• Gül (4/5): Zu teuer für Zustand und Ausstattung - Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend Es ist auf keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel, auch Landeskategorie nicht!!! Alles veraltet und nicht 4 Sterne…. Schade da Lage und Personal super sind

Das Hotel war eine einzige Enttäuschung: Frühstück (Zmorge) war katastrophal – hartes Brot, kaum Auswahl Wasser tropfte von der Decke Statt des gebuchten Zimmers bekam ich ein Zimmer mit drei Einzelbetten Ausstattung alt und ungepflegt Hygiene mangelhaft Personal wenig hilfsbereit Preis-Leistung absolut ungenügend Hinweis: Diese Bewertung dient als Warnung für andere Gäste. So etwas darf nicht passieren.

• Tahir (1/5): Bad - They give us small room not in hotel but outside bldg 3rd floor with no elevator with only highsteps nerrow stair to climb it was hard to take luggage up for a older person. Building has fresh paint smell and it was not sound proof could hear neighbors and ceiling had some kind opening hole couldn't sleep due to airplane coming every few minutes. Complain the desk the next day they said couldn't do any thing since inside hotel was only for suits. Breakfast buffet staff was rude when ask for orange juice w coffee.

• Seok (5/5): Passable - Location was good. I checked-in 3am in the morning because my flight was delayed. There was a reception boy, he was kind and helpful. But there was a bellboy he helped me carrying my suitcase to my room. I said to him thank you because it was late time. But he just repeated what i said almost three time with sarcastic. It was not polite and i don't understand how can he work there with that un helpful mind. Hotel was in good location and other hotel crews were ok. But first day when i arrived it was the worst experience i ever had.

• Harold (1/5): NEVER AGAIN BOOKING.COM NEEDS TO EVALUATE WHAT THEY PUT UP BY INSPECTIONS - NOTHING room had cockroach's, dirty, never been updated for a long time, water had to asked for daily! ALL ROOMS WERE SMOKERS USE EVEN NO SMOKING ROOMS WERE SMOKED IN. JUST TOTAL RUBBISH 4 STAR
• Shadi (1/5): Bad experience because of staff, dirty rooms, corridors and reception. Also poor selection of breakfast. - The only good thing was the location. Wasn’t safe to go outside alone as a female in the night time. even the staff in the hotel didn’t recommend to go outside alone It looks way more prettier in the picture as it does in real life. The corridor was smelly and dark. breakfast was not as you see in the pictures. Very, very poor selections for breakfast and even bread was old sometimes. Tomato, cucumber and olives was the only greens served. We never had fruits which is very common and normal to have in a four star hotel. Staff was nice a few times only during a 6 days stay. Even when you get eye contact they didn’t eager to say hi or good morning. Staff didn’t act professional with guests at all. Toilet was smelly and couldn’t flush it with the first time. Needed to flush at least 6 times before it was clean. Very bad view from hotel room.
