The location is fantastic, with truly unique and breathtaking views over the sea and Capri. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The restaurant was also excellent, offering great food in a beautiful atmosphere. We would definitely come back anytime!

Nicky (8/5): We will definitely stay at Hotel Villa Brunella again. A very pleasant stay with great staff. - We liked the charm of the hotel and the service we experienced was outstanding. The concierge is exceptional and nothing was too much trouble ! You can tell the hotel has many return guests for this reason and I hope next time we visit Capri we will stay here again. The breakfast is quite limited and only buffet style. Compared to the other hotels at a similar price point this was a more traditional and basic style.

Ken (10/5): Secluded and relaxing with breathtaking views, made us fall in love with Capri. - The pool overlooks one of the best views on Capri as shown on their web site. The service was impeccable; buffet breakfast included with a wide variety and specialty coffees. It's more secluded being accessed from a pedestrian-only path overlooking the sea, Marina Piccola and the Gardens of Augustus. I can see why people come back to Villa Brunella every year for their holiday. It is a quiet and romantic property. The beds were very comfortable. N/A

Recomiendo 100% Se ofrecieron a comprar nuestros tickets de ferry y llevar nuestras valijas hasta el Muelle , nos dieron un papel para preguntar por un Sr Marcos , en el muelle 21 ! Bajaron un camión de valijas y las nuestras no estaban ! Nunca se dijó que de ese muelle no salía nuestro barco y al reclamarle las valijas y el ticket , dijo “ahhh no se nada “ corrimos como locos , buscando nuestras maletas y tickets ! El muelle de nuestro barco era en el otro extremo ! Nos salvó que se demoró el ferry unos 10 minutos , creo que encima de haber pagado sobreprecio en todo , nos complicaron la salida , correr para alcanzar un buque que casi se no va , no le deseo a nadie ! Shir (2/5): - הנוף מהמלון היה יפה הגענו למקום האירוח ללילה אחד, בשעה 11:30,הלכנו לטייל באי וחזרנו רק בשעה 17:30 ורק אז קיבלנו את החדר. יום למחרת, ביקשנו מצוות הקבלה לתת לנו עוד שעה וחצי בצאט אאוט כדי שנספיק להסתובב בעיר ולא להיות לחוצים. במקום 11:30 לצאת ב13:00. הצוות סירב בכל תוקף, דיברנו גם עם מנהל המקום שאמר שזה לא אפשרי. יש לציין ששילמנו מחיר מופקע. ובסהכ ביקשנו לצאת שעה אחרי הזמן כדי שנוכל להנות מהאי ולא להיות לחוצים בזמן, אפס בשירות. מלבד הנוף היה של המקום, לא נהנתי בכלל. חדרים ישנים. יחסי אנוש ושירות זה הדבר הכי חשוב במקום, בטוחה שאם היינו מקבלים יחס קצת שונה ומסביר פנים, איזשהו ניסיון לעזור ולהבין את הסיטואציה, להתחשב, היינו מצליחים להנות מהמקום. הם הרסנו לנו את היום, פשוט ככה. היינו צריכים לחזור למלון ולעשות צאט אאוט בשעה 10:00 כדי להספיק משהו. בושה. פשוט מבאס ומתסכל שזה היחס. ואין שום תמורה למחיר!

Fiona (10/5): A family hotel that makes you feel so at home - The staff made our stay feel very homely and were so kind throughout. We loved the pool area and the room was large with a huge living area and bedroom. The views were spectacular. The reception staff were so organized in moving our bags to and from the port via the porters and hotel staff It was a bit of a walk from the town center, which really was not that bad. Walking home alone it felt a little dark

The staff from day 1 until we left were so incredible, we received a room upgrade with a beautiful view and a Dyson hairdryer. Veronika (9/5): - An amazing paradise. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms cleaning lady was amazing. Everything prepared in the room for the day, before the rain, when it is afternoon or for night time. Shades, sheets, etc. The rooms are amazing with stunning views of capri. And such heavenly sounds and views. The staff were helpful and the reception always smiling and happy to help with anything. The breakfast buffet is OK but nothing special The bathrooms are old, takes 10min just to be able to flush again. Since they are old it tent to stink there. Also the vents had some rottens in them cutting out the wiring so the air vent in bathroom was not working. The breakfast kitchen staff does not know how to make eggs, make sure to explain it to them properly. Also sometimes the breads were like 2 days old. For such hotel it is unacceptable to provide such poor food at breakfast. Also the upper restaurant is inconsistent. Big no for such dining. One day food to die for, another day the opposite. Day and night. But I guess that is today's world.

It’s off the beaten path but not far from town, which makes it so peaceful. Wish I could have stayed for a week. The views were breathtaking. Loved it so much! We loved it all.

Almost everywhere in Capri requires walking, which should be kept in mind when booking anywhere on the island, however the beauty of this location more than makes up for the walk.

Liliana (10/5): - Im impressed with the staff service specially Michele the concierge, I forgot my sandals and give me support no matter what. Spectacular view and exclusive location at via tragara it's a 15 min walk from the piazetta and worth it, access to beach clubs.

ANNAMARIE (10/5): Fantastic location, view was awesome!! POOL RESTAURANT STAFF OUTSTANDING!! FOOD YUMMY - Every morning our breakfast was delightful & the gentlemen at the pool restaurant were so sweet, OUTSTANDING SERVICE, especially PePe and Francisco!!!! Dinners at the L'Agave were FANTASTIC! The reception staff exceptional, professional and friendly!!!! Most gorgeous view, loved the location and spotlessly maintained!! Gorgeous Gardens with Lemon Trees everywhere!!! We loved everything about this hotel!!!

Rawan (10/5): It was memorable. - The villa was amazing, it had fascinating view from the balcony, the restaurant served delicious food and the staff are the best! They are very friendly, helpful, you can ask them millions of questions and still they answer you with a smile. They guide you in your trip and give very good suggestions on where to go and where to eat.

Tinatin (10/5): Great stay - Great Hotel. Perfect location very near to main street with all stores and main square. Great staff , good amenities and bed to die for ( so comfortable) Room was big with cute small terrace outside. Great restaurant and views were breathtaking. Only the minus is a breakfast. Very small variety of everything. Consider to have light bite of bread cheese and egg.

Michele (10/5): - Fantastic time! Accommodations are stunning and the staff is excellent! Damon at the pool bar is a gem!!! The restaurant Agave is absolutely delicious cannot say enough about it! Oh and I almost left my sandals that I loved and the chamber woman ran up to get them to me! Excellent

Hannah (10/5): Lovely hotel in the most beautiful part of the world - A beautiful hotel in a great location. Just a 10 mins walk to the main square where you can get the funicular down to the marina. The pool area was lovely, with amazing views. Clean hotel, lovely staff that couldn’t do enough to help. There wasn’t anything at all that we didn’t like.

Stacy (10/5): Lovely hotel with wonderful service - The suites are large and updated with beautiful views of the water. The concierge, Michele, was wonderful. I cannot say enough about how helpful the hotel was in booking transportation and restaurant reservations. Everything during our stay was seamless.
Amity (10/5): The best views of Capri - The views alone are worth this stay, Truly breathtaking and a prime location for two of the best beach clubs in Capri Fontelina and Da Luigi. Also only a very short stroll into the town centre. We also loved the in house restaurant and of course the staff were incredible also.

Lee Ann (10/5): Wonderful stay and didn’t want to leave ! - Had a wonderful 4 night stay and wish it was longer and would love to come back to stay. Lovely breakfast and lunch area adjacent to swimming pool with an amazing water view. An easy stroll into the main square of Capri. There was nothing to dislike.

Molto gradito l'upgrade gratuito della stanza L'atteggiamento da "provolone" di qualche membro dello staff che faceva l'occhiolino alla mia compagna (è straniera e non aveva capito il significato di quel gesto, e quando me l'ha chiesto eravamo già partiti altrimenti avrei reclamato in direzione). Sconsigliato a chi viaggia in coppia, non ci tornerò.
