• DJW64 (8/5): Very good - Only here for 1 night and did us well. Free parking out back. Centrally located. Rooms were a bit small but comfortable. Lady on reception who checked us in was lovely. Very nice pub connected to the hotel.
• Phil (8/5): - The shower body soap (liquid) has eucalyptus or similar additive that’s Very irritating to sensitive areas of the body and should be replaced! Otherwise the staff was Great as was the free breakfast. The TV was very challenging to find channels and the rooms could do with some “re-freshing “. Food was good in the pub. Hot tub was large and appropriately hot. Exercise room was WAY too hot secondary to the sauna located in the same room- down a steep staircase- a Very bad decision to co-locate sauna and exercise room in the same space
• Ellia (6/5): - Rooms do not have microwave, kettle or decent tv channels. No channels to watch hockey in Canada is very disappointing and no apps to log into streaming services or cast from phone. Outdated. Room was clean but had a distinct odor to it.
• Jack (8/5): - Big room with super comfy beds and nice linens. Bathroom tub drained a little slowly and body wash had run out in the shower, but not a huge deal. Front office staff was very friendly and happily accommodated our late check out request. Breakfast was included, hot and tasty with lots of options and hot coffee. Convenient location in the heart of Revy, walking distance to almost everything. I’d recommend this property!
• carloB2286BC (8/5): A lovely Hotel - Stayed just one night as passing through on our road trip. Loved the hotel, particularly the River City 'pub' and the 112 restaurant for the evening meal. Great staff throughout including Toby the server in the pub and Zoe the waitress in the restaurant. Would be a five star review save for the poor breakfast experience, which was served in a souless room with very little choice as items not replenished and a lack of staff to keep on top of things. In summary one of the best hotels with a lovely bedroom but sadly one of the worst breakfasts in our three week trip.

Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in central Revelstoke.

• Richard (8/5): Good but basic - The room was very clean but basic. No microwave, fridge or coffee machine in the room. Hotels.com website states coffee in rooms, this needs to be updated. You can get coffee, but you have to go down to the pub to get it from the bar, this is not good. The room is starting to look a little dated with some damage to furniture and doors etc. Parking is not very secure, it is a large parking lot in the back shared with other businesses. Breakfast was very good with staff on hand to replenish and check on you.

• Kyra (8/5): - This hotel used to be a Revelstoke icon. The fancy place to stay. It needs some updating and cleaning for the prices they charge. Our friends room had stains on the carpets, funky smell, cracks in the sink and some kind of insect in the tub. Beds were great and cozy. Location right downtown, can walk everywhere. Dinner at 112 was wonderful! Stay for the central location and old school vibe.

• Alain (8/5): Nice - The hotel was very clean. But we had a problem with some kind of seed bugs which were coming into the room by the A/C. We killed 8 in our room. But overall, the room was nice. Take note that there is no coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I have been to for continental breakfasts.

We were on the housekeeping floor and there were carts everywhere which was a bit unsightly, but it didn’t affect the quality of comfort. The restaurant was fantastic. The service at the restaurant was also excellent.

• stephaniehD6738KQ (10/5): Impressed - My ideal outcome is you book a hotel and get the service and quality you pay for. This hotel went above and beyond. The staff all the staff we encountered were so helpful and kind. The manager must set a good example as she was also so wonderful and helpful. I said to my son I am very picky you know that when it comes to quality service and a comfortable accommodating stay. I don’t think he hears me rave that often as my standards are high. No complaints at this hotel and the breakfast that was ‘FREE’ was delicious.
• Ryan (10/5): - I love this place, so convenient to enjoy all that downtown Revy has to offer, the Begby Pub and 112 Steakhouse are musts along with the Sushi Restaurant and Dose Coffee before you walk around and peruse the shops or relax and take in the beautiful scenery……one of my favorite stops.

• Theresa (10/5): - We enjoyed this hotel stop on our way to Banff. The historic charm was really nice, warm and welcoming. The Included breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. It was not your standard bagged egg and hash brown! It was real fried eggs, real potatoes, fruit and pastry. We had been given a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit which was a great surprise! We had booked a standard 2 bed room. Traveling with two young adult kids meant they finally got to have a room! The hotel is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We have stayed in a lot of hotels on this trip from BC to Calgary and this was the best one. Highly recommend staying for the charm, the warmth, food and location. We had a view of the mountains as well. The only negative - no coffee maker in the room.

Room doesn’t have a bar fridge and we really missed that. Nice toiletries and primo location right in the heart of downtown. We’ll be back

• Yeon Sook (6/5): - We had a comfortable overnight stay at Regent. Outdoor hot tub was a good amenity except it would be convenie t if there were an outdoor shower so you don't have to walk back to the sauna and back to the tub with water dripping. Also the room smelled a bit with old carpet smell when we first walked in. Other than these, it was a good experience.

We also got stuck due to vehicle issues and they were amazing at letting us have late check out and a better rate on the room for the next night we didn't expect to have to pay for. I will stay here again for sure! The rooms were clean, its great location, the pub downstairs is so fun. I am thrilled with this experience.
• Robert (6/5): - The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the hotel was close to attractions downtown and many different eating places. The website states that there is laundry on-site so was disappointed that there was none and the closest laundry facilities were about 4 blocks away. Also there were 6 steps to our room where the luggage trolley could not go so everything had to be physically carried up the steps and carried or rolled from there.

• Voyager11866439766 (6/5): Economically quaint. - Older hotel that needs some TLC. Door trims in bathroom coming off. Took quite awhile (3 mins) for somewhat hot water to get to our room. But located right downtown with a good restaurant. One night pass through and at a reasonable price made us forego the ‘quaintness’.

Lady in breakfast room was completely disengaged and did not want to speak to anyone. On the bright side: service in the pub for dinner was great and so was the food!

• Josie (4/5): - Very poor sound proof. We could hear the conversation and hair dryer from next room, which was so clear like we were all in the same room. I could not sleep till after 1am when the next room became quiet (they were just making normal conversation, not shouting) and woke up at 6:30 when their morning call was in. The ironic part was that I actually requested a quiet room.

We have always had a room that has been renovated with new flooring and paint etc. Our room that we had June 1st was not what we were expecting. The carpets were old that need replacing it also needed painting and bathrooms were in need of some TLC. We have always enjoy the staff and property location. Everything you need is with in walking distance.
