid surface floors in the rooms. The morning breakfast was limited but OK. There were sports teams in the hotel but warning signage in multiple places discouraged noise in rooms and public areas, so hotel was quiet. Parking was a problem as there is a Spaghetti Factory on the property which uses the same parking lot. The lot is full on the weekends so patrons that arrive later in the afternoon/evening or go out in the late afternoon have to park at the funeral home next door. The rooms could really use 2 comfortable chairs. The 1 chair that we had in our room was a very ancient, uncomfortable, dirty, torn computer chair on wheels. This needs to be addressed! The price I thought was high. Pool was closed for cleaning the day we arrived and the sign was still up the next afternoon. I finally asked and the pool was open. Hot tub is permanently closed.
- MaryAnne (9/5): -
- Courtney (7/5): Did the trick - Bed was comfy. Close to Abbotsford events Hot tub was broken. Lobby and hallways smelled like burnt bay diapers. Looked clean. Room did not smell thankfully
- Nancy Leona (9/5): Friendly, helpful staff and a great location :) - The Coast Abbotsford has a handy location to the highway and to Rogers Forum, ample parking, a decent continental breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. We were able to check in early, which was a huge bonus, and our very clean room had a small kitchenette, 2 comfortable beds, and a tub and shower in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel :) The price of $199+tx/ fees on a Monday night in Abbotsford booked months in advance seems high, but not a complete dealbreaker, as the amenities and service provided were stellar :)
- David (10/5): -
- Robert (5/5): Would have to think twice about staying there again - Hard to get into Staff were friendly
- Tatiana (8/5): -
- Marika (10/5): -
- Jon (9/5): -
- Joerine (8/5): -
- Deborah (9/5): -
- Douglas (8/5): Convenient and clean - Convenient location. Clean rooms quick to change our room when we smelled smoke - probably cannabis - I the entry to our first room The breakfast was so-so. Cold hard boiled eggs aren’t very appealing. Hot scrambled eggs and sausage would improved it greatly. Also, the facility should negotiate parking space with Old Spaghetti Factory. The parking lot cleared greatly after OSF closed.
- Lee@soft4soft.com (9/5): - 깨끗한 침대
- Angel (10/5): Very happy - Clean and quiet I liked everything
- John (10/5): -
- Donna (9/5): It was what we wanted, comfort and accessability. - Comfy bed, good brekky, close to highway to continue our trip.
- Tao (8/5): -
- Navjot (10/5): -
- Chris (8/5): Quiet room, with a comfortable bed. - Overall good. Like that there is real cutlery for breakfast. Would be better with real plates and cups, better for the environment.
Note good that an outdoor ashtray was there for smokers, but it was broken and most of the butts were on the ground below the ashtray. Needs repairing and Butte cleaned up. Then ashtray maintenance would be a good idea. The compost was closed. Staff said they did not want to attract fruit flies. They are easy to manage. Just use compostable bags and seal up right away after breakfast or when full for pickup. Compost in garbage produces methane gas at the landfill. A very bad greenhouse gas, 10 times worse than carbon dioxide.
Also there used to be a waffle machine, frozen ones not as nice as freh made.
For juice switch to paper cups, better than plastic. Or even better glass cups for juice and ceramic coffee mugs.
- Dan (8/5): -
- Shirley (10/5): We enjoyed the ambience and the staff were so friendly. - We were upgraded to a suite which was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from.

- Kuldeep (9/5): -
- Ed (9/5): -
- Nicole (9/5): -
- Jagdeep (8/5): -
- Melissa (4/5): - staff was nice Room finishes were disappointing. Beds seem like they were doubles, not queens. Food (from former guest) was leftover in the fridge. Breakfast was ok, barely satisfactory.
- Seema (2/5): - Nothing Staff was rude and no microwave
- Andy (9/5): It was relaxing and enjoyable. - The location was good. Had a nice little spot for my pet to use for her business. Definitely pet friendly. We booked a pet friendly room but when we arrived it was given away to someone else, but they did give us accommodation for the night.
- Jerry (10/5): Wonderful - The staff was very helpful and pleasant
- Peter (6/5): - Clean room, nice staff For the price was expecting a warm breakfast and it was just different assortment of breads, drinks, cold boiled eggs and cereal
- John (8/5): -
- Abigail (8/5): Comfortable stay for a short visit. - The continental breakfast, the small gym, and availability of a swimming pool was very nice. I can’t think of anything.
- Jane (9/5): -
- dan (7/5): answered above - no movie access on tv, no hot tub
- Nadiia (4/5): - Breakfast was terrible, we were hungry. We are vegans and it’s nothing for us
- Sandra (10/5): -
- Hunjoong (10/5): -
- MangoBook (5/5): Good Rooms, seems "hockey team" focused - The beds were great, hotel was clean, breakfast was simple but filled our bellies. When we arrived we noticed the signs requesting that hockey (and other) teams be quiet. We should have taken that as a warning. I ended up having to call the front desk about a group of unsupervised 10-11 year old boys playing mini sticks in the hallway. That helped wrap things up for the night although there was still a lot of running from room to room and rough hallway play. Parents seemed MIA and when I went to the front desk to ask them to check the hallway cameras and perhaps shut down the hallway hockey, the front desk seemed disinterested in helping and said, "yeah, the hockey teams are loud." Housekeeping was great- although one of the housekeepers was nearly knocked over by a group of players running through the hall.
- Crystal (10/5): -
- Moosa (8/5): -
- ROSEMARY (7/5): -
- JAMES (10/5): - Clean and quiet
- Nichole (7/5): -
- Janet (9/5): Good. - Beds and shower amenities, front desk staff Breakfast was a bit lean
- David (10/5): -
- Ming Hong (7/5): - Very bad breakfast. Everything is cold, cold bread and cold eggs.
It's not worth the price.
- Heather (9/5): -
- Kardelis (8/5): Happy Salmon Arm visitor - I like that they accommodated me and my pets. Even when I didn't request a pet friendly room. Hot tub was not in use. Breakfast was all bread not much for nutrition.
