- Uwe (7/5): - Frühstück, Service Empfang, Sauberkeit, Umgebung und Lage, Ruhe Es gibt einen herausragenden Servicemitarbeiter am Empfang (Daniy AR) , viele MitarbeiterInnen die ihr Bestes geben und zumindest eine, von der wir einen eher schlechten Eindruck mitnehmen. Während Herr DaniyAr uns jeden Wunsch mit Freundlichkeit und Engagement erfüllte, hat die besagte Mitarbeiterin einen kritischen Eindruck hinterlassen. (In der Sache: wir [ich spreche Deutach/Englisch, meine Frau Deutsch/ Französisch/Rusdisch] haben täglich immer ein Taxi bestellt. Ich habe das auf englisch mit Herrn DanuyAR abgestimmt, der uns in einer App dann immer einen verbindlichen Wagen und Preis notierte. Besagte Mitarbeiterin hat uns trotz meines Hinweises ein Taxi ohne Preisbindung gerufen und am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass wir Ausländer sind und kein Russisch/Kassachisch verstünden. Meine Frau hat ihr hinterher mitgeteilt was sie davon hält. Natürlich war das Taxi doppelt so teuer und der Fahrer hatte kein Wechselgeld. Als wir abends zurückkamen, hat sie schon gewartet, rannte direkt auf meine Frau zu und rechtfertigte sich in einer Art, die mehr an Kneipe als an Hotel erinnerte. Wir haben das Gespräch beendet und sind aufs Zimmer, wo sie umgehend anrief und meine Frau sprechen wollte. Wir haben ihr beide gesagt, dass wir nucht weiter belästigt werden möchten. 10 minuten später kam ein Obstkorb sn die Tür. Ich sagte dass wir nicht weiter gestört werden möchten und das Thema langsam nervt. 30min später kamen 2 Servicemitarbeiterinnen mit Sahnetorte....wir hatten das Gefühl, dass hier jemand einen Nebenverdienst betreibt und die Fehleinschätzung nun unbedingt gut machen möchte um persönliche Konsequenzen zu verhindern...wir fanden es einfach nur störend und unangemessen.) Bedauerlicherweise gab es kein Türschild das wir raushängen konnten um die Zimmerreinigung zu verhindern. Deshalb mussten wir damut leben dass der Service unsere Schlafsachen an Stellen legte, die wir nicht gerne mit ins Bett nehmen. Auch werden Tassen nicht getauscht, sonder gereinigt...

- Sergey (8/5): - В этом отеле, я останавливался начиная с 2008 года, поначалу он был для меня один из лучших и удобных сравнивая с другими в Казахстане. В отеле всё было супер! Но на сегодня устарел. Из положительного есть SPA, хорошее расположение, рядом ТРК и набережная. Персонал - профессионалы, нареканий нет молодцы! На сегодня отель устарел и требует реновации, старая мебель, плохие матрасы и подушки, грязные ковролан в номерах. Ресторан тоже оставляет желать лучшего, завтрак скудновато, ужинал вечером в ресторане - пиво не свежее, заказаное блюдо мясо с пюре не понравилось, мясо жесткое, пюре жидкое с комками.

- Марина (8/5): Комфортный отель - Понравилось, что есть халаты, тапочки, зубные щетки и пасты, лосьон для тела, кондиционер для волос и прочее. Персонал приветливый и старались, чтобы нам было комфортно Цена завышена. Не понравилась еда в ресторане.

- Egor (9/5): Perfetto che viebne per un business trip di un giorno - Hanno servizio di ealrly and late check-out che viaggia per lavoro di un giorno. Anche la posizione da possibilità di raggiungere una serie di ristoranti fuori albergo. La sala collazione veramente grande e non si crea affollamento. La collazione potrebbe essere più ricca. Soprattutto nella parte dolce.

- Alexandr (9/5): Лучший отель в городе Өскемен! - Локация шикарная! Персонал всегда на высоте! Завтрак просто великолепен! Хороший фитнес зал! Уютные номера ! Удобная бесплатная парковка! Если номер с видом на реку, то вид просто неописуемый по своей красоте, в любое время года. Некоторые номера требуют реновации по окнам и мебели.

- Darkhan (8/5): - С первого дня нас встречал на "ресепшене" Дастан и все вопросы он решал, за что ему большое спасибо. Завтраки и кухня очень понравились нам и обслуживание тоже. Бар на "лоббе" тоже в порядке был, можно было придти заказать и по ЧИллить! Локация нам было без разницы мы были мобильны и двигались сами. Не успели посетить сауну и хамам с залом, так как целыми днями катались на лыжах мы. Было ветренно в эти дни на улице и с окна нашего этажа дул ветер или сквозняк) номеров поменять уже не было. Нету бассейна прям очень не хватает, а в остальном больше минусов не было в нашей поездке.

- Гульшат (10/5): - Вкусно , чисто При заселении в номере не работала раковина. Мы сразу обратились к администратору и попросили устранить проблему, пока ушли в ресторан. Однако, когда вернулись поздно вечером, неисправность так и не была устранена. В итоге утром пришлось умываться в неудобных условиях и снова обращаться с той же просьбой.

- Togzhan (5/5): - Только из за расположения отеля выбрали 1. Персонал не здоровается, просто смотрят на тебя и дальше делают свои дела. Уезжая, даже не прощаются. Никакого сервиса 2. Номер супер люкс. Старенький номер, зачем то поделен на 2 части. Спальня отдельно. Из за этой стены кажется номер совсем маленьким. Пожалели, что взяли «супер люкс», нам и одной комнаты хватило бы, зато чувствовался бы простор. В номере было очень жарко, хоть и включили кондер и делали проветривания. Стоимость номера не соответствует.
