• Gabriele (8/5): Guter zentraler Standort für einen Berlinbesuch - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, was ein echter Pluspunkt ist. Auch das benachbarte Parkhaus zu unschlagbarem Preis ist super. Die zentrale Lage hat natürlich auch die Nebenwirkung des Straßenlärms, der aber gegenüber den Vorteilen in den Hintergrund tritt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Kopfkissen und Bettdecken waren nicht besonders bequem. Insbesondere die schlaffen Kopfkissen entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen.
• Natasja (4/5): Nice facilities, terrible service from reception and found hair in our breakfast. - The room was spacious, and had good ventilation when opening the windows. The rest of the facilities were also aesthetically pleasing. We had questions regarding parking, where we couldn’t even get them answered before we had checked in. The advice given did not help with our situation whatsoever, and we had to wait for another receptionist to show up in order to get proper help. In addition to that, we found hair in our 20€ per person breakfast, to which we were only offered a small apology, and no possible resolution plan.

• Jochen (9/5): - Grossartige Lage, sehr gut an den Nahverkehr angebunden. Man kann im Contipark direkt nebenan auch sehr guenstig parken, 2,50EUR pro Tag.
• Gerhard (9/5): Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und werden wieder kommen! - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit S-Bahn und U-Bahn ist fast jedes Ziel zu erreichen. Im Bad gab es leider keine Ohrstäbchen und nichts zum abschminken.

• LadyCrow07 (10/5): Very well run hotel I hope they have a good future as we enjoyed our stay - The Breakfast was a buffet style, I hesitated to take it with the room as myself and partner have dietary requirements and I could not find out much about it when I booked. We ended up paying an extra 20Euros per person and it was very good value and, had I known what to expect I would have taken it with the room. It was , though ,I felt very reasonable value without being included. There is also a cocktail bar that is open until 2.00 a.m we never tried it but next time... It is vey near to Botanic Gardens and the Grunweld Park both excellent places and not too far from the Brandenburg Gate (around 30 minutes) using the excellent public transport system. The beauty of the location is that you are near a place where you can get day tickets or one trip tickets from the Steglitz Rathaus (Underground) .There are machines and a ticket office. These tickets are valid for all the modes of Transport, Train, Bus , Underground or overground, for 1 trip or for 24 hours. All you have to do is "Stamp" it when you get on the bus, tube or train to start the clock. The room was lovely, house keeping efficient and the staff seemed genuinely helpful, friendly and it felt well run. I would definitely look to stay there again when we next visit Berlin. It was also only about 40 mins from the Airport although you do have to know how to get there. It involves 3 stations from the Flyghafen (airport) to Sudkreuz then Schonebueg to Steglizt It wasn't the easiest Hotel to get to from the airport but it was very near the Botanic Gardens and the Grunweld Park and other attractions.. It is also in the unfortunate position to has a building behind it that is still undergoing construction. It does mean it is easy to find at night on foot as it is right next to this construction that has red lights all over it to highlight it to planes. There is no noise from this construction since the company that was building it has gone into administration and the hotel is very insulated from sound anyway so once you are inside you are not really aware of it . I felt sorry for the hotel really being close to this construction which I understand has gone into administration so the scaffolding will be there a while until the construction is finished. If you get a room to the front you won't notice but if you get a view from the back that is what you will see. I think the hotel is reasonably priced to take that all into consideration. If you took a taxi from the airport it is 25 mins.

• Jiri (8/5): Gut für den Städteurlaub - Lage gut an der U-Bahn-Station Rathaus Steglitz, nur wenige KM vom Stadtzentrum Westberlin entfernt, Schloßstraße vor der Tür, d.h. jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie etc. mehrere Cafés gegenüber etwas altmodisches Hotel, aber klassisch-gediegen
• Gabriele (9/5): - Sauber, komfortabel, Zimmer gepflegt und groß, gute Betten, Sessel, gute Beleuchtung, freundliches Personal an Rezeption Nicht gefallen wäre zu viel gesagt: Zimmer zum Innenhof natürlich kein Blick, aber dafür ruhig, was bei Zimmern zur befahrenen Strasse hin sicher nicht der Fall gewesen wäre. Vorhänge können nicht ganz zugezogen werden, sodass es uns nachts etwas zu hell war. Lüftung im Bad geht bei Betätigen des Lichtschalters sofort an, unnötige Geräusche, besonders nachts. Grundsätzlich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Patrick (8/5): Hervorragend angebundenes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Alles top! Super Lage. Perfekt angebunden an S- und Ubahn. Sehr saubere und große Zimmer. Einwandfreier Service. Wir mussten eigentlich die gesamte Zeit das Fenster offen lassen, da das Zimmer sehr warm wurde, wenn die Sonne auf das Gebäude schien. Im Hochsommer könnte es ohne eine Klimaanlage sehr heiß werden.

• Christian (7/5): - Die praktische Einrichtung des Zimmers, lediglich der Fernsehbildschirm war ungünstig angebracht. Das Frühstück, das ich nicht mitgebucht hatte, war sehr gut. Lediglich die Aufbackbrötchen ließen zu wünschen übrig.

• Irene (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Putzfrauen sind sehr aufmerksam .Die Zimmer waren immer super sauber. Bahn und Bus sind fussläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

• Aleksandra (9/5): - -duże, przestronne i przytulne pokoje. Mimo że wystrój już trąci przeszłością, to byłam zadowolona. Łóżko wygodne, klimatyzacja, ale też możliwość otwarcia okna. Bardzo czysto! Małym minusem jest brak gniazdka w łazience, żeby podłączyć własną suszarkę oraz brak czajnika w pokoju. Co prawda są coffee pointy, ale jednak czajnika brakowało

• Michelle (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Die Lage war perfekt, direkt an Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen. Ein Einkaufszentrum direkt nebenan, also alles nötige in direkter Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel sehr sauber. Mein persönliches Highlight war das kostenfreie Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite mit Wasserbett. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr heimfahren! Ein zwei Steckdosen mehr hätten nicht schaden können.

• Corinna (9/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt bei einer Geschäftsreise - Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, dazu gab es Kaffeespezialitäten nach Wahl. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, in das ich gerne wiederkomme.
