- Mahmood (1/5): - 1-المناظر الجميله من الغرفه وهو فقط النهر 2- المطعم اكلاته لذيذه والطاقم مريح اسلوب طاقم العمل حشرات وسحالي في الغرفه روائح كريهه في الحمام الحمامات غير نظيفة يوجد ازعاج من اعمال صيانة انصح بعدم استخدام قارب الكياكي لأنه قديم ويدخل الماء في القارب ليس لديهم منقذين في النهر وادوات السلامه صفر. المنطقه بعيده عن المطاعم والاسواق. ارجو بعدم اخذ بأقوال المدح للمكان لان المكان لا يستاهل الزياره.

- Аrtem (7/5): Good weekend spot to chill nearby river with good kitchen - Excellent location, superb view, well-maintained grounds, and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a chance to try excellent local dishes recommended by the waiter, and the sparkling wine at breakfast was a nice touch. Stylish interior, and a calming, meditative bathroom with soft ambient lighting. The shower door was broken and kept sliding open. The bungalow we stayed in was slightly tilted, so we kept sliding to one side of the bed. The fabric panels on the roof had also faded.

Highly recommended! - Extremely peaceful, we were at zone 2 (floating cabin) the view of sunrise is magnificent the rooftop on the cabin is 360 degrees you can see the river all the way in every corners. Food menu is variety and taste good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They offered my grandma a ride free of charge to local hospital as she needs to get her wound dressing daily. 8 of us had the best time of Thailand trip here and my husband would love to comeback and stay here next time. For the improvement ช่วงรอยต่อระหว่างทางเข้าเคบินกับถนนตรงบริเวณที่ยืนรอน่าจะทำที่กั้นกันเด็ก หรือกระเป๋าไหลตกน้ำ
- Livia (9/5): The rooms were amazing and spacious , the hot tub was really nice, hotel staff was super nice. - The rooms were amazing and spacious (could have fit more than 4 people), the hot tub was really nice, and the floating doughnut was a great addition. We could Kayak for free which was great and the grounds were also really spacious and clean to walk around in. It's a bit far from the city so it takes more then 30 mintues to acess places in Kanchanaburi so i suggest coming with a car. Food was good but it would be nice to have the menu more diversified.

- Maarten (9/5): Zalig rustig resort, met vriendelijk personeel - Een prachtig hotel, met een perfecte locatie aan de rivier, heel idyllisch en mooi vormgegeven. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk! De locatie ligt zo'n 15 minuten rijden van Kanchanaburi, daar hebben we ons een beetje op verkeken. Er is niet veel te doen in de buurt van het hotel, dus 4 nachten was dan misschien wat ambitieus. Al hebben we wel heel erg genoten. Daarnaast kon de kamer wat schoner. De badkamer stonk een beetje, en er waren grotere schimmelplekken zichtbaar in de douche en wc. Dat had wat schoner gemogen. Ook was de douche de laatste twee dagen redelijk koud. Al met al heeft het ons niet in de weg gestaan van een heerlijk verblijf.

- aurelien (9/5): With a couple of light adjustments, this hotel is a gem! - Pretty much everything from comfort to design taste, quality of food and friendliness of staff 3 points for improvement: First the AC is very noisy, even in low speed. That might need revisiting as it is crucial in hot country like Thailand. Second, the waitresses at the Bridge aren’t very empathetic. Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing but not everyone can tolerate spice and when ordering the same soup that was perfect on Thursday, is now very different, much more spicy on Friday. When asked why, we were basically told it was the same maybe with a little more pepper and walked away… At this price point this is not acceptable! Not even offered to swap it… And third, please add a few kid dish, there is no kids menu yet the location has at least 1/4 of customers being kids… Again, a little consideration for spice level and allergies would be good. Not everyone is Thai…

- Emma (10/5): Incredible peaceful and heavenly location on the river - We stayed in a Luxe Float Cabin. Words can’t describe the incredible location on the river. The sounds and sights were just so beautiful, relaxing, and special. We loved swimming in the pool. I had an incredible spa treatment. Yes it’s more expensive than most massage places, but the vibe and location was so wonderful. I could never get bored of just sitting outside and watching the river and birds. We also spotted a water monitor lizard, which was cool. All the staff were great and helpful and sorted out a special transport request for us. The food could be improved. We stayed for two nights and ate every meal there. I think if this could be tweaked and improved it would make the whole place impeccable. Anyone with a heart and soul would be happy to spend all their days here, if the food was a little better. Flavours seemed to be a bit strange. Not terrible but just not great. And also we would’ve liked two beers in the mini bar - there was only one option of each drink. A small point.

Uns hat besonders der schöne Ausblick auf den Fluss und die Herzlichkeit, mit der wir empfangen wurden, gefallen. Sämtliche Zusatzwünsche (Fahrer in die Stadt sehr früh am Morgen für einen Tagesausflug, Wäscheservice, Nutzung der Spa-Angebote) wurden bestens erfüllt. Should have indoor fitness as it sometimes raining outside & we couldnt got out for outdoor activities. Fitness could be a good option. No need for big one.
