• Vega (1/5): Pésimo servicio - Primero, PÉSIMO el servicio de limpieza, al ingresar el cuarto estaba totalmente sucio, regadera/baño, nos dejaron BASURA DE DÍAS ANTES en las puertas de la cocina y todo el cuarto estaba cubierto de olor a basura, estufa sucia, estantes sucios refrigerador sucio/con alimentos ajenos . Desde que ingresamos nos dejaron sin WIFI y no hicieron nada para arreglarlo, ni siquiera nos dieron una solución. Abriendo un cajón encontramos ENVOLTURAS DE CONDON ABIERTO claro ejemplo de que no se limpió nada bien (agrego foto). En conclusión lo único que está bueno de este alojamiento es la ubicación, de ahí en fuera no lo recomiendo PARA NADA.

• Elaine (7/5): Excelente ubicación y buen servicio. Hay que mejorar la limpieza. - La ubicación y la posibilidad de obtener entrada más temprano. La disponibilidad del chico de recepción en la noche para subir a ayudarnos a cambiar las sábanas sucias. Las sábadas de las 2 camas estaban llenas de vellos! Tuve que bajar a las 2am, cuando nos íbamos a acostar, para pedir otras sábanas. El chico de recepción en la noche fue muy amable y atento. Tuvimos problemas con los controles del aire y de la televisión que a veces no funcionaban. Éramos 3 y solo pusieron 2 toallas. El piso se veía que no lo habían trapeado, estaba sucio. Ya nos habíamos quedado allá, sin problemas.

They were very accommodating, and also let me transfer to a bigger room w window when i saw that the first room that they put me in didnt have a window. Cute decor, interior plants made it very comfy.

Then an email came in two days into my stay that the request was approved.

• Gavin (1/5): Terrible! - Terrible! We arrived with 2 extra guests, we booked and paid for 2 extra rooms, great for the guests but they wouldn’t allow us in! The guy in reception insisted that we had not paid for our room and kept us waiting in reception for more than half an hour while he insisted we had not paid. How belitteling and embarrassing! Eventually after speaking to an “owner” on the phone, who also had to argue with the person at the front desk, we were allowed to enter. Almost an hour of fighting at the desk to go to sleep, how embarrassing and ridiculous! I would ever recommend this place to anyone in the future. Terrible! Hang on, it’s not over yet! Now they are accusing us of stealing the keys! Which they never gave us :/ Jesus wept. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - el Check in sin problema y rápido acceso a la habitación sin necesidad de esperar la hora preestablecida ya que llegamos antes de la hora normal del Check in, las camas muy cómodas, solo que la cafetera estaba rota, no funcionaba el tostador, la televisión no funcionaba correctamente, y el control remoto al inicio no tenia pilas, durante los tres días y dos noches no teníamos agua caliente, así que cada vez que se utilizaba la ducha era con agua fría. fuera de esos inconvenientes, se puede decir que la estancia fue cómoda con buen clima y camas limpias y suaves

• Cesar (2/5): No regreso a ese hotel Nunca - Mal por hoteles.com qué acepta cualquier hotel Muy mal las instalaciones de hotel, el aire acondicionado con un sonido muy fuerte, el aire directo a la cara sin la opción de mover las ventilas. El ventilador no funcionaba. Imposible dormir, con el aire directo en la cara el ruido intermitente fuerte y sin ventilador. Nos cambiaron las sábanas de las camas 3 veces, ya que tenían pelos, manchadas, mal olor, sucias. El servicio del chico de recepción muy amable y atento. De lo demás deja mucho que deseas el hotel, no lo recomiendo, por precio y calidad no vale la pena. No dormimos en toda la noche. Prediendo y apagando el aire para refrescar al menos el cuarto. Tampoco cuentan con cuna para los niños. Tanto instalaciones como limpieza muy mal.

Era una al final del pasillo que no tenia nada de vista, ni siguiera una ventana. Lo otro fue que el agua no estaba lo suficientemente caliente para tomar el bano temprano en la manana. Ten por seguro que aqui nos estaremos quedando en nuestra proxima visita a Merida.
