• Maryse (8/5): - Le préposé a l'accueil était vraiment souriant et accueillant. Le personnel est disponible en tout temps jour/nuit. Et que dire du décor hors de l'ordinaire du bâtiment principal où l'accueil/réception. Ont se sentait vraiment bien. S'était chaleureux comme endroit. =》 à ne pas manquer... L'arbre a suçons😍 Un gros wow ! Nous y étions déjà aller pour un séjour et s'était notre seconde fois. Je vais y retourner c'est assuré.

• René (2/5): Mauvaise expérience 😕 - Le personnel souriant. La chambre sentait très mauvais. Chambre beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. Nous devions avoir la vue sur le fleuve. La moitié de notre balcon étais caché par la salle à manger du dessous ce qui nous permettait de voir seulement en partie le fleuve. Chambre numéro 31. Les matelas étaient plus que fermes….trop durs. Très mauvaise Insonorisation, je pouvais entendre la conversation de la chambre à côté. Les prises électriques mal situées pour brancher le ventilateur fourni. Bref, c’est malheureux mais nous ne retourneront pas dans cet hôtel.

Personnel courtois, souriant, attentionné Près de tous les services. Chiens autorisés, ce pourquoi nous avons réservé. Très belle vue lors des repas au restaurant. Les déjeuners sont très bien, il y a de tout. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. Nous entendons tout très clairement dans les chambres voisines. Il est difficile de bien dormir, sans bouchons dans les oreilles. C'est dommage, car les nuits deviennent difficiles. Pas d'air climatisé, heureusement la température ne l'exigeait pas.

Les lits étaient inconfortables et pas très récents. Les planchers craquaient sous nos pas. On se serait cru dans une chambre des années 1980. Le prix est très élevé pour le peu de qualité des chambres.

• Christian (10/5): - À notre arrivée, l’hôtesse nous a desuite surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur le St Laurent avec possibilité d’accès direct à la plage. Du coup nous avons séjourné une nuit de plus. Frigo et cafetière dans la chambre avec café gratuit à l’accueil !!!! Le restaurant est de grande qualité ! Je recommande fortement cet établissement

Nous étions dans le bâtiment principal et notre chambre communiquait avec celles des deux autres chambres avoisinantes, donc l’isolation était très mauvaise et on pouvait entendre les conversations des personnes qui avait la chambre collé à la notre.

• Pierre (8/5): Un motel avec vue sur le Str Laurent et proche de Matane - Sous la forme d'un motel, l'établissement propose des chambres spacieuses avec vue sur la plage et le St Laurent. Si la déco est manque un peu de modernisme, les lits sont confortables et la chambre est grande. L'ohotel est proche de Matane mais un peu isolé. L'accueil est un peu ancien.

• Sheila (6/5): - The motel is quite old and could use some TLC. It has alot of character, however, and it was nice to have a balcony overlooking the water. It was also nice to go for a walk on the beach. The rooms are not very soundproof, so tended to be noisy. We didn't need AC, but may be hot in the rooms in the summer. Breakfast was not available the morning we were leaving, due to kitchen issue, but luckily there was coffee!

• connie (10/5): - We were absolutely impressed with the food at this little Hotel on the banks of the St Lawrence. This restaurant is without a doubt a 5 star and the service was excellent. We were impressed with our waiter Gabriel who looked after us very well. It was quiet short holiday for us and we would strongly recommend this Hotel-Motel.
