• José (7/5): Bom, preço acessivel. - Gostei muito da Mila que foi a senhora que me fez o check-in, foi muito rápido o antendimento, e muito simpatica. Fez serviço no quarto logo após a primeia noite, o que não é normal em todo o lado. Infelizmente havia pessoas muito barulhentas na primeira noite, a segunda noita já foi mais tranquila.

• LIUBOV (10/5): Пребывание в этом отеле украсило мою поездку. - Очень довольна! Чистый комфортный номер, удобная кровать со свежим бельем. Каждый день уборка и смена полотенец. Очень понравилась и планировка номера. После бронирования персонал всегда быстро отвечал на мои вопросы и мне заранее и подробно объяснили как пройти от метро - это недалеко. Очень приветливый персонал. Район совершенно тихий, приличный. Очень уютно мне было здесь. Всем благодарна! Очень хочется побывать еще. Такого нет.

• Daša (7/5): - Ugodna cena, kljub pomanjkanju storitev je nastanitev zelo poceni, primerna za aktiven dan v Portu. Nastanitev bi morala bolje promovirati parking, saj je to velik plus. Lastnica apartmaja je bila zelo prijazna. Nesmiselna postavitev sobe, malo možnosti za odložitev prtljage. Tuš je zelo majhen, v umivalniku ne moreš natočiti vode v plastenko. Nasploh pa je razpon storitev in udobje primerno ceni, nič presenetljivega.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Accueil agréable. Chambre correcte malgré des traces d'humidité. La salle de bain devrait être améliorée. Le pommeau de douche fuit énormément ce qui annule toute la pression et la porte fatigue au niveau de la fermeture. Depuis la salle de bain, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins et la porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre ne ferme pas. Il y avait des travaux dans la rue lors de notre passage. Il serait intéressant de prévenir le client le cas échéant.

• Bárbara (10/5): Ótimo - Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Mila, a localização e o quarto correspondiam ao anunciado, tudo estava limpo e durante nossa estadia houve paz e silêncio, foram noites bem dormidas de sono reparador para explorar essa cidade linda durante o dia.

• Rafael (8/5): Very good - The host, Mrs. Mila is extremely nice and kind. She truly caters and cares for their guests. A couple of things needed a bit of repair on the room (light fixing, floor boards and wardrobe door), but nothing that impacted the comfort and coziness of the place.

• George (6/5): - The good: the front desk lady is very nice and helpful. It's quite inexpensive. There is also on-site parking. The bad: the area around it isn't the best. There's not much to do.If it weren't for on-site parking, street parking is a pain. You have to walk up a flight of stairs, so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared. The ugly: the room is small, cramped, and not in the best shape. No AC. It's also noisy, especially when the garbage truck comes early in the morning.

She also let us changed the room,as the one that I booked only has a spa-bath ,not shower.The location is great,very close to the bus stop,the mall and the metro 😊 The facilities weren't very clean. They changed the towels and wiped the toilet sink,but necer vacuum or sweep the floor, so by the time we left it was pretty filthy.
• Jennifer (7/5): A place for sleep - The lady who works there was very friendly! Always with a smile and helpful. The place is also very accessible by bus or metro The bathroom. Even when is a private bathroom, it's separate from the bed from a tiny corridor door, that doesn't close at all and isn't so comfortable to sit in, because the toilet is very close to the wall.

• Ian (7/5): Residencial Paranhos - This is a good, basic place to stay if (like me) you only really need somewhere to sleep as you prefer to spend your waking hours out and about. The Manager, Mila, is kind, attentive and helpful, and cleans the rooms each day ensuring that guests come home to a freshly-made bed and clean towels. She even kindly offered me the loan of an umbrella one day when it started raining! There is reliable and fast free wi-fi. The location is out of the centre but the 603 bus stops almost outside and the Pólo Universitário Metro station is about six minutes' walk away - this is also Porto's main inter-city bus terminal. Even as someone who doesn't spend a lot of time in the room, a more comfortable chair and a small desk or table would have been helpful. So would a small fridge. Not the Residencial's fault, but twice I was woken up in the early hours of the morning by people shouting and making a noise outside.

• Anonymous (4/5): Don’t recommend - Good Location. Disorganized and unnecessarily confrontative/ rude staff. On arrival complained that I arrived “late” without warning them (I was still within the written check-in hours)- I had messaged them that morning and they even replied that it was ok. They also complained that I didn’t read the Booking policy because I didn’t bring physical Cash for the payment when there is no such information on Booking - I confirmed and it actually says we MUST bring our credit cards, which I did! To add to this, it was unclean - the floor had pubic hairs from other guests, as did one of the towels. The walls were visibly unclean near the bed..

• JOYCE ALINE (2/5): Péssima ! - A recepção foi realizada por uma pessoa stupida e grosseira. Pediu silencio quando chegamos no check-in que era permitido o horario. E quando chegamos no quarto tivemos que aguardar o casal ao lado parar com os gritos pra desligarmos a tv. A querida preocupada com o som das rodas das malas. Longe, caro, sujo e pessimo atendimento!
